Ring back tone playing method and mobile communication terminal
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of computers, and in particular, to a ring back tone playing method and a mobile communication terminal.
Background
A ringback tone is a sound heard by a calling party before the telephone is switched on when the calling party dials a called party. The earliest ringback tones were the very simple "beep … … beep" and the current ringback tones were a piece of melodious music, or other personalized recordings, etc.
Currently, a color ring back tone service is implemented by a color ring back tone platform. The color ring back tone platform provides management for color ring back tone services and is also an information base for storing color ring back tone information. When the user mobile phone is dialed, the system searches the corresponding color ring setting in the information base of each operator according to the number of the called user, and then the base station plays the color ring to the calling party.
The appearance of the polyphonic ringtone enables people not to listen to boring dial tones in the process of waiting for the call to be connected, and brings fun to the life of people. However, it is obvious that the polyphonic ringtone needs network support, and the base station replaces dial tone with music, which is inconvenient for managing the polyphonic ringtone, and the polyphonic ringtone is downloaded from the network and the fee is paid to the operator, and the polyphonic ringtone format provided by the operator is very limited, only one polyphonic ringtone can be used at a time, and the favorite polyphonic ringtone of the operator cannot be replaced at will.

first, a communication identifier of the communication object is acquired.
And then, obtaining the individual ring back tone corresponding to the communication identification in a specified third-party application server.
The communication identifier mentioned in the embodiment of the present invention may be a phone number or a network account.
The contents supplemented here are: the method provided by the embodiment can also acquire the preset personal ring back tone in the mobile communication terminal. Thus, the step can be embodied as follows: and acquiring the preset individual ring back tone of the mobile communication terminal and/or the preset individual ring back tone of the communication object in a specified third-party application server. The mobile communication terminal can not distinguish a contact person to preset a personal ring back tone, namely, the personal ring back tone is acquired and played when the call from the mobile communication terminal is successful (the contact person in the address list or a stranger outside the address list). Certainly, the mobile communication terminal can also preset a personal ring back tone for a certain contact (such as the contact contacting the address list for the most times); or presetting different individual ring-back tones for a plurality of contacts (such as a plurality of contacts familiar in the address list), namely presetting different individual ring-back tones for at least two communication identifiers contained in the local address list of the mobile communication terminal. If the mobile communication terminal only presets the individual ring back tone for one or several contacts, the above-mentioned obtaining the individual ring back tone preset by the mobile communication terminal should specifically be:
when the communication object is a contact in the local address list of the mobile communication terminal, inquiring whether the mobile communication terminal presets a personalized ring back tone for the communication object, if so, acquiring the preset personalized ring back tone corresponding to the communication object.
In a specific embodiment, the embodiment may obtain the personalized ring back tone preset by the mobile communication terminal and/or the personalized ring back tone preset by the communication object in the specified application server according to a specified obtaining rule. Specifically, the specified acquisition rule may be characterized as the following steps:
when the mobile communication terminal has a preset individual ring back tone locally, the preset individual ring back tone of the mobile communication terminal is preferentially acquired; when the mobile communication terminal does not have preset personal ring back tone locally, the mobile communication terminal acquires the preset personal ring back tone of the communication object in the appointed application server;
or,
when the communication object has the preset individual ring back tone in the appointed application server, preferentially acquiring the preset individual ring back tone of the communication object in the appointed application server; when the communication object does not have the preset personal ring back tone in the appointed application server, the preset personal ring back tone of the mobile communication terminal is acquired;
or,
and obtaining the individual ring back tone preset by the mobile communication terminal and the individual ring back tone preset by the communication object in the appointed application server.
Specifically, the specified acquisition rule may be characterized as the following steps:
when the mobile communication terminal has a preset individual ring back tone locally, the preset individual ring back tone of the mobile communication terminal is preferentially acquired; when the mobile communication terminal does not have preset personal ring back tone locally, the mobile communication terminal acquires the preset personal ring back tone of the communication object in the appointed application server;
or,
when the communication object has the preset individual ring back tone in the appointed application server, preferentially acquiring the preset individual ring back tone of the communication object in the appointed application server; when the communication object does not have the preset personal ring back tone in the appointed application server, the preset personal ring back tone of the mobile communication terminal is acquired;
or,
and obtaining the individual ring back tone preset by the mobile communication terminal and the individual ring back tone preset by the communication object in the appointed application server.
And 103, when the call is successfully initiated, playing the individual ring back tone as a ring back tone, and shielding the ring back tone received by the call initiating communication object successfully.
Specifically, the audio device on the mobile communication terminal is started to play the individual ring back tone.
