Description

Door conveying system
Technical Field
The invention relates to a door transport system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a door conveying system for performing an assembly operation of a plurality of components with respect to a door panel conveyed by a conveyor.
Background
A door of an automobile is manufactured by assembling a plurality of components such as a door mirror, a window regulator, a door latch, a window seal, and a speaker on a door panel. After the assembly work of the plurality of components to the door panel is performed by a door transport system which is a manufacturing line different from the manufacturing line of the vehicle body, the door is assembled to the vehicle body. In the door conveying system, a door plate and a tray are synchronously conveyed, and a worker assembles a plurality of components contained in the tray during the conveying of the door plate.
Patent document 1 discloses a door transport system including: a conveyance hanger on which a door panel as an assembly body to which a plurality of components are assembled is placed; a hanger conveyance path for conveying the conveyance hangers; a tray that houses a plurality of components; and a roller conveyor on which the tray is placed. In the door transport system of patent document 1, a hanger transport path and a roller conveyor are arranged in parallel, and a tray is engaged by an engagement member provided in a transport hanger, whereby the transport hanger and the tray travel in parallel. [ problem to be solved by the invention ]
Therefore, it is conceivable that: by combining the techniques of patent documents 1 and 2, the assembly work is efficiently performed by running the transport hanger on which the four door panels are mounted and the carriage in which the components are housed in parallel.
However, patent document 2 does not sufficiently examine how to run the carriage in parallel with the four door panels. Therefore, after one component is assembled to the door panel, the worker needs to move to the carriage to take out a new component, and the assembling work may not be efficiently performed.
The invention aims to provide a door conveying system capable of efficiently performing assembly operation.
[ MEANS FOR solving PROBLEMS ] A method for solving the problems
(1) The door conveying system (for example, a door conveying system S described later) of the present invention includes: a door hanger (for example, a door hanger 3 described later) that supports a plurality of door panels (for example, door panels D, DRF, DRR, DLF, and DLR described later); a conveying device (e.g., a conveying device 4 described later) that conveys the gantry in a traveling direction; and a carriage (for example, a carriage C described later) provided with a plurality of components to be assembled to the door panel, wherein the door hanger includes: a first hanger (e.g., a right hanger 3R described later) that supports two door panels (e.g., door panels DRF, DRR described later) at front and rear of either one of right and left sides with respect to the traveling direction; a second hanger (e.g., a left hanger 3L described later) that supports two door panels (e.g., door panels DLF and DLR described later) on either one of the left and right sides with respect to the traveling direction; and an engaging member (e.g., engaging members 39L, 39R described later) engaged with the carriage disposed between the first hanger and the second hanger (e.g., working space W described later), the carriage, in a state of being engaged with the engaging member, traveling in parallel with the first hanger and the second hanger between a first front support portion (e.g., right front frame 33R described later) that supports a front door panel (e.g., right front door panel DRF described later) in the first hanger and a first rear support portion (e.g., left front frame 33L described later) that supports a rear door panel (e.g., right rear door panel DRR described later) in the first hanger and between a second front support portion (e.g., left front frame 33L described later) and a second rear support portion (e.g., left rear frame 34L described later) that supports a rear door panel (e.g., right rear door panel DRR described later), the second front support portion is a support portion of the second hanger that supports a front side door panel (e.g., a left front door panel DLF described later), and the second rear support portion is a support portion of the second hanger that supports a rear side door panel (e.g., a left rear door panel DLR described later).
(2) In this case, it is preferable that at least some of the components assembled to the door panels supported by the first front support portion and the second front support portion be provided on the front side in the traveling direction in the carriage, at least some of the components assembled to the door panels supported by the first rear support portion and the second rear support portion be provided on the rear side in the traveling direction in the carriage, and at least some of the components assembled to the door panels supported by the first front support portion and the first rear support portion be provided on the first hanger side in the carriage with respect to the traveling direction, at least a part of the components assembled to the door panel supported by the second front support portion and the second rear support portion is provided on the second hanger side with respect to the traveling direction in the carriage.
