The recording module matches the recording data in the database according to the name of the audio file returned by the voice recognition module, and stores the converted text information into the internal database and the corresponding recording record of the central server; in order to ensure the uniqueness of the name of the audio file, in the recording software, the name of the audio file is generated by a recording module identification ID, a recording channel ID, the year, month, day, hour, minute, second and millisecond calling time and a multi-bit random numeric character, so that the unique record can be matched in the corresponding process of recording data record and recording file, and the normal and accurate operation of the system is ensured.
In this embodiment, the text information converted from the recording file needs to be stored in the recording module, and also needs to be stored in the central server, a uniform data uploading interface is provided in the central server, and the recording text information, the recording basic information, and the like can be uploaded to the central server through the interface.
In this embodiment, the recording software in the recording module may perform alarm setting, set a critical value of the CPU utilization rate, the memory utilization rate, the remaining capacity of the storage space, and the un-recorded time of the system of the industrial personal computer, and may periodically read the CPU real-time utilization rate of the industrial personal computer, the memory real-time utilization rate, the remaining capacity of the storage space, the un-recorded time of the system, and the current state of each recording channel of the recording card.
The central server establishes a TCP connection with each recording module, and can send a heartbeat detection data packet to the recording modules at regular time, if a certain recording module does not return data, the recording module is disconnected, and the central server can generate corresponding alarm information for storage. The central server can read alarm information stored in the central server in real time, if unprocessed alarm information exists, the central server can send the alarm information to the alarm device through a network or a serial port, and the alarm device plays the alarm information by dialing a set telephone number or directly plays the alarm information through an associated sound box. In order to ensure the practicability of alarming, when alarming information appears, the central server can send the alarming information to the alarming device for alarming once every a period of time, after the fault is relieved, the alarming is stopped, and the user can also manually stop the alarming.
In this embodiment, one recording module corresponds to a plurality of dispatch telephones (analog telephone/digital telephone/IP telephone), for analog telephone/digital telephone, the recording module has a plurality of recording channels (recording interfaces), each channel or interface is connected to a telephone, the recording of each channel is performed separately and does not affect each other, the recording data corresponds to its own channel, for IP telephone, it is also possible that one channel (virtual channel) corresponds to a telephone, there is also a possibility that an idle channel is used for recording task during IP telephone conversation, and whichever mode can directly obtain the calling number and the called number of the channel.