The supplementary technical scheme here is: when the preset individual ring back tone of the mobile communication terminal and the communication object is acquired at the same time, the playing the individual ring back tone specifically comprises:
and playing the individual ring back tone preset by the mobile communication terminal and the individual ring back tone preset by the communication object according to the appointed playing rule.
The above-mentioned playing rules will be further explained below with the personality ring-back tone preset by the mobile communication terminal as the first personality ring-back tone and the personality ring-back tone preset by the communication object as the second personality ring-back tone:
namely the steps: the playing of the preset personal ring back tone of the mobile communication terminal and the preset personal ring back tone of the communication object according to the appointed rule is played according to the rule set by the user, which comprises the following steps:
firstly, playing the first ring back tone, and then playing the second ring back tone;
playing the second ring back tone first and then playing the second ring back tone;
splitting the first individual ring back tone into a plurality of first sub individual ring back tones, splitting the second individual ring back tone into a plurality of second sub individual ring back tones, and cross-playing the plurality of first sub individual ring back tones and the plurality of second sub individual ring back tones.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, when the mobile communication terminal successfully calls the communication object, the individual ring back tone preset in the appointed third-party application server of the communication object is obtained, then the obtained individual ring back tone is played, so that the flexibility and diversity of playing the ring back tone by the mobile communication terminal are improved, the mode that the mobile communication terminal plays the ring back tone for a calling party in the prior art is converted into the mode that the mobile communication terminal autonomously plays the ring back tone, a mobile operator is not required to participate, the problems that the cost is paid to the operator when the ring back tone is downloaded from a network, the format of the ring back tone provided by the operator is very limited, the favorite ring back tone cannot be randomly replaced and the like are solved, the individual service is provided for each mobile communication terminal user, and the use.
Further, based on the solution that the mobile communication terminal introduced in step 102 of the above embodiment can locally store the personal ring back tone downloaded from the preset of the communication object downloaded from the specified third party application server, the method provided by the above embodiment may further include the following steps:
and step 104, accessing the appointed third-party application server according to a set access period, and acquiring the latest individual ring back tone preset by the communication object from the appointed third-party application server.
Step 105, judging whether the latest individual ring back tone is the same as the individual ring back tone preset by the communication object locally stored by the mobile communication terminal.
In a specific embodiment, after the communication object presets the latest individual ring back tone in the specified third-party application server, the specified third-party application server may simultaneously store the timestamp of the latest individual ring back tone when storing the latest individual ring back tone. This allows a direct determination of the timestamp to determine whether an update has occurred. That is, when the specified third-party application server receives the personal ring back tone uploaded by the mobile communication terminal, the uploading time is recorded together. The time stamp refers to the creation, modification or access time of the information, when the communication object uploads the individual ring back tone again, the time stamp is updated to the latest time, and the updated individual ring back tone can be distinguished from the individual ring back tone before updating according to the difference of the time stamp information.
Step 106, if not, replacing the preset individual ring back tone of the communication object locally stored by the mobile communication terminal with the latest individual ring back tone.
The above steps 104 to 106 only show one implementation method for updating the individual ring back tone stored in the mobile communication terminal, and actually, the update can be performed by adopting a method of pushing by a specified third-party application server. After monitoring that the communication object updates the individual ring back tone, the appointed third-party application server pushes the updated latest individual ring back tone of the communication object to the mobile communication terminal in real time, so that the mobile communication terminal automatically replaces the locally stored individual ring back tone preset by the communication object with the latest individual ring back tone. Specifically, the following implementation modes are adopted:
firstly, after receiving an update message which is pushed by the third party application server and used for prompting that the personal ring back tone of the communication object is updated, obtaining the latest personal ring tone preset by the communication object from the third party application server.
Then, the preset personal ring back tone of the communication object stored locally by the mobile communication terminal is replaced by the latest personal ring back tone.
Of course, in practical application, in order to avoid excessive occupation of the local storage space of the mobile communication terminal, the downloading of the personal ring back tone may be performed only for a part of the communication identifiers. That is, the method provided in the above embodiment may further include the following steps:
and step 107, acquiring the communication identification of the communication object.
Step 108, inquiring whether the local address list of the mobile communication terminal contains the communication identification, if so, triggering to download the preset individual ring back tone of the communication object acquired from the appointed third party application server to the local of the mobile communication terminal for storage.