(3) In this case, it is preferable that a first component take-out port (for example, a right component take-out port 38R described later) through which a component provided on the carriage locked to the locking member can be taken out is formed between a rear end portion of the door panel supported by the first front support portion and a front end portion of the door panel supported by the first rear support portion, and a second component take-out port (for example, a left component take-out port 38L described later) through which a component provided on the carriage locked to the locking member can be taken out is formed between a rear end portion of the door panel supported by the second front support portion and a front end portion of the door panel supported by the second rear support portion.
(4) In this case, it is preferable that the first and second front support portions and the first and second rear support portions support the door panel SO that an outer appearance surface (for example, an outer appearance surface SO described later) of the door panel faces inward, at least a part of the components assembled to the outer appearance surface of the door panel supported by the first and second front support portions is provided on a front side in the traveling direction in the carriage, and at least a part of the components assembled to the outer appearance surface of the door panel supported by the first and second rear support portions is provided on a rear side in the traveling direction in the carriage.
[ Effect of the invention ]
(1) The door conveying system of the invention comprises: a door hanger having a first hanger, a second hanger, and a locking member; a conveying device for conveying the gantry along a traveling direction; and a carriage provided with a plurality of components assembled to the door panel. The locking member provided on the door hanger is locked to a carriage disposed between the first hanger and the second hanger. Thus, when the door hanger is conveyed by the conveyor, the door hanger travels in parallel with the carriage. In addition, the carriage travels in parallel with the first hanger and the second hanger between the first front support portion of the first hanger that supports the front door panel and the first rear support portion that supports the rear door panel, and between the second front support portion of the second hanger that supports the front door panel and the second rear support portion that supports the rear door panel, in a state in which the carriage is locked to the locking member. Therefore, in the door transport system, the operator can take out the components from both sides in the front-rear direction along the traveling direction and both sides in the left-right direction perpendicular to the traveling direction with respect to the carriage traveling in parallel with the first hanger and the second hanger. Therefore, according to the present invention, since the operator can shorten the movement time for taking out the component from the carriage, the operation of assembling the plurality of components to the door panel can be efficiently performed.
(2) In the door transport system according to the present invention, at least a part of the components assembled to the door panels supported by the first front support portion and the second front support portion is provided on the front side of the carriage, at least a part of the components assembled to the door panels supported by the first rear support portion and the second rear support portion is provided on the rear side of the carriage, at least a part of the components assembled to the door panels supported by the first front support portion and the first rear support portion is provided on the first hanger side of the carriage, and at least a part of the components assembled to the door panels supported by the second front support portion and the second rear support portion is provided on the second hanger side of the carriage. As described above, in the present invention, at least some of the components to be assembled to the respective door panels are provided in the vicinity of the door panels to be assembled, so that it is possible to prevent the operator from mistakenly taking the components, and to shorten the moving time for the operator to move to take out the components, and therefore, it is possible to efficiently perform the operation of assembling the plurality of components to the door panels.
(3) In the door transport system of the present invention, a first component take-out port is formed between the rear end portion of the door panel supported by the first front support portion and the front end portion of the door panel supported by the first rear support portion, and a second component take-out port is formed between the rear end portion of the door panel supported by the second front support portion and the front end portion of the door panel supported by the second rear support portion. Therefore, since the operator can take out the component provided on the cart from the first component take-out opening between the two door panels supported by the first front support portion and the first rear support portion, and can take out the component provided on the cart from the second component take-out opening between the two door panels supported by the second front support portion and the second rear support portion, the component can be efficiently taken out and the assembly work for assembling the component can be efficiently performed.
