As can be seen from the foregoing description, the advertisement sending system in the technical solution of the present application includes the following features (as shown in fig. 5):

and (3) combining: the user can customize the expandable parameters, so that the bulletin information and the corresponding APP can be fused, and the bulletin display effect is better.
According to the advertising information sending method provided by the embodiment of the application, when the terminal equipment detects specific operation aiming at the application program APP, an advertising information acquisition request is sent to a server, wherein the advertising information acquisition request comprises time information of last receiving advertising information; the server sends the current notice information to the terminal equipment according to the time information of the last notice information received by the terminal equipment, and the terminal equipment receives the current notice information sent by the server and records the time information of the current notice information.
