In the embodiment, the driver can adjust the route according to the obtained green light countdown information, so that the problem of urban traffic jam is solved; when the following cart is shielded by a signal lamp, traffic accidents can be avoided; when a vehicle is at a certain speed and a green light is counted down, the time of arriving at an intersection is artificially and misjudged, so that a red light is mistakenly run or an emergency brake is caused; in addition, the information of the number of the current road vehicles can be reported through the traffic lights, signal lights can be intelligently controlled, and the road passing efficiency is increased; the vehicle data collected by the traffic signal lamp provides effective evidence for investigation of violation and law violation.
