In addition, the electronic money settlement by the contactless card reader/writer 21 or the contact card reader/writer 22 and the cash settlement by the coin mechanism 23 and the bill validator 24 may be performed in common in the same vending machine 2.
In embodiment 1, the vending machine 2 only needs to display two-dimensional code information for reading the two-dimensional code information by the mobile terminal 3, and therefore can have a simple configuration. That is, the vending machine 2 can be easily added with the sales control processing performed by reading the two-dimensional code information by the mobile terminal 3.
In addition, in embodiment 1, since the result of the settlement between the mobile terminal 3 and the settlement server a is confirmed by polling, each vending machine 2 does not need to acquire an IP address, and can have a simple configuration.
(embodiment mode 2)
In embodiment 1 described above, the result of settlement between the mobile terminal 3 and the settlement server a is confirmed by polling, but in embodiment 2, the result of settlement is received from the settlement server a without polling.
Fig. 6 is a sequence diagram showing a sales control process procedure according to embodiment 2 performed by reading two-dimensional code information by the mobile terminal 3. As described above, in embodiment 2, the polling of the settlement confirmation in embodiment 1 is not performed (step S118), and when the settlement between the mobile terminal 3 and the settlement server a is successful (step S116), the settlement success notification is transmitted to the mobile terminal 3 and also to the external communication processing unit 17 of the vending machine 2 (step S117). The other processing procedures in embodiment 2 are the same as those in embodiment 1.
In embodiment 2, the vending machine 2 needs to acquire an IP address in order for the settlement server a to transmit a settlement success notification to the vending machine 2, but as in embodiment 1, multiple settlement can be prevented, and a sales control process by reading two-dimensional code information by the mobile terminal 3 can be easily added to the vending machine 2.
(embodiment mode 3)
Fig. 7 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the vending machine 2 according to embodiment 3. As shown in fig. 7, in embodiment 3, a short-range wireless communication processing unit 18 is added to the vending machine 2 according to embodiment 1. The short-range wireless communication processing unit 18 performs a process of short-range wireless communication such as Wi-Fi (registered trademark), for example, in the same manner as the short-range wireless communication processing unit 35 of the portable terminal 3. The other structure is the same as embodiment 1.
Fig. 8 is a sequence diagram showing a sales control processing procedure according to embodiment 3 performed by reading two-dimensional code information by the mobile terminal 3. In embodiment 3, the short-range wireless communication processing unit 35 is connected to the short-range wireless communication processing unit 18 in a communication manner, and the sales control unit 10b transmits the contents of the product selection button group 14 and the display operation unit 15 of the vending machine 2 to the mobile terminal 3. As a result, the contents corresponding to the contents of the product selection button group 14 and the display operation unit 15 are virtually displayed on the mobile terminal 3 side. In this state, the selection of the virtual product selection button 14a on the mobile terminal 3 side corresponding to step S101 (step S201) and the selection of the virtual settlement server corresponding to step S104 (step S202) are performed. The other processing procedures are the same as those in embodiment 1.
As shown in embodiment 3, even in an application example in which the selection of the commodity selection button 14a and the selection of the settlement server are performed on the mobile terminal 3 side, multiple settlement can be prevented and the sales control processing by reading the two-dimensional code information by the mobile terminal 3 can be easily added to the vending machine 2, as in embodiment 1.
That is, even in the vending machine 2 according to the application example shown in embodiment 3, since the settlement processing is performed in the same manner as in embodiments 1 and 2, the number of parts to be changed in the vending machine 2 can be reduced. Embodiment 1 and embodiment 3 can be used in combination.
(embodiment mode 4)
Fig. 9 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the vending machine 2 according to embodiment 4. As shown in fig. 9, in embodiment 4, instead of displaying the two-dimensional code information 16a on the display unit 16 and reading it from the mobile terminal 3, the two-dimensional code reading unit 19 is newly provided in the vending machine 2, and the two-dimensional code reading unit 19 reads the two-dimensional code information displayed on the mobile terminal 3. The two-dimensional code reading unit 19 is an imaging unit such as a camera. The other structure is the same as embodiment 1.
Fig. 10 is a sequence diagram showing a process of the sales control processing by the vending machine 2 reading the two-dimensional code information of the portable terminal 3. In fig. 10, steps S301 to S311 are the same as steps S101 to S111 in embodiment 1. Then, in a state where "communication is being performed" (step S309) is displayed, the mobile terminal 3 causes the display operation unit 32 to display the two-dimensional code information including the user identification information (step S312), and when the two-dimensional code reading unit 19 is coated with the displayed two-dimensional code information, the sales control unit 10b causes the two-dimensional code reading unit 19 to read the two-dimensional code information (step S313). After that, the sales control unit 10b transmits the read two-dimensional code information to the external communication processing unit 17. The external communication processing unit 17 transmits the received two-dimensional code information to the settlement server a (step S314), and makes a settlement request to the settlement server a.