(4) In the door transport system according to the present invention, the first and second front support portions and the first and second rear support portions support the door panels so that the exterior surfaces of the door panels face outward, that is, so that the interior surfaces of the door panels face inward. Therefore, in the present invention, by orienting the interior surface, in which the number of components to be assembled is relatively large, inward, the operator can assemble the components to the interior surface on the outer side of the first hanger or the second hanger without paying much attention to the first hanger and the second hanger, and the existence of the carriage running in parallel with them. In the door transport system according to the present invention, at least a part of the components to be assembled to the outer appearance surface of the door panel supported by the first front support portion and the second front support portion is provided on the front side of the carriage, and at least a part of the components to be assembled to the outer appearance surface of the door panel supported by the first rear support portion and the second rear support portion is provided on the rear side of the carriage. Thus, the operator can quickly take out the component from the front side or the rear side of the carriage between the first hanger and the second hanger and on the front side or the rear side of the carriage, and can quickly assemble the component. As can be seen from the above, according to the present invention, the assembling work can be efficiently performed.

Referring back to fig. 2, the position where the carriage C configured as described above is disposed will be described. As described above, the working space W is formed between the right hanger 3R and the left hanger 3L. Therefore, the cart C is disposed in the work space W. As shown in fig. 2, the distance in the left-right direction between the right locking member 39R provided on the inner side of the right hanger 3R and the left locking member 39L provided on the inner side of the left hanger 3L is smaller than the width in the left-right direction of the carriage C. Therefore, when the door hanger 3 is moved in the traveling direction in a state where the carriage C is disposed in the working space W, the right locking member 39R provided on the inner side of the right hanger 3R is locked to the right frame 51R of the carriage C, and the left locking member 39L provided on the inner side of the left hanger 3L is locked to the left frame 51L of the carriage C, so that the carriage C travels in parallel with the door hanger 3. That is, the cart C travels in parallel with the door hanger 3 by the power of the conveyor 4 that conveys the door hanger 3.
Fig. 3A and 3B show the carriage C in a state where the right locking member 39R and the left locking member 39L are locked to the carriage C by alternate long and short dash lines. As shown in fig. 3A and 3B, in a state where the locking members 39R and 39L are locked to the carriage C, the carriage C travels in parallel with the right hanger 3R and the left hanger 3L between the right front frame 33R and the right rear frame 34R of the right hanger 3R and between the left front frame 33L and the left rear frame 34L of the left hanger 3L. As described above, the right component outlet 38R is formed between the rear end portion of the right front door panel DRF and the front end portion of the right rear door panel DRR, and the left component outlet 38L is formed between the rear end portion of the left front door panel DLF and the front end portion of the left rear door panel DLR. Therefore, in a state where the vehicle C travels in parallel with the right hanger 3R and the left hanger 3L, the operator can visually recognize the right side surface of the vehicle C from the outside of the right hanger 3R through the right member outlet 38R and can visually recognize the left side surface of the vehicle C from the outside of the left hanger 3L through the left member outlet 38L. Therefore, the operator can take out the plurality of components provided on the cart C from the outside of the right hanger 3R through the right component take-out port 38R, and can take out the plurality of components provided on the cart C from the outside of the left hanger 3L through the left component take-out port 38L.
Next, a procedure of performing the door assembling work using the door conveying system S as described above will be described with reference to fig. 5 and 6.
Fig. 5 is a top view of the conveying unit T and the carriage C running in parallel with the conveying unit T. More specifically, fig. 5 shows a state where two workers W1, W2 assemble the parts to the interior surfaces SIRF, SIRR of the right door panels DRF, DRR and the interior surfaces SILF, SILR of the left door panels DLF, DLR.
As described above, the right hanger 3R supports the right door panels DRF, DRR with the exterior surfaces SORF, SORR of the right door panels DRF, DRR directed inward and the interior surfaces SIRF, SIRR directed outward. The left hanger 3L supports the left door panels DLF and DLR with the exterior surfaces SOLF and SOLR of the left door panels DLF and DLR facing inward and the interior surfaces SILF and SILR facing outward. Further, as described above, when the carriage C is disposed in the working space W formed between the right hanger 3R and the left hanger 3L of the transport unit T, the carriage C is locked to the locking members 39R, 39L provided on the hangers 3R, 3L, and travels in parallel with the hangers 3R, 3L between the rear end portion of the right front door panel DRF and the front end portion of the right rear door panel DRR and between the rear end portion of the left front door panel DLF and the front end portion of the left rear door panel DLR in the working space W.
