Abstract
The invention provides a hoisting device for an on-load tap-changer of a transformer, which comprises: the lifting hook position adjusting mechanism comprises a first motor, a telescopic rod, a sliding rod, a fixed rod, a front pulley, a rear pulley and a second motor, wherein the first motor is arranged at the tail end of the lifting arm; the second motor is arranged on the supporting rod and is connected with the lifting hook through a rope, and the rope is respectively supported on the front pulley and the rear pulley. The invention can greatly facilitate the hoisting inspection work in the overhaul of the on-load tap-changer of the indoor transformer, reduce the hoisting inspection time, solve the problem of inconvenient hoisting due to the narrow top space of the indoor transformer and further improve the working efficiency.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a hoisting device for an on-load tap-changer of a transformer, in particular to a hoisting device for an on-load tap-changer of a power transformer, which can be suitable for being installed and used above a large transformer.
Background
The on-load tap changer is used as an important voltage regulating device of the transformer and plays an important role in the running process of the transformer. According to the requirement of the latest five-way transformer, when the action times or the operation years of the on-load tap-changer reach the required value of a manufacturer, the overhaul work of the on-load tap-changer is required. And the overhaul needs to hang out the change-over switch of the on-load tap-changer for inspection. The method commonly used in the current equipment maintenance operation is to use a crane for hoisting. When the main transformer is located indoors, the crane is difficult to enter indoors to complete the auxiliary hoisting inspection work of the on-load tap-changer due to the fact that the overhead working truck of the crane is large in size and the mechanical hoisting arm of the truck body is long, and under the condition that the working space is narrow during field operation. Therefore, a hoisting device which can be installed and used above the transformer is urgently needed at present to solve the problem that the indoor transformer cannot use hoisting equipment.

As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a hoisting apparatus for an on-load tap-changer of a transformer, including: the device comprises a base 1, a support rod 2, a suspension arm 6, a lifting hook 13 and a lifting hook position adjusting mechanism, wherein the base 1 is used for being connected with a flange plate (not shown) of an on-load tap-changer, one end of the supporting rod 2 is connected with the base 1, the other end is connected with the suspension arm 6, the lifting hook position adjusting mechanism comprises a first motor 8, an expansion rod 9, a sliding rod 10, a fixed rod 7, a front pulley 12, a rear pulley 5 and a second motor 15, the first motor 8 is arranged at the tail end of the suspension arm 6, one end of the telescopic rod 9 is connected with the first motor 8, the other end is connected with the sliding rod 10, the upper end of the sliding rod 10 is arranged at the front end of the suspension arm 6 in a sliding manner and is connected with the telescopic rod 9, the lower end is provided with the front pulley 12, the upper end of the fixed rod 7 is arranged at the rear end of the suspension arm 6, and the lower end of the fixed rod is provided with the rear pulley 5; the second motor 15 is arranged on the support rod 2 and connected with the lifting hook 13 through a rope 14, and the rope 14 is respectively supported on the front pulley 5 and the rear pulley 12.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first motor 8 may be a dc motor, and by driving the first motor 8, the telescopic rod 9 can move forward and backward, and further the sliding rod 10 and the hook 13 are driven to move forward and backward, so as to adapt to different central positions, i.e. to different tap changer sizes, and thus accurately lift the disconnector. In addition, the first motor 8 is fixed at the tail end of the suspension arm 6, so that the suspension arm can not be drawn into a rope when rotating, and can play a role of counterweight. The second motor 15 may be a control motor, which may be controlled by a remote control. By driving the second motor 15, the rope 14 is driven to move upwards along the pulley, and the hook 13 is driven to move upwards to hoist the on-load tap-changer.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the support rod 2 and the suspension arm 6 are rotatably connected, for example, by using a bearing to connect, so as to ensure that the suspension arm 6 can rotate on the support rod 2, for example, 180 degrees, and thus can realize the functions of support and suspension arm rotation, and after the suspension arm 6 lifts the tap changer, the tap changer can be rotated to a position with an empty space therebelow, that is, the tap changer can be stably dropped to the ground, and the opposite is true during the lifting.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, the base 1 may be a semicircular ring shape, so as to be closely attached to a circular flange of a tap changer. Furthermore, a bolt fixing hole 16 is provided on the base 1, and the bolt fixing hole 16 is used for connecting with a fastening bolt of the on-load tap-changer. Therefore, the base of the hoisting device can be fixed on the flange plate of the tap switch by directly utilizing the fastening bolt of the on-load tap switch, and the whole hoisting device can be ensured to be firmly fixed above the transformer.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the sliding rod 10 is provided with a hanging part 11 for hanging the hook, so that when the tap changer is not lifted, the hook 13 is hung on the hanging part 11, and the hook 13 is prevented from moving downward due to gravity. In addition, a connecting rod 4 is arranged between the suspension arm 6 and the support rod 2 to strengthen the connection between the two. And, still be provided with the stiffener 3 on the bracing piece 2 to strengthen the holding power of bracing piece 2.
