本发明的目的在于提供一种防止误操作的带限位销的法兰式蝶阀。
本发明采取的技术方案为:一种法兰式蝶阀蝶阀,包括阀体,阀体的两侧设有进、出料口,阀体内安装阀芯,阀芯的顶部安装有阀杆,阀杆自阀体顶部的阀杆孔内伸出,阀杆孔内填充有填料,阀杆孔的顶部安装有填料压盖,所述填料压盖的边缘设有一圈限位孔;阀杆的伸出端上安装有限位扳手,所述限位扳手包括扳手、撬杆以及弹簧销,扳手与撬杆平行设置,所述扳手的头部的顶面设有支点,撬杆呈折线状,撬杆前段平行设置于扳手上方,撬杆自中段向下转折倾斜延伸至扳手的下方,撬杆头部支撑于扳手的支点,弹簧销自上而下依次穿接撬杆和扳手后与限位孔配合,弹簧销的固定座安装于扳手,弹簧销伸缩端的顶部经拉环与撬杆顶面限位。
采取以上技术方案后,利用撬杆、扳手以及扳手上的支点形成杠杆,撬杆中不设有孔,扳手自孔内穿出呈剪刀状,撬杆为折线转,撬杆前端位于扳手上方,后段位于扳手下方,在同时握住撬杆和扳手尾部是,带动弹簧销拔起或插入限位孔,完成解除或限位;该限位方式只需单手操作,操作方便,有效防止误操作。

如图所示,一种法兰式蝶阀蝶阀,包括阀体1,阀体1的两侧设有进、出料口2,阀体1内安装阀芯3,阀芯3的顶部安装有阀杆4,阀杆4自阀体1顶部的阀杆孔内伸出,阀杆4与阀体间设有多道密封圈,阀杆孔内填充有填料5,阀杆孔的顶部安装有填料压盖6,所述填料压盖6的边缘设有一圈限位孔12;阀杆4的伸出端上安装有限位扳手,所述限位扳手包括扳手7、撬杆8以及弹簧销9,扳手7与撬杆8平行设置,所述扳手7的头部的顶面设有支点10,撬杆8呈折线状,撬杆8中部设有穿接孔11,扳手穿过所述穿接孔11,撬杆8前段平行设置于扳手7上方,撬杆8头部支撑于扳手7的支点10,撬杆8自中段向下转折倾斜延伸至扳手7的下方,弹簧销9自上而下依次穿接撬杆8和扳手7后与限位孔12配合,弹簧销9的固定座安装于扳手7,弹簧销9伸缩端的顶部经拉环13与撬杆8顶面限位。
