Weft insertion device
Technical Field
The invention relates to a loom, in particular to a weft insertion device of the loom, and belongs to the field of weaving machinery.
Background
With the advancement of society, the weaving technology is more advanced, and the weft insertion system alone is from manual picking to shuttle picking to shuttleless picking, such as a water jet loom, an air jet loom and the like. However, some varieties are deviated, and some of the advanced shuttleless weaving technologies are not suitable for water and soil. For example, thin velour, because the warp is fine, the pile warp has no tension, the flexible rapier loom with the guide rail can hook the weft warp and break the warp, the rigid rapier loom without the guide rail can not bear the tension and break the warp, and the water jet loom is limited by the raw materials and can only use the chemical fiber with hydrophobicity. Air jet looms are not always good at smoothing chemical fibers. Therefore, some factories continue to use shuttle looms for weft insertion weaving, and even some people change the rapier looms into the shuttle looms, so as to meet the requirements of high speed, good quality and light weight.
With the increasingly tense social labor force, people hope to have a better method to solve the weaving bottleneck of thin velour under the situation of higher and higher requirements on the silk surface quality, thereby saving labor force and improving quality.
Research is also ongoing at Lanzhou university of Engineers, Wuhan university of weaving, etc., but improvements are still made on projectile looms, such as electromagnetic weft insertion, for example, bidirectional weft insertion of a projectile, for example, bidirectional weft insertion shuttle clamp with patent number 201410805442.3, but are not suitable for weft insertion modification of shuttle looms.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a weft insertion device which is free of guide rails, hooking and fuzzing and easy to maintain, is suitable for weaving varieties of easy-hooking and easy-fuzzing yarns of a rapier loom rail, such as thin velours and the like, reduces labor intensity, shortens process flow, improves stand rate, improves cloth cover quality and saves raw materials.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a weft insertion device, which comprises a shuttle box, a false shuttle, a left shuttle library, a right shuttle library, a left weft accumulator and a right weft accumulator,
the shuttle box is the existing shuttle box of the shuttle loom, only the left shuttle warehouse and the right shuttle warehouse at the two ends of the existing shuttle box are properly modified,
the false shuttle is not the original shuttle any longer, a pirn full of weft yarns is arranged in a shuttle cavity of the original shuttle so that the shuttle can move back and forth in an opening formed by vertically layering warp yarns to release the weft yarns, then reed beating-up weaving is carried out, the empty pirn is taken down and replaced by the full pirn after the weft yarns are finished, and the weft-inserting and pirn-changing beating weaving is continuously and repeatedly carried out, the existing false shuttle is a shuttle plate, one surface of the shuttle plate, which is contacted with the reed and a shuttle box bottom plate, still forms an included angle of 89 degrees, the shuttle plate is provided with a left rapier head capable of clamping the weft yarns from left to right and releasing the weft yarns and a right rapier head capable of clamping the weft yarns from right to left and releasing the weft yarns, the left rapier head and the right rapier head have the same working principle as the existing rapier loom, and two ends of the false shuttle have shuttle heads suitable for being beaten by a beater and a beater rod leather core as the original shuttle,
the left shuttle warehouse and the right shuttle warehouse are characterized in that a left shuttle warehouse pressure lug and a right shuttle warehouse pressure lug are additionally arranged in an original shuttle box shuttle warehouse, when a dummy shuttle runs from left to right, a left rapier head in the dummy shuttle can clamp weft yarns prepared on a left weft accumulator at the initial stage, when the dummy shuttle runs into the right shuttle warehouse, one corner of the left rapier head is collided by the pressure lug in the right shuttle warehouse to release the weft yarns, at the moment, scissors are arranged on the left side to cut the weft yarns, so that beating-up weaving is carried out, and when the dummy shuttle runs from right to left, a right rapier head in the dummy shuttle can clamp the weft yarns prepared on a right weft accumulator at the initial stage. When the weaving machine runs to the left shuttle library, one corner of the right rapier head is collided by the pressure lug in the left shuttle library to release weft yarns, at the moment, the weft yarns are cut off by the scissors on the right side so as to carry out beating-up weaving,
the left weft accumulator and the right weft accumulator are the same as the weft accumulator of the conventional rapier loom, the weft accumulator of the conventional rapier loom is only arranged on one side of the rapier loom, and the weft accumulator of the invention is divided into the left weft accumulator and the right weft accumulator which are arranged on two sides of the rapier loom and are respectively used for reference from left to right and from right to left.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and effects: the weft insertion device only improves the shuttle storehouses at two ends on the original shuttle box, but only increases the original weft accumulator from one end to two ends, but simplifies the operation process of continuously filling and changing pirns when the original pirns are required to be made, only needs to store and change the yarn barrel of the weft accumulator, greatly lightens the labor intensity of workers, does not need to make the pirns, and reduces the quality risk caused by stopping and opening the loom and changing the pirns. And has no guide rail, no weft hooking, no fluffing and easy maintenance. Under the situation that the labor force is short and the quality grade is improved at present, the method is deeply welcomed by factories.