The steps only show the way of downloading and saving when the communication identifier appears in the address list of the current user; actually, whether to download and store can be determined by judging the dialing times of the current user to reach the set threshold value, namely the frequently dialed individual ring back tone of the contact can be downloaded and stored in the local of the mobile communication terminal; the mobile communication terminal may also provide a save switch for the user, for example, the user may set the save switch to an on state to download the personal ring back tone of the communication identifier from the designated third-party application server to the local for saving, and so on.
Further, in the above embodiment, the preset individual ring back tone is audio information that is customized by the communication object and uploaded to the designated third-party application server for storage, and/or audio information that is acquired by the designated third-party application server according to an audio identifier reported by the communication object.
The audio information may be an existing song, a music piece, or a personal ring tone made by the user. The user may make a personalized ring tone, such as a song recorded by the user, a session recorded by the user, one or more music recorded by the user, and the like.
Further, the method provided by the above embodiment may further include the following steps:
the mobile communication terminal presets the individual ring back tone in the appointed third party application server.
In specific implementation, the step can be realized by adopting the following method:
firstly, reporting the telephone number or the network account of the mobile communication terminal to the appointed third-party application server.
And then uploading the set content corresponding to the telephone number or the network account to the specified third-party application server, wherein the set content comprises audio information or audio identification.
And finally, the appointed third-party application server correspondingly stores the telephone number or the network account number and the set content in the appointed third-party application server.
Still further, the "uploading the setting content corresponding to the phone number or the network account to the specified third-party application server" may specifically include:
step 109, create a setup interface.
Wherein, an uploading interface for uploading audio information and/or a setting interface with at least one ring option are provided and displayed in the setting interface. The setting interface can be established on the mobile communication terminal when the user uses the mobile communication terminal to preset the individual ring back tone, and the setting interface can be established on the computer when the user uses the computer to preset the individual ring back tone.
And step 110, sending the audio information imported by the user and received through the uploading interface and/or the audio identifier corresponding to the at least one setting option touched by the user and received through the setting interface to the appointed third-party application server.
Here, it should be noted that: when the user uses the computer to preset the individual ring back tone, the setting interface provides and displays a communication identification input interface besides the uploading interface and the setting interface. The user can also import a communication identifier through an input interface while receiving audio information imported by the user as the individual ring back tone through the upload interface and/or inputting a setting parameter generated according to at least one setting option in the setting option list touched by the user through the setting interface, so that the client sends the imported audio information and/or the setting parameter to the appointed third-party application server together with the communication identifier, and the appointed third-party application server stores the audio information and/or the setting parameter and the communication identifier in the local of the appointed third-party application server correspondingly. In addition, when the subscriber performs the preset of the personal ring back tone using the mobile communication terminal, some contacts may have one, two or more, for example, subscribers using a dual card dual standby mobile phone. For such users, the user can input the corresponding communication identifier at the same time when uploading or setting through the setting interface of the mobile communication terminal. For example, in addition to the upload interface and the setting interface, a communication identifier input interface is provided and displayed in the setting interface of the mobile communication terminal. The user can also import a communication identifier through an input interface while receiving audio information which is imported by the user and is used as the individual ring back tone through the upload interface and/or setting parameters generated according to at least one setting option in the setting option list touched by the user through the setting interface; and the client sends the imported audio information and/or the setting parameters to the appointed third-party application server together with the communication identifier, and the appointed third-party application server stores the audio information and/or the setting parameters and the communication identifier in a local appointed third-party application server.
Furthermore, the embodiment of the invention can be additionally provided with an identity authentication process to prevent users other than the mobile communication terminal from tampering with the individual ring back tone uploaded or set by the user. For example, some people with other purposes tamper the individual ring-back tone uploaded by the user into the advertisement words of their companies, or advertise songs, etc. In order to avoid the above problem, the present embodiment further adds the following verification process:
and step 111, before the setting interface is created, a login interface is created.
And step 112, sending the verification information input by the user through the login interface to the appointed third-party application server.
And 113, triggering to create a setting interface if a response message that the verification is passed is received and returned by the specified third-party application server.
Besides the above verification method, the present embodiment may also determine whether the current user is the owner of the current communication identifier in other manners. For example, first, when receiving a personal ring back tone uploaded by a user, an appointed third-party application server may first determine a communication identifier (a communication identifier input by the user in a setting interface) targeted by a current operation, then generate a verification code, and store the verification code in the appointed third-party application server; then, a short message containing the verification code can be generated, and the short message is sent to a mobile communication terminal corresponding to the communication identifier input by the user through a mobile communication network or an internet; if the communication identification entered by the user is the local number, the message is received. Therefore, the user can input the verification code in the verification interface on the mobile communication terminal and upload the verification code to the appointed third-party application server, the appointed third-party application server compares the received verification code with the verification code stored locally, and if the verification code is the same, the verification is passed.
