Referring to fig. 5 and 11, the second drive assembly includes a plurality of second hydraulic cylinders 52. The second hydraulic cylinder 52 is vertically installed in the cavity of the machine case 21, and a piston rod of the second hydraulic cylinder 52 penetrates through the machine case 21 and is connected to the bottom of the feeding platform 51. In this embodiment, the second drive assembly includes six second hydraulic cylinders 52. The feeding device also controls the displacement of the piston rod of the second hydraulic cylinder 52 through the PLC control system.
The chassis 21 is further provided with pulley assemblies 23 located below the feeding platform 51 on the mounting surface 211, the number of the pulley assemblies 23 below each blanking area 511 of the feeding platform 51 is six, and the six pulley assemblies 23 are arranged in three rows and two columns. In this embodiment, the sheave assembly 23 is a fluency strip 232. In order to raise the horizontal height of the fluency strips 232, a support block 231 supporting the fluency strips 232 is provided below each column of fluency strips 232.
Wherein, the feeding platform 51 is provided with an auxiliary opening 513 for the flow strip 232 to pass through in the feeding area 511.
With reference to fig. 3, 5, 8 and 11, the feeding device for the air outlet blade of the vehicle air conditioner has a feeding state in which the material-supplemented material-containing box 1 is placed in the feeding area 43 of the lifting platform 41, and a discharging state in which the material-used material-containing box 1 is transferred to the lifting platform 41.
When the feeding device is in the feeding state, the locking mechanism 33 is in the locking state, the lifting platform 41 in the lifting mechanism 4 is driven by the first driving assembly to descend to the lowest position, i.e. the bottom surface of the lifting platform 41 in this embodiment is attached to the mounting surface 211, the feeding platform 51 in the feeding mechanism is driven by the second driving assembly to descend, the flow strip 232 on the mounting surface 211 passes through the auxiliary port 513 and is supported on the bottom surface of the lowest material containing box 1 in the material supplementing platform 51, so that the bottom surface of the lowest material containing box 1 in the material supplementing platform 51 is separated from the bottom surface of the material supplementing platform 51, the horizontal height of the bottom surface of the lowest material containing box 1 in the material supplementing platform 51 is not lower than the horizontal height of the top surface of the first convex strip 44 in the top surface of the lifting platform 41, and a material supplementing worker can push the material containing box 1 on the material supplementing platform 51 into the material supplying area 43 of the lifting platform 41. After the material containing box 1 is pushed into the lifting platform 41 by the material supplementing worker, the first driving assembly drives the lifting platform 41 to ascend until the material containing box 1 at the uppermost end on the lifting platform 41 abuts against the material containing box 1 locked by the locking mechanism 33 in the material supplying platform 3.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the case 21 is further provided with a vertical limiting plate 24 for abutting and positioning the material containing box 1 on the side of the lifting platform 41 away from the material supplementing platform 51. The vertical position-limiting plate 24 is vertically connected with the mounting surface 211 of the case 21 and the bottom surface of the feeding platform 3. In this embodiment, the number of the vertical position-limiting plates 24 is two, and every two vertical position-limiting plates 24 are disposed corresponding to the material-supplying area 43 of the lifting platform 41.
When the end of the material containing box 1 in the material supply area 43 abuts against the vertical limiting plate 24, the material containing box 1 is opposite to the corresponding positioning groove 31, and can pass through the corresponding positioning groove 31 by being driven by the lifting mechanism 4.
When the feeding device is in a blanking state, the locking mechanism 33 is in an unlocked state, the lifting mechanism 4 drives the lifting platform 41 to rise by the height of the material containing box 1, so that the material containing box 1 originally positioned in the positioning groove 31 is ejected from the positioning groove 31, and when no material containing box 1 is arranged on the material supplementing platform 51, the height of the top surface of the material supplementing platform 51 is not higher than the height of the bottom surface of the material containing box 1 ejected by the lifting mechanism 4; when the material containing box 1 exists on the material supplementing platform 51, the height of the top surface of the uppermost material containing box 1 in the material supplementing platform 51 is not higher than the height of the bottom surface of the material containing box 1 jacked up by the lifting structure. When the feeding device is in a blanking state, the pushing mechanism 35 can push the material containing box 1 pushed away from the positioning groove 31 by the lifting structure to the material supplementing platform 51, so that the purpose of blanking is achieved.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the casing 21 is further provided with a limiting member 25 at a side of the feeding mechanism away from the feeding platform 3, and the limiting member 25 is C-shaped and includes a limiting stop lever 251 and a connecting rod 252 disposed at two ends of the limiting stop lever 251 and perpendicular to the limiting stop lever 251. The limiting stop lever 251 of the limiting member 25 can be directly opposite to the material containing box 1 which is pushed away from the positioning groove 31 by the lifting mechanism 4, so that when the material containing box 1 is pushed to the material supplementing platform 51 from the material supplying platform 3 by the pushing mechanism 35, the sliding distance of the material containing box 1 is limited by the limiting cross bar, and the situation that the material containing box 1 falls off from the material supplementing platform 51 due to overlarge pushing force of the pushing mechanism 35 is avoided.
The cabinet 21 is further provided with a support rod 26 supporting the link 252 of the limiting member 25. The top surfaces of the strut 26 and the connecting rod 252 are fixed by hinges 261 in a hinged manner, so that the limiting member 25 can be turned upwards, and the axis of turning of the limiting member 25 is parallel to the length direction of the feeding platform 51.

