Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the following describes specific technical solutions of the present invention in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Fig. 1A is a schematic diagram of another network architecture according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1A, the network architecture includes a first device 11, a second device 12, and a server 13, where the first device 11 is installed with an application 14 for storing data, and the first device 11 and the second device 12 can perform voice communication with other devices. The server 13 is a server corresponding to the data storage application 14. When the first device 11 and the second device 12 perform a voice call, the first device 11 stores the call data in the call process in a local path (that is, a storage path of the recording data corresponding to the first device itself); if the server 13 judges that the version number of the first device 11 is not equal to the version number stored in the server 13, the server 13 sends the matching rule to the application 14 for storing data; the data storage application 14 obtains the recording data according to the matching rule, and searches the recording data to be uploaded corresponding to the call data in a preset searching manner, so that the recording data and the call data of the recording data correspond to each other one by one, that is, the user can find the call data corresponding to the recording data by naming the recording data.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a data saving method, and fig. 1B is a schematic diagram illustrating an implementation flow of the data saving method according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1B, the embodiment is executed by a client, and the method includes the following steps:
and S101, acquiring a matching rule corresponding to the equipment.
Here, the device may be any device capable of voice communication, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, and the like. The matching rule is a storage path of the recording data and a naming rule of the recording data. That is, when the device itself stores the recording data, the corresponding storage path and naming rule, for example, the recording data is stored in the Recorder/call directory by the mobile phone a, and the naming rule is call c80409-100346.mp 3; b, the mobile phone stores the recording data in a sound/CallRecorder directory with the naming rule of 13530452097-2018041019225. amr; c, the mobile phone stores the sound recording data in an MIUI/sound _ recorder/call _ rec, and the naming rule is call sound recording @13530452097_201804019263.mp 3.
And step S102, obtaining the call data of the equipment within the preset time.
Here, the call data includes at least: the contact name, the call number, the call state and the call duration corresponding to the recording data; the preset time can be understood as the time from the last acquired call data of the device to the current time; for example, if the last call data acquired by the device is eight am and the current call data is ten am, the preset time is all call data between eight am and ten am.
And step S103, acquiring the recording data within the preset time according to the matching rule and the call data.
After receiving the matching rule, the client searches the recording data corresponding to the call data in the preset time according to the storage path and the naming rule of the recording data in the matching rule, and copies the recording data to the server, namely the recording data is stored in the cloud and the local of the equipment; or the client takes out the recording data and transfers the recording data to the server, namely, the recording data is stored in the cloud.
And step S104, determining the to-be-uploaded recording data matched with a preset searching mode in the recording data.
Here, the preset search mode may be a regular type, that is, call data (for example, a mobile phone number, a call time, and a suffix name) is converted into a file name character string, record data to be uploaded, which is named and matched with the character string, is searched, and then the record data to be uploaded and the call data corresponding to the record data to be uploaded are uploaded to a server, so that a corresponding mobile phone number and a corresponding call time can be found by searching for the record file with the name; the preset searching mode can also be that a time type is adopted, and according to the time point and the call duration of the call data, the creating time point of the recording data is the same as the time point of the call data, and the recording data to be uploaded with the same playing duration and the same call duration of the recording data is searched, so that the recording data and the call data are in one-to-one correspondence. The preset search mode may be that if the recording data named and matched with the character string cannot be searched according to the character string, the recording data matched with the time point and the call duration of the call data is searched.
And step S105, sending the recording data to be uploaded and the call data corresponding to the recording data to be uploaded to a server.
In the data storage method provided by the embodiment of the invention, firstly, a matching rule corresponding to the equipment is obtained; the matching rule is a storage path of the recording data and a naming rule of the recording data by the equipment; then, acquiring call data of the equipment within preset time; acquiring the recording data within the preset time according to the matching rule and the call data; finally, determining the recording data to be uploaded which is matched with a preset searching mode in the recording data; sending the recording data to be uploaded and the call data corresponding to the recording data to be uploaded to a server; therefore, the recording data are acquired according to the path and the name of the recording data stored in the equipment, and the recording data and the call data corresponding to the recording data are stored in the server in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so that the recording data are stored in different equipment in the same manner, and the problem of irregular management of the recording data and the call data in different mobile phone systems in the market and even different versions of the same mobile phone system is solved.
In other embodiments, the step S101, namely obtaining the matching rule corresponding to the device, may be implemented by the following steps:
step S111, sending the identification information of the device to the server.
Here, the identification information of the device includes at least: brand of device, manufacturer, system model, internal version number, device serial number, etc.
And step S112, receiving the matching rule corresponding to the equipment sent by the server.
