the first horizontal supporting pipe 3 is arranged above the edge of the deck 100 of the lifeboat davit area, and two ends of the first horizontal supporting pipe 3 are respectively connected with the two main body supporting pipes 2 so as to realize the limiting and guiding of the mooring rope in the outboard vertical direction of the ship;
at least one first inclined supporting tube 4, one end of the first inclined supporting tube 4 is welded on the deck 100, and the other end of the first inclined supporting tube 4 is connected to the first horizontal supporting tube 3 to support the first horizontal supporting tube 3.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the side fairlead of the present invention is provided in the side area of the boat deck below the lifeboat of the ship for guiding the wire from inboard to outboard when the ship is temporarily moored or towed. The side fairlead device of the invention comprises two vertical supporting pipes 1 arranged perpendicular to the deck 100, a first horizontal supporting pipe 3 parallel to the deck 100 and two main body supporting pipes 2 connecting the vertical supporting pipes 1 and the first horizontal supporting pipe 3. The distance from the center of the vertical support pipe 1 to the outboard plate is preferably equal to the first longitudinal frame pitch of the ship from the outboard side. The main body supporting tube 2 is preferably of an inverted-L-shaped structure, wherein a connecting edge connected with the vertical supporting tube 1 is preferably horizontally arranged, welded to the side surface of the vertical supporting tube 1 and vertical to the vertical supporting tube 1; the connecting edge connected with the first horizontal supporting pipe 3 is preferably parallel or approximately parallel to the outline of the guide slider on the side of the lifeboat, welded to the side surface of the first horizontal supporting pipe 3, and is perpendicular to the first horizontal supporting pipe 3. The first water supporting pipes 3 are preferably disposed above the edge of the deck 100, do not contact the deck 100, and are supported by at least one first inclined supporting pipe 4, and the first inclined supporting pipes 4 are preferably two and supported at both ends of the first horizontal supporting pipe 3, respectively, to support the first horizontal supporting pipe 3. The lower end of the first inclined supporting pipe 4 is welded with the deck 100, and stress can be transferred to the ship structure; meanwhile, the first inclined supporting pipe 4 is obliquely arranged to avoid a side hull structure, so that interference with the side structure can be avoided.
Preferably, the outline of the side cable guide device composed of the vertical support tube 1, the main body support tube 2, the first horizontal support tube 3 and the first inclined support tube 4 does not protrude beyond the outline of the side guide slider of the peripheral lifeboat, and does not affect the storing and releasing of the lifeboat.
Further preferably, a second horizontal support pipe 5 connecting the inner sides of the two vertical support pipes 1 and a third horizontal support pipe 6 connecting the inner sides of the two main body support pipes 2 are also included. Wherein, the vertical supporting tube 1 is directly welded with the deck 100, and can transmit the stress to the hull structure; the main body supporting tube 2 and the vertical supporting tube 1 are responsible for limiting the cable in the fore-aft direction of the ship, preventing the cable from being rubbed with the lifeboat frame and guiding the lifeboat frame; the first horizontal supporting tube 3, the second horizontal supporting tube 5 and the third horizontal supporting tube 6 are used as a connecting structure between the two main body supporting tubes 2, and are also used for limiting the cable in the vertical up-down direction, preventing the cable from being rubbed with a deck and a lifeboat and guiding the cable; the vertical supporting tube 1, the main supporting tube 2, the first horizontal supporting tube 3, the second horizontal supporting tube 5 and the third horizontal supporting tube 6 respectively form two closed open pore structures similar to cable guide holes in the broadside direction and the inboard direction, can be used for passing cables, and play roles of guiding the cables and enabling a frame structure to be more stable.
Further preferably, the support structure further comprises at least one second inclined supporting pipe 7 for supporting the main body supporting pipe 2, and as an auxiliary supporting structure, the upper end of the second inclined supporting pipe 7 is connected with the main body supporting pipe 2, and the lower end is welded on the deck 100, so as to play a role of auxiliary support and share the stress on the first inclined supporting pipe 4.
Further preferably, since the vertical support tube 1, the first bracing tube 4 and the second bracing tube 7 are directly welded to the deck 100, the cable load borne by the side fairlead of the present invention can be transmitted to the deck 100, and therefore the hull structure under the deck 100 is preferably reinforced accordingly.
Preferably, the vertical supporting tube 1, the main supporting tube 2, the first horizontal supporting tube 3 and the first inclined supporting tube 4 are main stress parts, the second horizontal supporting tube 5, the third horizontal supporting tube 6 and the second inclined supporting tube 7 are secondary stress parts, each pipe fitting is made of a steel tube meeting the use requirement of the ship, the outer diameter and the wall thickness of the steel tube are determined according to the cable breaking force, the cable guiding direction, the allowable stress of the steel tube material and other factors, and the safe working load of the cable guiding device is not less than the minimum breaking force of the cable in principle. When the outer diameters of the vertical supporting tube 2, the main body supporting tube 2, the first horizontal supporting tube 3, the second horizontal supporting tube 5 and the third horizontal supporting tube 6 are determined, the requirement of the minimum bending radius of the cable can be properly considered. And the welding between all the pipe fittings and between the pipe fittings and the deck 100 adopts continuous deep penetration welding or full penetration welding so as to ensure the welding strength and the welding seam tightness.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the wall thickness of all the pipes needs to consider the corrosion allowance and the wear allowance, and generally, the wall thickness needs to be increased by 2-5 mm based on the calculated value according to the service life and the frequency.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, since the main supporting tube 1 is connected to the side surfaces of the vertical supporting tube 1 and the first horizontal supporting tube 3, respectively, the end of the vertical supporting tube 1 away from the deck 100 is a free end of the vertical supporting tube 1, and both ends of the first horizontal supporting tube 3 are free ends of the first horizontal supporting tube 3, and for preventing corrosion, sealing plates are required to be disposed at both the free ends of the vertical supporting tube 1 and the free end of the first horizontal supporting tube 3.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the surfaces of all the above-mentioned pipes are coated with wear-resistant epoxy paint for protecting the surfaces of the pipes.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the present invention further comprises a second horizontal supporting tube 5, and two ends of the second horizontal supporting tube 5 are respectively connected to the inner sides of the two vertical supporting tubes 1.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, a third horizontal supporting tube 6 is further included, and both ends of the third horizontal supporting tube 6 are respectively connected to the inner sides of the two main supporting tubes 2.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the deck further comprises at least one second inclined supporting tube 7, one end of the second inclined supporting tube 7 is welded to the deck 100, and the other end of the second inclined supporting tube 7 is connected to the main body supporting tube 2 to support the main body supporting tube 2.

In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the area enclosed by the contour line of the main body support tube 2 and the deck 100 is located in the area enclosed by the contour line 8 of the side guide slide block of the lifeboat and the deck 100.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the distance between the center of the vertical support pipe 1 and the side shell plate of the ship is the same as the distance between the first longitudinal ribs close to the side of the ship.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the welding mode is continuous deep fusion welding or full penetration welding.
While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