After that, the settlement server a performs settlement processing by matching the settlement request content with the order content, and when the settlement is successful (step S316), transmits a settlement success notification to the external communication processing unit 17 (step S317). The subsequent processing (steps S319 to S325) is the same as that of steps S119 to S125 in embodiments 1 and 2.
Note that, as in embodiment 2, an IP address may be set to the vending machine 2 side, and a settlement success notification may be transmitted from the settlement server a to the IP address, or as in embodiment 1, a polling for settlement confirmation may be performed from the vending machine 2 side.
In embodiment 4, in the case of performing the sales control process in which the vending machine 2 reads the two-dimensional code information of the mobile terminal 3, the acceptance of the settlement by the contactless card reader/writer 21, the contact card reader/writer 22, the coin mechanism 23, and the bill validator 24 is prohibited, and thus it is possible to prevent multiple settlement in the case of using the external settlement server A, B, C.
In embodiment 4, the vending machine 2 only needs to be provided with the two-dimensional code reading unit 19 for reading the two-dimensional code information of the mobile terminal 3 by the vending machine 2, and therefore, a simple configuration can be provided.
In embodiments 1 to 4, the description has been made using two-dimensional code information such as QR code (registered trademark) as an example of the barcode information, but the barcode information is not limited to this, and may be, for example, one-dimensional barcode information or other code information as long as the barcode information can be displayed and read.
In addition, in embodiments 1 to 4 described above, an automatic vending machine that sells commodities such as canned beverages, beverages bottled in glass, and beverages bottled in plastic has been described as an example of an automatic vending machine, but the automatic vending machine is not limited to this, and may be provided with at least a settlement processing unit that reads barcode information from the portable terminal 3 or reads barcode information displayed on the portable terminal 3 to perform settlement processing of commodities using the settlement server A, B, C, and 1 or more other settlement processing reception units such as the contactless card reader/writer 21, the contact card reader/writer 22, the coin mechanism 23, the banknote recognizer 24, and the credit card reader/writer, and may include an automatic device such as a ticket vending machine that uses commodities as securities such as tickets.
Note that each of the configurations shown in the above-described embodiments is a functionally schematic configuration, and the illustrated configuration is not necessarily physically required. That is, the form of distribution or integration of the respective devices and components is not limited to the form shown in the drawings, and all or a part of the respective devices and components may be functionally or physically distributed or integrated in arbitrary units according to various usage situations and the like.

Claims (9)

1. A vending machine capable of performing settlement processing of a commodity using a settlement server by reading barcode information with a portable terminal, the vending machine comprising:
an article selection button for selecting an article to be sold;
a settlement server selection unit that accepts the following selections: selecting the settlement server for use in settling the settlement for the commodity selected by the commodity selection button;
a display unit that displays the barcode information including the amount of money of the commodity selected by the commodity selection button and information on the location of a settlement server that settles the commodity; and
a sales control unit that acquires the barcode information from the settlement server and displays the barcode information on the display unit when a product is selected by the product selection button and settlement is selected by the settlement server selection unit, and performs output processing of the product selected by the product selection button when settlement information is received from the settlement server, the settlement information being information that the portable terminal having read the barcode information has settled the product,
wherein, when the commodity is selected by the commodity selection button and the settlement by the settlement server is selected by the settlement server selection unit, the sale control unit prohibits the other settlement processing reception unit from receiving the settlement processing before the settlement processing by the settlement server is completed.
2. A vending machine capable of performing settlement processing of a commodity using a settlement server by reading barcode information displayed on a portable terminal, the vending machine comprising:
an article selection button for selecting an article to be sold;
a settlement server selection unit that accepts the following selections: selecting the settlement server for use in settling the settlement for the commodity selected by the commodity selection button;
a reading unit that reads the barcode information from the portable terminal, the barcode information including user identification information; and
a sales control unit that performs settlement processing of the product with the settlement server based on the barcode information read by the reading unit when the product is selected by the product selection button and the settlement server performs settlement processing by the settlement server when the settlement is selected by the settlement server selection unit, and performs output processing of the product selected by the product selection button when the settlement processing is completed,
wherein, when the commodity is selected by the commodity selection button and the settlement by the settlement server is selected by the settlement server selection unit, the sale control unit prohibits the other settlement processing reception unit from receiving the settlement processing before the settlement processing by the settlement server is completed.
