In a table (D) provided with a movable top plate (5) and a sub-top plate (6) which is arranged adjacent to the movable top plate (5) and is used as a top plate parallel piece, a gap (O) is formed between the top plate (5) and the sub-top plate (6) when the movable top plate (5) moves to a lowest point, namely a lowest descending position (gamma).

Description

Table (Ref. Table)
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a table in which a set of components (Japanese character: a set of components including a top board) such as a sub-top board is arranged beside a movable top board.
Background
Conventionally, as such a table, a table in which a fixed-type sub top plate is disposed adjacent to a movable-type main top plate that can be tilted is known (for example, see patent document 1).
In such a table, when the main top plate is inclined, a wedge-shaped gap is formed between the side end of the main top plate and the side end of the sub top plate, and the gap disappears when the main top plate is lowered to the lowest point. Therefore, when the main top board is moved from the inclined posture to the horizontal posture, a finger may be pinched (pinched) in the gap portion.

< area of use LA > of No. 1 (particularly, FIGS. 8 to 13)
The usage area LA is formed between a plurality of legs arranged on the left and right, that is, the left leg 1L and the middle leg 1C, and as shown in fig. 8, the legs 1L and 1C are connected by 2 cross members 2 and 3, and a ceiling 5 and a sub-ceiling 6 as a ceiling parallel member arranged beside the ceiling 5 are provided between the legs 1L and 1C. As shown in fig. 2, the side end portions 6a of the sub-roof 6 on the roof 5 side are supported by the support structures 4 supported by the left and right legs 1L, 1C in a state of floating from the floor surface F. The support structure 4 serves to support the top plate 5 and the sub-top plate 6, and is supported by the legs 1L and 1C via the cross members 2 and 3, as shown in fig. 6 to 8, 10, and 11. The details will be described below.
As shown in fig. 4, the left leg 1L is a portal member including a pair of front and rear leg stays 11 and a vertical frame 12 spanning between upper ends of the leg stays 11, and an adjuster 13 is provided at a lower end of each leg stay 11. The intermediate leg 1C is a substantially T-shaped member in side view in which a vertical frame 15 extending forward and backward is provided at the upper end of a flat box-shaped leg structure 14, and an adjuster 16 is provided at the lower end of the leg structure 14. As shown in fig. 2 and 8, 2 beams 2 and 3 are erected in parallel with a space in the front-rear direction between the legs 1L and 1C, and the support structure 4 is supported by the beams 2 and 3.
As shown in fig. 8, the front cross member 2 is a square tubular member that is positioned in the middle between the front end and the rear end of the 1 st usage area LA and is erected between the legs 1L and 1C, and is screwed in a state where one end is fitted to the mounting projection 12a of the vertical frame 12 in the left leg 1L and the other end is fitted to the mounting projection 15a of the vertical frame 15 in the middle leg 1C. As shown in fig. 8, the rear cross member 3 is a square tubular member positioned in the vicinity of the rear end in the 1 st usage area LA and bridged between the legs 1L and 1C, and is screwed in a state where one end is fitted to the mounting projection 12b of the vertical frame 12 in the left leg 1L and the other end is fitted to the mounting projection 15b of the vertical frame 15 in the middle leg 1C.
As shown in fig. 8, 10, and 11, the support structure 4 includes a cantilever support (japanese character: piece holding ち receiving け tools) 41 extending forward from the front cross member 2, and a both-end support (japanese character: holding ち receiving け tools) 42 rigidly connecting the front cross member 2 and the rear cross member 3 at right and left positions corresponding to the cantilever support 41. Specifically, the cantilever support 41 is a groove (channel) -shaped member that opens downward, and a base end 41a thereof is rigidly connected to the front surface of the front cross member 2 by welding or the like. The both-end support 42 is a groove-shaped member that opens downward, and a front wall provided at the front end 42a is screwed to the front cross member 2, and a rear wall provided at the rear end 42b is screwed to the rear cross member 3. A right tilt hinge 52, which will be described later, is provided at the extended end 41b of the arm support 41, and locking holes m, n for attaching a component are provided in the arm support 41 and the end support 42, respectively, as a top plate. Brackets 15p and 15q having top plates and provided with locking holes p and q for attaching a material are fixed to side surfaces of the vertical frame 15 of the intermediate leg 1C corresponding to the locking holes m and n. Further, a support plate (hereinafter, referred to as "け receiving plate") 43 attached to the rear cross member 3 is disposed between the support structure 4 and the vertical frame 15 of the intermediate leg 1C, and a screw insertion hole v for fixing a top plate is provided in the support plate 43.
