其中該IPC收發模組3更設有一重設單元36,係供該IPC收發模組3重啟並設定;其中各電子支付模組4,係以複數個呈現,該IPC收發模組3之收發接口34係以複數個呈現,而供晶片掃描、電磁感應及QR掃描方式,並該支付鎖定單元31係分別控制各電子支付模組4開關;經由上述,針對本發明「販賣機銷售支付系統改良及其運作方法」之步驟流程,其包含:一遠端數據庫A、一販賣機組1、一連網裝置2、一IPC收發模組3、至少一電子支付模組4及一現金支付模組5;其中:該遠端數據庫A、該販賣機組1、該連網裝置2、該IPC收發模組3、各電子支付模組4及該現金支付模組5,其各個結構已於前述敘明,故不再敘述:首先,本發明係使用於販賣機銷售系統,並可用於現金及無現金交易方式完成銷售,根據消費方式改變模式來完成不同的付費方式,而藉由改變模式,鎖定其他消費方式降低各付費裝置的干擾,防止各交易形式的衝突,至此,本發明運作方法係由消費者經過系統購買商品,該方法包含以下步驟:步驟S1:選擇付款模式步驟,首先,該現金支付模組5係呈準備受款狀態,係由消費者預先由該選擇面板12選擇商品或預先投放現金至該現金支付模組5;至此,先由該選擇面板12點選商品時,該主控板52傳遞訊號至該IPC收發模組3之支付鎖定單元31對各電子支付模組4啟動,令該現金支付模組5與各電子支付模組4呈開啟狀態,以啟用預選支付模式;又,在預先投放現金至該現金支付模組5之現金支付器51狀況下,該支付鎖定單元31則持續使各電子支付模組4鎖定,並令該主控板52控制該選擇面板12呈待選商品狀態,以啟用現金支付模式;
步驟S2:銷售支付步驟:藉由前述選擇付款模式步驟中,在於選擇預選支付模式下,係投付現金至該現金支付器51,令該現金支付模組5發送信號至該IPC收發模組3之支付鎖定單元31,將各電子支付模組4關閉,以取消電子支付,令該主控板52對所付費現金進行扣款,並由該現金支付器51找零;或在於選擇預選支付模式下,藉由各電子支付模組4在開啟狀態而使用電子支付,令該支付鎖定單元31傳遞訊號至該現金支付模組5之主控板52,以關閉該現金支付器51,而供防止投入現金,以藉由該IPC收發模組3經過該連網裝置2與支付商支付金額後取得訊號,再接收訊號至該IPC收發模組3處;又或在啟用現金支付模式中,經由該選擇面板12點選投放金額內之商品,再由該主控板52對所付費現金進行扣款並由該現金支付器51找零;又於該IPC收發模組3於更新或設定導致關閉而使用該現金支付器51時,藉由該預存單元521電性連接於該IPC收發模組3,暫存該現金支付模組5交易數據;步驟S3:投放及統計步驟,係藉由前述該銷售支付步驟後,在預選支付模式且投付現金狀態下,令該主控板52發送訊號至該投放裝置13而投放商品完成交易;或在預選支付模式中使用電子支付的情況下,藉由該IPC收發模組3收到訊號後發送開啟信號至該主控板52,令該主控板52啟動該投放裝置13,而投放選擇的商品完成交易;又或在現金支付模式中,經由該主控板52啟動該投放裝置13投放選擇的商品完成交易;至此,在此步驟中於完成商品交易後,藉由該IPC收發模組3將銷售資料與該預存單元521紀錄之資料傳遞至該遠端數據庫A之銷售紀錄區A1,並且傳輸售出紀錄至該儲料紀錄區A2以更新商品儲備狀態;