3. The vending machine of claim 1,
after the barcode information is displayed on the display unit, the sales control unit periodically inquires the settlement server whether the portable terminal has settled the commodity or not, and acquires the settled information.
4. The vending machine according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the settlement server selection unit accepts, from the portable terminal side, a selection of: and selecting the settlement server for use in settlement of the product selected by the product selection button or a virtual product selection button corresponding to the product selection button on the portable terminal side.
5. The vending machine according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
the settlement server selection unit accepts the following selections: 1 settlement server is selected from among the plurality of settlement servers.
6. A vending machine system in which a vending machine capable of performing settlement processing of a commodity by reading barcode information by a portable terminal, the portable terminal, and a settlement server performing settlement processing of the commodity can be connected to a network,
the vending machine is provided with:
an article selection button for selecting an article to be sold;
a settlement server selection unit that accepts the following selections: selecting the settlement server for use in settling the settlement for the commodity selected by the commodity selection button;
a display unit that displays the barcode information including the amount of money of the commodity selected by the commodity selection button and information on the location of a settlement server that settles the commodity; and
a sales control unit that acquires the barcode information from the settlement server and displays the barcode information on the display unit when a product is selected by the product selection button and settlement is selected by the settlement server selection unit, performs output processing of the product selected by the product selection button when settlement information is received from the settlement server, the settlement information being information that the portable terminal that has read the barcode information has settled the product, and prohibits acceptance of the settlement processing by another settlement processing unit before the settlement processing by the settlement server is completed when the product is selected by the product selection button and the settlement is selected by the settlement server selection unit,
wherein the portable terminal reads the barcode information displayed on the display unit, and accesses a settlement server indicated by the barcode information to settle the commodity.
7. A vending machine system in which a vending machine capable of performing settlement processing of a commodity by reading barcode information displayed on a portable terminal, the portable terminal, and a settlement server performing settlement processing of the commodity can be connected to a network,
the vending machine is provided with:
an article selection button for selecting an article to be sold;
a settlement server selection unit that accepts the following selections: selecting the settlement server for use in settling the settlement for the commodity selected by the commodity selection button;
a reading unit that reads the barcode information from the portable terminal, the barcode information including user identification information; and
a sales control unit configured to perform settlement processing of the product with the settlement server based on the barcode information read by the reading unit when the product is selected by the product selection button and the settlement is performed by the settlement server selection unit, perform output processing of the product selected by the product selection button when the settlement processing is completed, and prohibit acceptance of the settlement processing by another settlement processing acceptance unit before the settlement processing by the settlement server is completed when the product is selected by the product selection button and the settlement is performed by the settlement server selection unit,
wherein the portable terminal displays the barcode information including the user identification information.
8. A settlement method of a vending machine system in which a vending machine capable of performing settlement processing of a commodity by reading barcode information by a portable terminal, the portable terminal, and a settlement server performing settlement processing of the commodity can be connected to a network,
in the case of the vending machine described above,
when a product is selected by a product selection button for selecting a product to be sold and settlement is performed by the settlement server using a selected settlement server by accepting settlement for the product selected by the product selection button, the settlement server acquires the barcode information from the settlement server and displays the barcode information on a display unit, and when settlement information is received from the settlement server, the settlement information is output by the product selection button, the settlement information being information that the portable terminal having read the barcode information has performed settlement of the product, and when the product is selected by the product selection button and the settlement is performed by the settlement server selection unit, the reception of the settlement processing by the other settlement processing reception unit is prohibited until the settlement processing by the settlement server is completed.

A settlement method of a vending machine system in which a vending machine capable of performing settlement processing of a commodity by reading barcode information displayed on a portable terminal, the portable terminal, and a settlement server performing the settlement processing of the commodity can be connected to a network,
in the case of the vending machine described above,
when a product is selected by a product selection button for selecting a product to be sold and settlement is performed by the settlement server by a settlement server selection unit that accepts selection of the settlement server for settlement of the product selected by the product selection button, the barcode information including user identification information is read from the portable terminal, settlement processing of the product is performed with the settlement server based on the read barcode information, when the settlement processing is completed, output processing of the product selected by the product selection button is performed, and when a product is selected by the product selection button and settlement is performed by the settlement server selection unit, acceptance of the settlement processing by another settlement processing acceptance unit is prohibited until the settlement processing by the settlement server is completed .