Here, the matching rule is a storage path of the sound recording data by the apparatus and a naming rule of the sound recording data.
In this embodiment, the identification information of the device is sent to the server, and then the server determines whether the identification information is within the range of the identification information of the device stored by the server, and if so, sends the matching rule corresponding to the device to the client.
In other embodiments, the step S102, namely acquiring the call data of the device within the preset time, may be implemented by the following steps:
step S1021, determining the first time corresponding to the last acquired call data of the equipment.
Here, the determining the first time corresponding to the last acquired call data of the device may be understood as determining a time point (i.e., the first time) corresponding to the last acquired call data of the device, and then taking the time point to the current time as a preset time.
Step S1022, acquiring call data of the device after the first time.
Here, all call data of the device from the first time to the current time are acquired, that is, the call data include a personal privacy call and a call that needs to upload recording data.
In other embodiments, after the step S102, that is, after acquiring the call data of the device within the preset time, the method further includes the following steps:
and step S121, uploading the call data to a server.
Here, the call data includes both call data that requires uploading of the recording data and call data of the private service.
And step S122, receiving target call data matched with the target group list in the call data returned by the server.
Here, the target group list is used to store call data corresponding to a contact needing to store the recorded data. The server receives the call data and searches for target call data matched with the target group list in the call data, namely the recording data corresponding to the target call data is the recording data needing to be uploaded.
And step S123, acquiring the matching rule of the equipment.
Step S124, determining the recording data corresponding to the target call data according to the storage path of the device to the recording data in the matching rule and the target call data.
In other embodiments, in step S104, determining the to-be-uploaded sound recording data in the sound recording data that matches with a preset search mode may be implemented in two ways:
the first is that: firstly, the call data is encoded into a preset character string. Then, determining the recording data to be uploaded which is matched with the preset character string (namely, the name of the recording data to be uploaded is matched with the character string); and sending the recording data to be uploaded and the call data corresponding to the recording data to be uploaded to the server. For example, the call data (for example, the names of the mobile phone number, the call time and the suffix) is converted into a file name character string, and the record data to be uploaded, which is named and matched with the character string, in the record data is searched, so that the corresponding mobile phone number and the call time can be found by searching the record data with the name.
Secondly, the following steps: firstly, determining a call time point and a call duration corresponding to the call data according to the call data; then, the creating time point of the searched recording data is the same as the time point of the call data, and the recording data to be uploaded has the same playing time length and the same call time length. For example, according to the fact that the time point of the call data is 8 o 'clock, the call duration is 20 minutes, the record data with the record data creation time of 8 o' clock and the play duration of 20 minutes is searched, the record data and the call data corresponding to the record data are uploaded to the server, and the call data corresponding to the record data can be found through naming of the record data.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a data saving method, and fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating an implementation interaction of the data saving method according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
step S201, the client determines a first time corresponding to the last acquired call data of the device.
Step S202, the client acquires the call data of the equipment after the first time.
Step S203, the client uploads the call data to the server.
And step S204, the server receives the call data uploaded by the client.
Step S205, the server determines the target call data matched with the target group list in the call data according to the target group list.
Step S206, the server sends the target call data to the client.
Step S207, the client acquires the target call data.
In step S208, the client transmits the identification information of the device to the server.
In step S209, the server obtains the uploaded identification information of the current device.
And step S210, if the identification information meets the preset condition, the server sends the matching rule corresponding to the equipment to the client.
Here, the preset condition is that the version number corresponding to the identification information is not equal to a preset version number, and if the identification information satisfies the preset condition, sending the matching rule corresponding to the device to the client includes: if the version number corresponding to the identification information is not equal to a preset version number, determining that the identification information meets a preset condition; sending the matching rule corresponding to the version number to the client;
or,
the preset condition is that the identification information corresponds to a preset identification information base, and if the identification information meets the preset condition, the matching rule corresponding to the equipment is sent to the client, including: if the identification information corresponds to a preset identification information base, determining that the identification information meets a preset condition; the preset identification information base is used for storing identification information of equipment; and sending the matching rule corresponding to the identification information in the preset identification information base to a client.
Step S211, the client receives the matching rule and obtains the corresponding recording data according to the matching rule and the target call data.
Step S212, the client determines the recording data to be uploaded which is matched with a preset searching mode in the recording data; and sending the recording data to be uploaded and the call data corresponding to the recording data to be uploaded to a server.
Step S213, the server receives and stores the recording data to be uploaded sent by the client and the call data corresponding to the recording data to be uploaded.
