Description

The present invention relates to a desk device with an elevating top plate, and more particularly to a desk device with an elevating top plate used face-to-face.

Conventionally, the legs arranged on both the left and right sides have a structure in which the movable legs can be moved up and down with respect to the fixed legs, and a drive mechanism is provided between the fixed legs and the movable legs to drive the movable legs up and down. However, there are various desk devices with an elevating top plate that can be used face-to-face by arranging the top plates attached to the upper ends of the movable legs so that the height of the top plate can be adjusted and that the top plates can be raised and lowered independently. It is provided.

For example, in Patent Document 1, telescopic legs are arranged at the front and rear ends of a pair of legs arranged on both the left and right sides, and the upper ends of the left and right telescopic legs located on the front side and the rear side are connected by a beam. A desk device with an elevating top plate has a structure in which support arms extending in the front-rear direction are connected to the beam, the top plate is supported by these beams and the support arm, and the front and rear top plates can be raised and lowered independently. Are listed. Here, the telescopic legs are composed of a fixed leg extending in the vertical direction and a movable leg that is arranged inside the fixed leg and can be raised and lowered, and connects the upper and lower ends of the fixed legs of the front and rear telescopic legs. The frame legs have a quadrangular side view, and the beams are connected to the upper ends of the movable legs. Further, a wiring duct is attached between the front and rear center portions of the upper connecting rods constituting the base legs on both the left and right sides, and a panel plate located between the front and rear top plates is attached.

Further, in Patent Documents 2 and 3, a pair of top plates having working surfaces on the upper surfaces thereof and arranged so as to face each other are arranged so as to be separated from each other in a direction substantially orthogonal to the facing direction of the pair of top plates. A pair of support structures that support the pair of top plates in a height-adjustable manner, and the support structures are installed on the floor surface and along the opposite directions of the pair of top plates. It is provided with a base member that extends and a pair of telescopic legs that are erected upward from both end positions in the extension direction of the base member and support each of the pair of top plates so that the height can be adjusted. The desk device with the elevating top plate is described. Further, a panel plate for partitioning between the pair of top plates is erected upward between the upper portions of the support columns erected upward from a substantially intermediate position in the extending direction of the base member of each of the support structures. At the same time, it is also described that a wiring duct having a wiring accommodation space is erected inside.

In a desk equipped with these elevating top plates, when the top plate is set high and the user uses it in a standing posture, the chair is an obstacle, so the chair is often pushed into the space below the top plate to be stored. .. In this case, since the wiring ducts of the desks described in Patent Documents 1 to 3 are all exposed in an unprotected state, they collide with the wiring ducts when the chair is strongly pushed under the top plate, and the wiring ducts are exposed. May be damaged.

Therefore, in view of the above situation, the present invention attempts to solve the problem by providing a pair of legs arranged on both the left and right sides, and the two top plates arranged in the front and rear are independently supported by the height adjustable. In the desk device with a lifting top plate, even when the chair is pushed into the space under the top plate, the desk device with a lifting top plate is provided so that the chair does not directly hit the wiring duct arranged between the front and rear top plates. It is in.

Further, the connecting structure of the lower connecting rod 9 and the linking frame 20 is arbitrary, but in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 9, the lower connecting frame 20 is bent downward and fixed to the end portion. A plate 30 is formed, U-shaped grooves 31, 31 which are open downward are formed in the fixing plate 30, screw holes 32, 32 are formed on the inner side surface of the lower connecting rod 9, and screws 34, 34 with a ring 33 are formed. Was screwed into the screw holes 32, 32, and the U-shaped grooves 31, 31 of the linking frame 20 were engaged with the rings 33, 33, and the screws 34, 34 were tightened to connect them. Here, the screw hole 32 may be a pilot hole if a tapping screw 34 is used. In the present embodiment, the linking frame 20 is composed of one plate-shaped long member having a wide depth, but two rod-shaped members are arranged in parallel in the front-rear direction in the depth direction at intervals. You may.

The inner surface of the cylinder portion 14 of the support cylinder 7 has a tapered shape that widens toward the upper opening side in order to provide a draft of the aluminum die casting method. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, when the lower portion of the telescopic legs 5 and 6 is received by the tubular portion 14, a gap is generated between the outer surface of the telescopic legs 5 and 6 and the inner surface of the tubular portion 14. A color member 35 made of synthetic resin is fitted and inserted into the opening in order to fill the gap. Screws 16, ... Inserted from below into the mounting holes provided in the bottom surface portion 15 of the support cylinder 7 are screwed into the screw holes 46, ... Formed in the bottom plate 45 of the outer cylinders 36 of the telescopic legs 5 and 6. Connect firmly.