Claims (4)

1. A feeding device for blades at an air outlet of an automobile air conditioner comprises a feeding platform (3) and at least one material containing box (1), and is characterized in that the top surface of the feeding platform (3) is provided with positioning grooves (31) which correspond to the material containing boxes (1) one by one and are used for positioning the corresponding material containing boxes (1); the feeding device is also provided with a lifting mechanism (4) for ejecting the material containing box (1) from the positioning groove (31); the number of each material containing box (1) is at least two, the positioning groove (31) vertically penetrates through the material supply platform (3), and the lifting mechanism (4) comprises a lifting platform (41) for supporting the material containing boxes (1) and a first driving assembly for driving the lifting platform (41) to lift; at least one group of opposite outer side walls of the material containing box (1) are symmetrically provided with locking grooves (14); the feeding platform (3) is also provided with a locking mechanism (33) for locking the material containing box (1) in the positioning groove (31); the locking mechanism (33) includes a locking protrusion (3311) insertable into the locking groove (14) and a second driving component that drives the locking protrusion (3311) to be inserted into or pulled out from the locking groove (14); the feeding platform (3) is also provided with a material pushing mechanism (35) which pushes the material containing box (1) pushed away from the positioning groove (31) by the lifting mechanism (4) away from the positioning groove (31) from the upper part of the positioning groove (31); the feeding device is also provided with a material supplementing mechanism (5) used for receiving the material containing box (1) pushed out by the material pushing mechanism (35), and the material supplementing mechanism (5) comprises a material supplementing platform (51) and a third driving assembly used for driving the material supplementing platform (51) to lift; the feeding device has a blanking state, and when the feeding device is in the blanking state: when the material supplementing platform (51) does not bear the material containing box (1), after the material containing box (1) of the material supplying platform (3) is jacked up by the lifting mechanism (4), the height of the top surface of the material supplementing platform (51) is not higher than the height of the bottom surface of the material containing box (1) jacked up by the lifting mechanism (4); when the feeding platform (51) bears the material containing box (1), after the material containing box (1) of the feeding platform (3) is jacked up by the lifting mechanism (4), the height of the top surface of the uppermost material containing box (1) in the feeding platform (51) is not higher than the height of the bottom surface of the material containing box (1) jacked up by the lifting mechanism (4).

The feeding device of the air outlet blade of the automobile air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein the feeding device has a feeding state, when the feeding device is in the feeding state, the locking protrusion (3311) of the locking mechanism (33) is inserted into the locking groove (14) of the material containing box (1) in the positioning groove (31), the bottom surface of the material containing box (1) at the lowest position of the feeding platform (51) is not lower than the top surface of the lifting platform (41), and at least one material containing box (1) is placed between the lifting platform (41) and the feeding platform (3).

The feeding device of the air outlet blade of the automobile air conditioner is characterized in that the feeding device is provided with a pulley assembly (23) for assisting the material containing box (1) on the material supplementing platform (51) to slide into the lifting platform (41), the material supplementing platform (51) is provided with an auxiliary through hole (513) for the pulley assembly (23) to pass through, and when the feeding device is in a material supplementing state, the pulley assembly (23) passes through the auxiliary through hole (513) and is supported on the bottom surface of the material containing box (1) at the lowest position in the material supplementing platform (51).

The feeding device of the air outlet blade of the automobile air conditioner is characterized in that a limit stop lever (251) opposite to the material containing box (1) pushed away from the positioning groove (31) by the lifting mechanism (4) is further arranged on one side, far away from the feeding platform (3), of the material supplementing platform (51).