In this embodiment, by sending the identification information of the device to the server, then obtaining the matching rule of the device for the recording data, and storing the recording data and the call data in the cloud in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the management of the recording data of different mobile phones is effectively optimized.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a data saving method, and fig. 3 is a logical architecture diagram for implementing the data saving method according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the architecture diagram includes 5 modules: a reading module 301, a filtering module 302, a matching module 303, a retrieving module 304, and an uploading module 305, wherein: wherein, each module function is as follows:
the reading module 301 is configured to obtain call data within a preset time from a call database of a mobile phone system.
Before the 'obtaining of the call data within the preset time', a user is required to authorize and start a call record reading authority of the APP, and the authority can be automatically applied when the user opens the APP; meanwhile, when the user closes the authority state, the APP pops up a prompt interface to apply for authorization.
The "obtaining" is: calling related data operation supported by the mobile phone system to acquire related call data stored in a call database of the mobile phone system;
the "call data within the preset time" is: reading 'last call record time uploaded last time', wherein each record comprises corresponding contact name, call number, call type (dial-in, dial-out, missed, and the like) and call duration;
the filtering module 302 is configured to match target call data belonging to a target group from the call data through interaction with the cloud device.
The call data of the user often contains call data belonging to private business, the part of the data does not belong to a target group needing attention, and meanwhile, because the contact person phone number of the target group is often stored in the cloud server, the filter device adds the call record data to be synchronized at this time to the call data needing to be continuously synchronized in the local cache database, and the call record data is handed to the server together, and the call number of the call data screened out in a matching mode belongs to the call data of the phone number list of the target group.
The "matching of the target call data belonging to the target group from the call data" may be understood as: and storing the call data into a local database (taking the number plus time as a main key, if the existing records of the database are not stored any more), reading the call data to be synchronized in the whole database, submitting the call data to a server for verification in one step or in batches, and returning the call data belonging to the number of the contact person of the target group.
The matching module 303 is configured to report the identification information of the current mobile phone system of the user to the cloud server, and the server issues a matching rule corresponding to the current mobile phone system.
Here, the "acquiring the matching rule corresponding to the current mobile phone system" may be understood as: and sending the identification information of the current mobile phone system and the mobile phone version number to a server, judging that the mapping rule version number of the client is not equal to the version number stored in the current cloud mapping rule base by the server, verifying the mobile phone system identification by the server based on the mapping rule base according to the identification information, and issuing a matching rule by a mobile phone system main key.
The "relevant identification constant of the current mobile phone system" may be understood as: the relevant unified data stored in the version label (Build) or System file (System Property) of the mobile phone System can be used for distinguishing information such as mobile phone brands, manufacturers, System models, internal version numbers and the like to which the current mobile phone System belongs; but also identification information that is present only in part of the handset system.
The "mobile phone identification information" may be: the system can be used for distinguishing self-defined identifications of different mobile phone brands, even different mobile phones of the same brand, including but not limited to a combination of 'brand + system name + internal version number', systems with different mobile phone system identifications, and the storage and naming rules of the recorded data are different; the identification is deduced according to the related identification constant of the current mobile phone system;
after the matching rule corresponding to the current mobile phone system is acquired, the client caches the matching rule in a local database so as to facilitate further retrieval operation.
The retrieval module 304 is configured to search a storage path of the recording data according to a locally stored matching rule, query whether recording data exists at a corresponding address of the current mobile phone system, retrieve the call records and the recording data in a one-to-one correspondence manner according to the matching recording data naming rule, and retrieve the related recording data and the call records in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
Here, the expression "retrieving the call records and the recording data in a one-to-one correspondence to the associated recording data and in a one-to-one correspondence to the call data records" may be understood as: the recording data is searched in two ways:
firstly, a regular type is adopted, namely, call data (such as mobile phone numbers, call time and suffix names) are converted into a file name character string, and the character string is used as the name of the recording data, so that the mobile phone number and the call time corresponding to a device can be found out by searching the recording file with the name; secondly, the recording data is named according to the time point of the call data by adopting the time type, so that the recording data and the call data are in one-to-one correspondence.
And an uploading module 305, configured to upload the target call data and the corresponding call recording data to a server and store the target call data and the corresponding call recording data.
After the target call data and the corresponding call recording data are uploaded to the server and stored, the server sets the synchronization state of the corresponding call data to be synchronized, and simultaneously sends a signal to the client to inform the client of updating the call data immediately.
Meanwhile, in order to satisfy the real-time call data and recording data uploading function, for example, after a user dials a telephone number by using a mobile phone, the call record and the recording file can be uploaded to a server in real time, and the following solutions can be added:
and the APP monitors the change of the call state in real time, reads the latest call record when monitoring a signal of hanging up the call of the user, and executes the process.