Here, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 6, the telescopic legs 5 and 6 are provided at the upper end of the telescopic continuous cylinder composed of the outer cylinder 36, the intermediate cylinder 37, and the inner cylinder 38, and the inner cylinder 38. It is composed of an attachment body 39 and an elevating drive mechanism built therein. For example, in the elevating drive mechanism, a elevating mechanism portion composed of a feed screw mechanism or the like is housed inside the telescopic continuous cylinder, and a drive motor such as a servo motor or a stepping motor capable of controlling the rotation speed inside the mounting body 39. Is built-in, and the elevating mechanism portion is driven by the rotation of the drive motor to move the inner cylinder 38 and the intermediate cylinder 37 up and down with respect to the outer cylinder 36. However, the elevating drive mechanism is not limited to the above-mentioned structure, and various conventionally known mechanisms can be adopted. Here, the outer cylinder 36 of the telescopic legs 5 and 6 serves as a fixed portion, and the inner cylinder 38 serves as a movable portion.

The lower part of the outer cylinder 36 of the telescopic legs 5 and 6 is fitted into the cylinder portion 14 of the support cylinder 7 of the leg unit 4. In the present embodiment, the lower portion corresponding to about 1/3 of the length of the outer cylinder 36 is received by the cylinder portion 14 of the support cylinder 7 and fixed in the standing state. The fitting depth of the tubular portion 14 of the support cylinder 7 is preferably set in the range of 1/4 to 1/2 of the length of the outer cylinder 36 of the telescopic legs 5 and 6. If the fitting depth of the tubular portion 14 is shallower than 1/4, the supporting strength of the telescopic legs 5 and 6 is insufficient and it is difficult to maintain the rigidity as the leg body 1, and if it is deeper than 1/2, the leg unit 4 The size of the support cylinder 7 is increased, the appearance is lowered, and the manufacturing cost of the support cylinder 7 is increased. Then, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the movable parts of the telescopic legs 5 and 6, that is, the attachment bodies 39 at the upper ends of the inner cylinder 38 are attached to both ends of the beam 40 extending in the lateral direction, and the beam 40 is attached. The central portions of the support rods 41 and 41 extending in the front-rear direction are fixed to both side portions of the above, and the top plate 2 and the top plate 3 are placed on the upper surfaces of the beam 40 and the support rods 41 and 41. , It is attached by screwing from below. Since the leg unit 4 of the present invention has a square-shaped side view structure, the support strength of the leg body 1 can be secured by itself, and even if the lateral dimensions of the top plates 2 and 3 change, the leg unit 4 is one size. The leg body 1 can be configured by 4.

Further, the beam 40 has a concave groove 42 that is open upward, and an electronic control device 43 that controls a drive motor is incorporated in the concave groove 42, and the beam 40 is connected to the drive motor in the concave groove 42 and is connected to the drive motor. An operation switch (not shown) for operating the electronic control device 43 is provided on one side or both sides of the front edge of the lower surface of each of the top plates 2 and 3. Further, it is on the back side of the beam 40, and between the support rods 41 and 41, both ends on the back side are horizontally rotatably supported by the support rods 41 and 41, respectively, and the front end of the beam 40 is supported. A cord receiving plate 44 for wiring is provided on the rear surface so as to be detachably supported. Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 and 5, a wiring duct 47 is connected between the central portions of the upper connecting rods 8 and 8 of the leg units 4 and 4 on both sides.

Further, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 1, 8 and 10 to 14. In the present invention, the left and right leg units 4 and 4 are connected by a linking frame 20, and a wiring duct 47 is provided between the leg units 4 and 4 which is higher than the linking frame 20 and is described above the wiring duct 47. The linking frame 20 is set to project forward and backward in the depth direction. That is, the linking frame 20 is connected to the lower connecting rod 9 of the leg unit 4, and both ends of the wiring duct 47 are attached to the upper connecting rod 8 of the leg unit 4.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the wiring duct 47 has a duct main body 48 having a substantially U-shaped cross section open upward and an end for attaching the duct main body 48 to the upper connecting rod 8 of the leg unit 4. The portion fixing member 49 includes a duct cover 50 that openably and closably covers the upper surface of the duct body 48 between the leg units 4 and 4, and a cap 51 attached to the outer end surface of the end fixing member 49. By providing the cap 51 with a lid 52 that can be rotated and opened, the lid 52 that can be rotated and opened is provided on both end surfaces of the wiring duct 47. In the present embodiment, the duct body 48, the end fixing member 49, and the duct cover 50 are made of sheet metal, and the cap 51 and the lid 52 are molded products made of synthetic resin, but the material is not limited.