The top plate 5 is capable of tilting from a horizontal posture h to a tilted posture s, and as shown in fig. 2, a left side end 5a as one side end of the top plate 5 is pivotally supported by one leg 1L via a left tilt hinge 51 as a 1 st tilt hinge, and a right side end 5b as the other side end is pivotally supported by the support structure 4 via a right tilt hinge 52 as a 2 nd tilt hinge, specifically, as shown in fig. 3 to 7 and 10 to 13, the top plate 5 includes a tiltable top plate main body 53 and a tray (tray)54 as an accessory provided on the back side of the top plate main body 53 and having a lower surface 54a located below a lower surface 53b of the top plate main body 53, and the tilted posture s in the present specification means a posture of the top plate 5 corresponding to a maximum lockable tilted position α, and does not mean a posture corresponding to an intermediate position β during the tilting operation.
The top plate main body 53 is a flat plate-shaped member having a flat top plate surface 53a, and as shown in fig. 2, the vicinity of the left end use end 5c is connected to the left leg 1L via the left tilt hinge 51 so as to be tiltable (tilt), and the vicinity of the right end use end 5c is connected to the support structure 4 via the right tilt hinge 52 so as to be tiltable. As shown in fig. 8, the left tilt hinge 51 is pivotably connected to a fixed portion 511 of the vertical frame 12 fixed to the left leg 1L and a movable portion 512 attached to the lower surface 53b of the top plate main body 53 via a hinge shaft 513. As shown in fig. 8, 10, and 11, the 2 nd tilt hinge 52 is pivotably connected to a fixed portion 521 provided integrally with the distal end of the cantilever support 41 in the support structure 4 and a movable portion 522 attached to the lower surface 53b of the top plate main body 53 via a hinge shaft 523.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the tray 54 is a concave member including a back wall portion 541, a near-front wall portion 542, and a bottom wall portion 543 that connects lower ends of the wall portions 541 and 542, and is attached to the top plate main body 53 via an attachment portion 544 provided at an intermediate position in the vertical direction of the near-front wall portion 542. A handle 545 is provided on the upper half of the near-front wall 542, and a soft material Ya constituting the retreat allowing means Y is disposed on the lower half of the near-front wall 542. The table D includes a retreat allowing unit Y that allows the tray 54 to move upward relative to the top plate main body 53 when an upward load is applied to the tray 54 as an accessory, and the retreat allowing unit Y is implemented by a soft material Ya. That is, since the soft material Ya is disposed at a portion that becomes a fulcrum when the tray 54 receives an upward load, even if some obstacle G is sandwiched between the tray 54 and the cross beam 3 or the like while the top plate 5 moves downward, the tray 54 moves upward relative to the top plate main body 53 by deformation of the soft material Ya, and therefore there is no significant problem. The top plate 5 includes locking means Z for inhibiting downward relative movement of the tray 54 with respect to the top plate main body 53 when a downward load is applied to the tray 54 as an accessory, and the tray 54 does not hang down even when a heavy object is placed on the tray 54. The locking unit Z has a plurality of carriers (japanese) Za attached to a lower surface 53b of the top plate body 53 at intervals in the left-right direction, and a lower surface 54a of the tray 54 is supported by the carriers Za. The bearing Za is provided only at the middle portion in the left-right direction of the top plate 5 where the hand is hard to reach from the side of the table D.
The sub-top 6 as the top plate parallel member has a flat top plate surface 6s, and as shown in fig. 2, the side end portion 6a on the top plate 5 side (the left side end portion) is supported by the support structure 4, and the right side end portion 6b is supported by the middle leg 1C. The sub-top plate 6 is integrally made of, for example, a synthetic resin, and as shown in fig. 9, a front locking claw 6m and a rear locking claw 6n that engage with the locking holes m, n of the support structure 4 are provided on the lower surface of one end portion 6a, and a front locking claw 6p and a rear locking claw 6q that engage with the locking holes p, q of the vertical frame 15 provided in the middle leg 1C are provided on the lower surface of the other end portion 6 b. The locking claws 6m, 6n, 6p, and 6q are hook-shaped members bent rearward, and when the locking claws 6m, 6n, 6p, and 6q are inserted into the corresponding locking holes m, n, p, and q from above, the sub top plate 6 is slid rearward, whereby the locking claws 6m, 6n, 6p, and 6q engage with the rear edges of the corresponding locking holes m, n, p, and q, and upward movement of the sub top plate 6 is inhibited. In this state, a screw, not shown, inserted into the screw insertion hole v of the support plate 43 from below is screwed and fastened to the nut portion 61 of the sub top plate 6, whereby the sub top plate 6 is mounted. The nut portion 61 holds a plate nut (not shown) in a nut holder (nut holder)611 having a screw insertion hole w on the lower surface, for example.