Before the APP monitors the change of the conversation state in real time, a user is required to authorize and start the conversation state monitoring authority of the APP, and the authority can be automatically applied when the user opens the APP; meanwhile, when the user closes the authority state, the APP pops up a prompt interface to apply for authorization.
For better understanding of the embodiment, a use scenario of the embodiment is described here, for example, a certain telephone sales department wants to develop a software, the telephone sales person starts the automatic call recording of the mobile phone and uses the mobile phone and the customer for telephone sales, and after the automatic call recording and the storage are performed by the system, the software can transmit the call recording and the chat recording of the telephone sales person and the customer to the server, so that the software can be seen by the old. But the mobile phones used by the employees are different, and how to make the APP know the system path of the recording file storage of the current system in different mobile phones; how to correspond one call record to one sound recording file is a problem which needs to be solved urgently.
In order to solve the above problems, this embodiment provides a data storage method, where for call record uploading of various platforms, once the matching between the record data and the call data is completed, an association relationship between the call record and the record data is obtained, and then the call record and the association relationship between the call record and the call record are uploaded to a server, and then the recording data and the call data of any employee can be obtained by the old of an electricity distribution department, for example, obtaining "the subordinate Xiao a performs a 10-minute telephone contact with the client E at nine tenths of yesterday, and the subordinate Xiao B performs a 30-minute telephone contact with the client C at nine am today".
In this embodiment, the APP reports the system identifier of the mobile phone of the current user to the server, the server issues the corresponding matching rule, and then the APP searches the storage directory of the recording data on the mobile phone according to the matching rule; then, the possible names of the sound recording files corresponding to the call records are searched according to a preset searching mode, and then the names are found in a storage directory, namely the matching is found.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of another implementation of the data saving method according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the method includes the following steps:
step S401, the client reports the relevant identification information of the mobile phone.
Here, before the client reports the mobile phone related identification information, the user is required to open the APP at the mobile phone terminal.
Step S402, the server judges the identification information, which is not equal to the current mapping rule base version number.
Here, the mapping rule base is used to store a maximum version number corresponding to a mobile phone already on the market, that is, a preset version number.
And S403, based on the mapping rule base, the server checks the mobile phone key according to the uploaded identification information.
Step S404, if the verification is successful, the server issues the matching rule to the client.
In step S405, the client uploads the record data and the call data to be uploaded, which are found in the preset search manner, to the server.
In other embodiments, the method further comprises: the operation background directly sends the matching rule of the recording data of the device to the client (i.e. the client does not need to send the identification information of the device to the server first and then receive the matching rule issued by the server), and the steps S406 and S407 are performed:
step S406, the operation background sends the matching rule of the device to the client.
Step S407, the client acquires the recording data according to the matching rule, names the recording data by using a preset naming rule and then sends the recording data to the server.
Here, the matching rule is directly sent to the client from the operation background, so that the matching rule of the recording data on the mobile phone is completely changed after the version of the mobile phone is upgraded, and the server side does not store the version number at this time.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of another implementation of the data saving method according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the method includes the following steps:
step S501, starting APP for data storage.
Here, if real-time monitoring by the APP is required, the process proceeds to step S503.
Step S502, call data in preset time is obtained.
Here, before acquiring the call data within the preset time, the APP is used to acquire the authority of call recording and the authority of monitoring the call state.
Step S503, monitoring the change of the call state.
Here, the APP has obtained the right to be able to listen to the talk state before listening for a change in the talk state.
Step S504, recording the user entering the call interface.
In step S505, the latest piece of call data is acquired.
Step S506, the server determines target call data matched with the target group list in the call data according to the target group list.
Here, the step S506 may be implemented by:
step S561, store the call log data in the local database.
Here, the number + time is used as the primary key, and if the database already has the data, the data is not stored.
Step S562, reading the call data in the whole library, wherein the synchronized state is unsynchronized.
And step S563, submitting the call data to the server for verification in one or batch, and returning the call data of the contact numbers of the clients belonging to the target group.
And step S507, carrying out mobile phone key verification according to the uploaded identification information, and if the verification is successful, the server issues a matching rule to the client.
Here, the matching rules include a saving path 71 of the matching sound recording data and a naming rule 72 of the matching sound recording data.
Step S508, the client searches for the recording data to be uploaded according to a preset search mode.
In step S509, the client filters the record data to be uploaded.
Here, the filtering of the recording data by the client is to ensure that the recording data and the call data correspond to each other one to one.
Step S510, the client uploads the recording data to be uploaded to the server one by one.
Here, if the upload to the server fails, the upload process is ended.
Step S511, the server updates the local database, and marks the call data corresponding to the recording data as synchronized.
Step S512, the server sends a broadcast message to inform the client to update the call data in time.