至此,本發明之步驟S1:選擇付款模式步驟中,各電子支付模組4或該連網裝置2處於異常或壞損狀態下,係藉由該IPC收發模組3之支付鎖定單元31鎖定各電子支付模組4,致使其關閉電子支付模式,並令該現金支付模組5處於開啟並保持現金支付模式;並且於至步驟S1:選擇付款模式步驟中,該主控板52控制該選擇面板12呈待選商品狀態下,該主控板52係依照投放金額傳遞信號至相對應商品於該選擇面板12標示處產生提示;再來,經由上述步驟S1~S3,並搭配前述系統,針對現金交易方式做說明,其在於消費者使用時,能夠藉由先投現金於該現金支付模組5以供該支付鎖定單元31持續對各電子支付模組4鎖定,啟用現金支付模式,而其各電子支付模組4係用以如使用悠遊卡或信用卡以及手機支付系統之感應支付形式呈現時,鎖定各電子支付模組4係以關閉感應處呈斷路狀態,而使其處於無法感測的狀態,又或是使用QR code的掃描條碼支付情況下以關閉掃描器呈斷路狀態,因此在於未使用或只用現金交易的情況下,可以減少能源的消耗及防止各電子支付模組4長時間待機而可能產生當機的情況;因此,啟用的現金支付模式藉由該主控板52直接控制該選擇面板12呈待選商品狀態,可點選金額內的商品使該主控板52控制該投放裝置13將該儲物區11處對應商品投放給消費者,而能夠由該主控板52運算後,藉由該現金支付器51找回剩餘零錢;至此,可知現金支付模式下,無需經過該IPC收發模阻3即可完成交易,而後可藉由該主控板52將交易資訊傳遞至該IPC收發模組3,進而由該連網裝置2傳遞交易的資訊及商品數量至該遠端數據庫A之銷售紀錄區A1及該儲料紀錄區A2;以利由該遠端數據庫A可查看營運狀況及商品存貨狀況;
再來,針對另一現金交易方式說明,其消費者先行選擇該選擇面板12之商品後,經由該主控板52將訊號傳遞至該IPC收發模組3之支付鎖定單元31,將各電子支付模組4導通呈開放狀態,至此該現金支付模組5及各電子支付模組4呈開啟狀態而呈預選支付模式,而可供消費者選擇現金及電子支付兩種交易方式,而消費者使用現金交易時,係可直接將現金投入該現金支付模組5之現金支付器51處,令該主控板52確認使用現金後發出訊號至該IPC收發模組3之支付鎖定單元31,藉以鎖定各電子支付模組4,而當投入超出或等值之現金後,使該主控板52控制該投放裝置13將該儲物區11處對應商品投放給消費者,並如上述在現金支付模式下,經由該主控板52將交易資訊傳遞至該IPC收發模組3,並以該數量計測單元32及該金額匯集單元33藉由該連網裝置2傳遞交易的資訊及商品數量至該遠端數據庫A之銷售紀錄區A1及該儲料紀錄區A2;以利由該遠端數據庫A可查看營運狀況及商品存貨狀況;至此,特別一提,當各電子支付模組4或該連網裝置2處於損壞或是無法連通狀態下,令該支付鎖定單元31可持續鎖定各電子支付模組4,並在於上述預選支付模式下令各電子支付模組4處於鎖定狀態,以供現金支付模組5可持續進行交易;又,針對電子交易方式說明,其由前述一致先以消費者選擇該選擇面板12之商品後,經由該主控板52將訊號傳遞至該IPC收發模組3之支付鎖定單元31,將各電子支付模組4導通呈開放狀態,至此,該現金支付模組5及各電子支付模組4呈開啟狀態而呈預選支付模式,以供消費者選擇現金及電子支付兩種交易方式,而消費者使用電子交易時,係直接使用支付方式於各電子
支付模組4中,以選擇一種電子交易方式(如信用卡、易卡通、手機感應支付或掃碼支付),令該IPC收發模組3之支付鎖定單元31傳遞訊號至該主控板52而使該現金支付器51關閉,至此,在電子支付方式多元而使各電子支付模組4具有複數個時,當消費者使用其中一種支付後,該支付鎖定單元31也同時傳遞關閉訊號至未使用之各電子支付模組4,而能夠減少干擾,藉由該IPC收發模組3傳遞交易訊號,並由該連網裝置2連結各電子支付電商並扣款後回傳其確認訊號,以令該IPC收發模組3能夠發送信號給該現金支付模組5之主控板52,並由該主控板52發送