The duct main body 48 is a long member having a bottom plate 53 and both side surface plates 54, 54 and having a substantially U-shaped cross section open upward, and the duct cover 50 is inside the upper edge of the side plate 54, 54 except for both ends. The locking edges 55, 55 for locking the above are formed. The end fixing member 49 has a shape that can be fitted inside both ends of the duct body 48 to lock the duct body 48, and in the present embodiment, the end fixing member 49 is a member having a substantially U-shaped cross section that is open downward. Edge portions 58 having hanging plates 57 and 57 on both sides of the face plate 56 and inwardly bent on both side edges of the top plate 56 at both ends of the duct main body 48 and on the upper edges of both side surface plates 54 and 54. , 58 are formed with engaging step portions 59, 59 for locking from below, and mounting holes 60, 60 for screwing to the lower surface of the upper connecting rod 8 are formed on the upper surface plate 56. Further, engaging holes 61, 61 for fitting the cap 51, which will be described later, are provided at positions near the outer ends of the both hanging plates 57, 57 of the end fixing member 49.

As shown in FIGS. 10 to 14, the upper surface plate 56 is attached to the lower surface of the upper connecting rod 8 of the leg unit 4 in a state where the end fixing members 49 and 49 are internally fitted to both ends of the duct main body 48. In the joined state, the resin fasteners 62, 62 passed through the mounting holes 60, 60 from below are fitted into the pilot holes 63, 63 formed on the lower surface of the upper connecting rod 8 and mounted. Here, the resin fastener 62 is a commercially available product, but after inserting the shaft portion with a flange into the mounting hole 60 and the prepared hole 63, the tip of the shaft portion is pushed by pushing the head protruding from the flange. It has a structure that swells and exerts an anchor effect. Instead of the resin fastener 62, it may be fixed with screws. At this time, a slight clearance is provided between the lower surface of the duct main body 48 and the lower connecting rod 9 of the leg unit 4 to absorb dimensional errors and facilitate the mounting work. Further, a clearance is also provided between the lower surface of the duct main body 48 and the upper surface of the linking frame 20 to cut the edges. This is to prevent the impact from reaching the wiring duct 47 when the chair collides with the linking frame 20, and when the wiring duct 47 is installed as an option, the linking frame 20 and the linking frame 20 are used. Is to be able to be attached and detached regardless.

The cap 51 is a frame-shaped member having a quadrangular side view, and is internally fitted into the end fixing member 49 with the edge portion 64 of the peripheral edge covering the end edge of the end fixing member 49, and both side portions. 65, 65 of the claws provided in the above are elastically engaged with the engaging holes 61, 61 to be mounted. Then, the opening 66 at the center of the cap 51 can be opened and closed by the lid 52. The lid 52 has a closing portion 67 capable of closing the opening 66 in the central portion, and a collar portion 68 provided around the closing portion 67 is arranged inside the edge portion 64 of the cap 51, and the lid body 52 is arranged. Pins 69 and 69 projecting from the lower ends on both sides of the flange portion 68 are rotatably engaged with and attached to bearings 70 and 70 provided at the lower ends on both sides of the cap 51. With the opening 66 of the cap 51 closed by the closing portion 67 of the lid 52, the claw pieces 72 provided sideways on both sides of the lid 52 are placed in the locking holes 71 provided on both sides of the cap 51. When locking and maintaining the posture and opening the opening 66, if the upper portion of the lid 52 is pushed in, the claw piece 72 is disengaged from the locking hole 71, and the duct is as shown in FIG. It lies down on the bottom plate 53 of the main body 48.

As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, when the wiring duct 47 is attached between the leg units 4 and 4, the end face of the cap 51 is slightly retracted from the retaining member 21, that is, the retaining member. The size of 21 is set so as to project slightly laterally from the end surface of the cap 51 so that when the desk devices with elevating top plates are installed side by side, the retaining members 21 and 21 always come into contact with each other. ing.

As shown in FIGS. 10 and 12, the duct cover 50 is provided with notches 73 and 73 at both ends. The notch 73 of the duct cover 50 is located inside the leg unit 4 in a state of being attached to the duct main body 48. A finger is inserted into the notch 73 so that the duct cover 50 can be easily removed from the duct body 48. Further, the cutout portion 73 serves as an insertion hole for pulling out the cords wired to the duct main body 48 upward. Further, an opening 74 is formed in the central portion of the bottom plate 53 of the duct main body 48, and an opening 75 that penetrates vertically is also provided in the linking frame 20 directly below the opening 74, and these openings 74, The 75 is used to enable wiring from a floor surface such as an access floor to the wiring duct 47.