As described above, in the 1 st usage area LA, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the sub-top 6 as a top plate parallel member is disposed adjacent to the side end portion 5b on the right side of the movable-type top plate 5. As shown in fig. 5 and 11, even when the top plate 5 is moved to the lowest point (the lowest position γ), that is, even when the top plate 5 is in the horizontal posture h, a gap O is formed between the top plate 5 and the sub-top plate 6. Specifically, the top plate 5 may be referred to as a tilt top plate which can tilt using the hinge shafts 513 and 523 of the left and right tilt hinges 51 and 52 as tilt fulcrums T, and a tilt lock mechanism 7 for locking the tilt angle of the top plate 5 in a plurality of stages is provided between the top plate 5 and the rear cross member 3.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the tilt lock mechanism 7 includes a pair of arms 71, 72 having base end portions 71a, 72a pivotally connected to each other so as to be relatively rotatable, a tip end portion 71b of one arm 71 being pivotally connected to the cross beam 3 so as to be rotatable via a support base 73, and a tip end portion 72b of the other arm 72 being pivotally connected to the lower surface 53b of the top plate 5 via a mounting base 74, a ratchet mechanism, not shown, is built in between the base end portions 71a, 72a of both arms 71, 72, and when the top plate 5 is rotated from the horizontal posture h toward the tilted posture s, the top plate 5 can be locked so as not to tilt downward every time it reaches a plurality of intermediate positions β shown in fig. 10, and by further slightly rotating the top plate 5 upward beyond a maximum tilt position α (tilt posture s) shown in fig. 10 that can be locked, the locked state of the ratchet mechanism is temporarily released, and the top plate 5 can be returned to the lowest position γ (horizontal posture h) shown in fig. 10.
The right side end 5b of the top plate 5 and the left side end 6a of the sub-top plate 6 are positioned so as to slightly overlap in a plan view, and the above-described gap O is formed between the right side end 5b of the top plate 5 and the left side end 6a of the sub-top plate 6 even in a state shown in fig. 11 in which the top plate 5 has reached the lowermost position γ. The gap O is mainly used for preventing finger pinching, and is set to a dimension in the vertical direction larger than the thickness of a standard human finger.
In addition, the panel 8 is disposed on the back side of the top plate 5, and the maximum inclination angle of the top plate 5 is set such that the lower surface of the back side of the top plate 5, that is, the lower surface 54a of the tray 54 of the top plate 5 in this embodiment, is located below the virtual line U connecting the upper end 8a of the panel 8 and the inclination fulcrum T in a side view, as shown in fig. 5 and 11, in detail, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the panel 8 for shielding (japanese: hidden し) of the cross beam 3 supported on the rear via the bracket 81 is vertically provided on the boundary between the 1 st usage region LA and the 2 nd usage region LB, and the lower surface 54a of the tray 54 located on the back end of the top plate 5 is set to be lower than the virtual line U in a side view as shown in fig. 11 in a state where the top plate 5 reaches the lockable maximum inclination position α, and this setting is an example, and the lower surface 54a of the tray 54 may be set to substantially coincide with the virtual line U in a maximum inclination position α.
The top panel 5 of the 1 st usage area LA and the top panel 5 of the 2 nd usage area LB are arranged facing each other with the panel 8 interposed therebetween, and as shown in fig. 4, 5, 10, and 11, a wiring duct (duct)9 usable from any of the usage areas LA and LB is provided below the panel 8.
< 2 nd use region LB >
The use area LB is formed between the left leg 1L and the middle leg 1C, which are a plurality of legs arranged in the left and right direction, and is arranged such that all the components (except the legs 1L and 1C) of the use area LA are oriented 180 degrees. Therefore, the same or corresponding portions as those of the 1 st usage area LA are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.
< 3 rd usage area RA > (FIGS. 14 and 15)
The use area RA is formed between the middle leg 1C and the right leg 1R, which are a plurality of legs arranged in the left and right direction, and the same reference numerals are given to the same or corresponding portions as those of the 1 st use area LA, and the description thereof is omitted.
The differences between the components in the 3 rd usage area RA and the 1 st usage area LA are as follows.
In the use area RA, as shown in fig. 14, the cross members 2 and 3 are bridged between the middle leg 1C and the right leg 1R, and the top plate 5 is supported by the middle leg 1C and the support structure 4. Therefore, the left tilt hinge 51 is attached to the middle leg 1C, and the right tilt hinge 52 is provided to the support structure 4.