投放信號至該投放裝置13,以令該投放裝置13投放商品給消費者,完成交易,又該IPC收發模組3更於交易完成後經由該數量計測單元32依各商品售出數量以取得存量,並藉由該連網裝置2而儲存於該儲料紀錄區A2,並且該金額匯集單元33係用以運算金額數目,供運算營業額而儲存於該銷售紀錄區A1;至此,本發明能夠將現金交易方式獨立出來而在電子支付未能使用時(如更新資料或關閉狀態下),不會妨礙現金支付的機能,並能藉由該預存單元521,係能夠經由該主控板52而電性連接於該IPC收發模組3,因此,即便該IPC收發模組3處於更新狀態或藉由該重設單元36重新設定時,也能夠進行現金銷售並紀錄於該預存單元521,供後續可傳遞數據至該IPC收發模組3之數量計測單元32及該金額匯集單元33,並由該連網裝置2傳遞資訊至該遠端數據庫A處;又,特別一提,該選擇面板12更能夠以觸控螢幕呈現,因此能夠投放廣告,並且可藉由各偵測單元121,而能夠在無人狀態下,將螢幕關閉以減少耗能,並能夠在該偵測單元121偵測消費者接近時,傳遞訊號至該選擇面板
12啟用;且根據選擇及需求,該偵測單元121係可選自紅外線感應、攝像機或錄影機等,以提升與消費者的互動;藉由前述說明內容,在此特別說明,本發明是藉由使用VM系統:virtual machine(虛擬電腦系統)做為控制運行的系統,來用以運行,以連接各支付方式使用,並能同步與該遠端數據庫A連接並控制,用以記錄數據或操作等使用,並可藉由該IPC收發模組3搭配該連網裝置2來操作控制VM系統的運行,因此能夠根據使用的機種不同藉由輸入及調整VM系統來提高系統的效能,便能夠使用於不同功能的販賣機上,甚至可以更新系統來增加對網路連接至該遠端數據庫A的作用,以藉由登入該遠端數據庫A反向遠端操作販賣機;由上述說明,本發明之販賣機銷售支付系統改良及其運作方法,其主要功效在於:係藉由該遠端數據庫A,設置有一銷售紀錄區A1及一儲料紀錄區A2;而該販賣機組1,係設有一儲物區11,係用以存儲商品;一選擇面板12,係設於該販賣機組1外緣,供使用者選擇商品;及一投放裝置13,係設於該儲物區11處,供使用者選擇之商品由該儲物區11投放;並於該販賣機組1設有一連網裝置2,而供連接於該遠端數據庫A,以用於連線電子支付商:又該IPC收發模組3,係電性連接該連網裝置2而連線於該遠端數據庫A之銷售紀錄區A1與儲料紀錄區A2;且該IPC收發模組3,更設有一支付鎖定單元31、一數量計測單元32及一金額匯集單元33,且設有至少一收發接口34;該支付鎖定單元31係供選擇支付方式後鎖定其他支付方式;而該數量計測單元32係依照該儲物區11商品數量設定,供依商品售出數量運算以取得剩餘數量;又該金額匯集單元33係用以運算金額數目,供運算營業額而儲存於該銷售紀錄區A1;該IPC收發模組3係連接有各電子支付模組4
,係連接於該IPC收發模組3之收發接口34處,且經由該IPC收發模組3連接至該連網裝置2,而供傳遞電子支付信號於相對應的電子支付商;以及連接有該現金支付模組5,係設有一現金支付器51及一主控板52;該主控板52係電性連接於該IPC收發模組3、該選擇面板12及該投放裝置13,致使該主控板52可傳遞與接收訊號至該IPC收發模組3處,並控制該投放裝置13,令該主控板52可接收該現金支付器51信號或IPC收發模組3經由電子支付後所傳遞之信號控制商品投放;藉此,提供一種販賣機銷售支付系統有關,尤指一種使用多方支付之系統,可於線上系統鎖定時可持續使用現金系統,並能夠彙整銷售狀態於雲端紀錄,俾達到支付便利且能觀察銷售狀態之販賣機支付系統功能者。