Still further, some menus in which the user can set whether to start the ring-back tone setting function, upload the ring-back tone, select the ring-back tone, set the playing rule, etc. may be added to the setting interface. The user can select a plurality of songs or voices, set the ring tones to be played in a certain sequence, such as one by one or randomly played, and set different ring tones for different contacts or groups.
Further, the method provided by this embodiment may further include the following steps:
if the communication between the mobile communication terminal and the communication object is connected, the playing of the individual ring back tone is stopped, and the communication voice sent by the communication object through the communication network is normally played.
In the specific implementation, whether the mobile communication terminal receives a connection response message returned by the communication object or not can be monitored, and if the connection response message is received, the mobile communication terminal is connected with the communication object in a call.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the execution subject of each step may be an application program running on the mobile terminal device, that is, in an actual application, an application program may be developed, so that the application program can execute each step operation in the embodiment of the present invention when running. Of course, the application program may be a stand-alone application program, or may be a functional module in another application program. Since the operating system in the communication terminal generally opens some interfaces for the application programs, the application programs obtain the required information from the system. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, in order to monitor whether the mobile communication terminal successfully initiates a call, the feature of the mobile communication terminal may be utilized to register our application program (the application program capable of implementing the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention) in the operating system, so that when the operating system broadcasts a notification message, our application program can listen to the notification message and obtain the required information therefrom. For example, when receiving the response information returned by the base station, the operating system of the mobile communication terminal broadcasts the response information, so that our application program can monitor that the call is successful and acquire the communication identifier of the communication object from the response information. Furthermore, the application program can read data in an address book stored in the communication terminal by a user through an interface provided by an operating system of the communication terminal.
In practical applications, the application program for setting the personalized ring back tone may be implemented by adopting a client-server architecture, the client application program is installed in the user communication terminal, and meanwhile, the client may communicate with a server (i.e., a designated third-party application server) to obtain the personalized ring back tone of some phone numbers from the designated third-party application server. Thus, for an individual user, the individual ring back tone and/or the individual reminding setting of the individual user can be uploaded to the appointed third-party application server through the client of the individual user, and the individual ring back tone and/or the individual reminding setting is stored in the appointed third-party application server; therefore, when the mobile communication terminal has communication access, the individual ring back tone stored in the appointed third-party application server by the communication access initiator can be acquired from the appointed third-party application server.
In practical application, the enterprise user can also be allowed to upload the individual ring back tone of the telephone number. Such telephone numbers are typically customer service telephones, such as 10086, for example, 400 telephones, for example, for a business. When receiving the incoming calls of the telephone numbers, the user can also play the individual ring back tones of the enterprise incoming calls. The individual ring back tone set by the enterprise can be product introduction voice, the incoming call purpose, the latest promotion activity and the like, so that the user can answer if interested according to the content of the current introduction. Enterprises set individual ring back tones for themselves and can promote their products for users. For enterprise users, online websites can be provided for the enterprise users, and the enterprise users can upload telephone numbers and corresponding individual ring-back tones to a specified third-party application server through the websites and then store the telephone numbers and the corresponding individual ring-back tones in the specified third-party application server. Therefore, when the user receives the enterprise incoming call, the user can acquire the individual ring back tone of the enterprise from the information stored on the network side and then output the individual ring back tone through the mobile communication terminal of the current called user.
As shown in fig. 2, a flowchart of a ring back tone playing method according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown.
Step 201, the user dials, triggers the interaction between the mobile phone and the base station, and applies for a channel.
Step 202, detecting whether the call initiation is successful, and if the call initiation is failed, executing step 203; if the call initiation is successful, step 204 is performed.
In specific implementation, monitoring whether the mobile communication terminal receives a connection response message returned by the communication object, if so, calling successfully; otherwise, the origination fails.
Step 203, quitting the call, waiting for the triggering of the user, and making the next call.
And step 204, obtaining the preset individual ring back tone of the communication object in the appointed third-party application server.
Step 205, starting the audio device on the mobile communication terminal, playing the personalized ring back tone, and waiting for the network message.
Step 206, receiving the network message, and detecting whether the communication object successfully answers; if the received network message indicates that the called party fails to answer the call, go to step 207; if the received network message indicates that the called party successfully answered, step 208 is performed.
Step 207, stop playing the ring back tone, prompt the failure information, and quit the call.
And step 208, stopping playing the ring back tone, starting a network voice channel on the mobile phone, and communicating the mobile communication terminal with the communication object.