Further, on the right side of the top plate 5, a placement object 10 is disposed as a top plate parallel member instead of the sub-top plate 6. As shown in fig. 15, the storage unit 10 has a recessed portion 102 opened upward and forward in a front half portion, and a rear half portion in a form conforming to the sub-ceiling panel 6. The placement member 10 is integrally made of, for example, a synthetic resin, and has a front locking claw 10m and a rear locking claw 10n that are provided on the lower surface of one end portion 10a and engage with the locking holes m and n of the support structure 4, respectively, and a front locking claw 10p and a rear locking claw 10q that engage with the locking holes p and q of the vertical frame 12 provided on the right leg 1R, respectively, are provided on the lower surface of the other end portion 10 b. Each of the locking claws 10m, 10n, 10p, and 10q is a hook-shaped member bent rearward, and after the locking claws 10m, 10n, 10p, and 10q are inserted into the corresponding locking holes m, n, p, and q from above, the object 10 is slid rearward, whereby the locking claws 10m, 10n, 10p, and 10q engage with the rear edges of the corresponding locking holes m, n, p, and q, and upward movement of the object 10 is inhibited. In this state, a screw, not shown, inserted into the screw insertion hole v of the support plate 43 from below is screwed and fastened to the nut portion 101 of the object 10, whereby the object 10 is completely mounted. The nut portion 101 holds a plate nut, not shown, in a nut holder 1011 having a screw insertion hole w on the lower surface thereof, for example. As shown in fig. 2, the side end portions 10a of the placement tool 10 on the top plate 5 side are supported by the support structures 4 supported by the left and right legs 1C and 1R in a state of floating from the floor surface F.
< region of use RB 4 >
The use region RB is formed between the middle leg 1C and the right leg 1R, which are a plurality of legs arranged in the left-right direction, and is arranged such that all the components (except the legs 1C and 1R) of the 3 rd use region RA are oriented 180 degrees. Therefore, the same reference numerals are given to the same or corresponding portions as those of the 3 rd usage area RA, and the description thereof is omitted.
In this embodiment, since the relative positions and forms of the locking holes m, n, p, and q are unified in all the use regions LA, LB, RA, and RB, the sub-ceiling 6 or the placement object 10 can be selectively juxtaposed as a ceiling plate juxtaposition object beside each ceiling plate 5.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing the entire table D, fig. 2 is a front view thereof, fig. 3 is a plan view thereof, and fig. 4 is an enlarged left side view thereof, fig. 5 is a left side view corresponding to fig. 4, showing a state in which the top plate 5 of the 1 st and 3 rd usage areas LA, RA is in an inclined posture s and the top plate 5 of the 2 nd and 4 th usage areas LB, RB is in a horizontal posture h, fig. 6 is a perspective view seen from above showing the entire table D in an exploded manner, fig. 7 is a perspective view seen from below, fig. 8 is an exploded perspective view mainly showing the 1 st usage area LA in an enlarged manner, fig. 9 is a perspective view seen from below showing a sub-top plate 6 arranged in the usage area LA in a further enlarged manner, fig. 10 is an enlarged side sectional view in the 1 st usage area LA for explaining the operation of the top plate 5 and the tilt lock mechanism 7, fig. 11 is an enlarged side sectional view showing the sub-top plate 6 arranged in the usage area LA in a further enlarged manner to show the sub-top plate 6 arranged in the usage area LA, fig. 10 is an enlarged manner to explain the maximum operational relationship between the top plate 358 and the upper tray 355 and the upper tray 54, and the upper tray 54 is an enlarged manner to explain the use tray 54, and the use tray is an enlarged manner to explain the use tray 54.
< Effect of the embodiment >
In the table D having such a configuration, since the top plate 5 can be tilted by lifting the back end side of the top plate 5 by hooking a finger to the handle 545 of the tray 54, the top plate 5 is prevented from descending at a predetermined unit angle by the operation of the tilt lock mechanism 7 when the tilt angle of the top plate 5 is increased, and therefore, if the top plate 5 is lifted up to a position slightly exceeding the maximum lockable inclined position α by the time point when the desired tilt angle is reached, the locked state by the tilt lock mechanism 7 is released, and the top plate 5 can be returned to the lowest descent position γ (horizontal posture h) at a stroke, and therefore, even if the top plate 5 is returned to the lowest descent position γ, a gap is left between the lower surface of the right end portion 5b of the top plate 5 and the left end portion 6a, 10a of the top plate 6 or the article 10, and a defective article (upper surface o 5) is eliminated in the table D.
< other embodiment >
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
For example, the top plate is not limited to an inclined top plate capable of changing the inclination angle, and may be a lifting top plate that is lifted and lowered in a fixed posture.
The top plate-attached member may be any member that can be usefully used by being attached to the top plate, and may include members other than the sub top plate and the placement member.
In addition, various modifications can be made within a range not to impair the gist of the present invention.
