In another embodiment of the sealing mechanism 13, the first driving mechanism includes a hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic station, one end of the hydraulic cylinder is connected to the outer wall of the collecting tank 15, the other end of the hydraulic cylinder is connected to the end of the second sealing strip 132, the hydraulic station is disposed in the box 11, the hydraulic station is communicated with the hydraulic cylinder through a pipeline, the hydraulic station is connected to the controller 14, and the hydraulic station can drive the hydraulic cylinder to extend and retract, so as to drive the second sealing strip 132 to slide back and forth on the upper end of the collecting tank 15.