As shown in fig. 5, when components are assembled to the interior surfaces of the door panels DRF, DRR, DLF, and DLR, the worker W1 who is responsible for the assembly work of the right door panel DRF and DRR stands outside the right hanger 3R, and the worker W2 who is responsible for the assembly work of the left door panel DLF and DLR stands outside the left hanger 3L. The worker W1 standing outside the right hanger 3R takes out the interior component provided on the cart C from the right component take-out opening 38R and assembles the interior component to the interior surfaces SIRF, SIRR of the right door panels DRF, DRR. Further, the worker W2 standing outside the left hanger 3L takes out the interior member provided on the cart C from the left member take-out opening 38L and assembles the interior member to the interior surfaces SILF, SILR of the left door panels DLF, DLR.
Fig. 6 is a top view of the conveying unit T and the carriage C running in parallel with the conveying unit T. More specifically, fig. 6 shows a state in which two workers W1, W2 assemble the components to the outer appearance surfaces SORF, SORR of the right door panels DRF, DRR and the outer appearance surfaces SOLF, SOLR of the left door panels DLF, DLR.
As described above, when the carriage C is disposed in the working space W formed between the right hanger 3R and the left hanger 3L of the transport unit T, the carriage C is locked to the locking members 39R, 39L provided on the respective hangers 3R, 3L, and travels in parallel with the respective hangers 3R, 3L between the rear end portion of the right front door panel DRF and the front end portion of the right rear door panel DRR and between the rear end portion of the left front door panel DLF and the front end portion of the left rear door panel DLR in the working space W.
As shown in fig. 6, when the components are assembled to the exterior surfaces of the door panels DRF, DRR, DLF, and DLR, the worker W1 who is responsible for the assembly work of the front door panels DRF and DLF stands in front of the carriage C in the working space W between the right hanger 3R and the left hanger 3L, and the worker W2 who is responsible for the assembly work of the rear door panels DRR and DLR stands behind the carriage C in the working space W. The worker W1 standing on the front side of the carriage C takes out the exterior member provided on the carriage C and assembles the exterior members to the exterior surfaces SORF, SOLF of the front door panels DRF, DLF. Further, the worker W2 standing behind the carriage C takes out the exterior member provided on the carriage C and assembles the exterior member to the exterior surfaces SORR, SOLR of the door panels DRR, DLR on the rear side.
According to the door conveying system S of the present embodiment, the following effects can be exhibited.
(1) The door conveying system S includes: a door hanger 3 having a right hanger 3R, a left hanger 3L, and locking members 39R, 39L; a conveyor 4 that conveys the gantry 3 in a traveling direction; and a bogie C provided with a plurality of components assembled to the door panels DRF, DRR, DLF, DLR. The locking members 39R, 39L provided on the door hanger 3 are locked to the carriage C disposed between the right hanger 3R and the left hanger 3L. Thus, when the door hanger 3 is conveyed by the conveyor 4, the door hanger 3 travels in parallel with the carriage C. In addition, the vehicle C travels in parallel with the right hanger 3R and the left hanger 3L between the right front frame 33R supporting the right front door panel DRF and the right rear frame 34R supporting the right rear door panel DRR in the right hanger 3R and between the left front frame 33L supporting the left front door panel DLF and the left rear frame 34L supporting the left rear door panel DLR in the left hanger 3L in a state of being locked to the locking members 39R, 39L. Therefore, in the door transport system S, the operator can take out the components from both sides in the front-rear direction along the traveling direction and both sides in the left-right direction perpendicular to the traveling direction with respect to the carriage C traveling in parallel with the hangers 3R and 3L. Therefore, according to the door transport system S, since the operator can shorten the movement time for taking out the component from the cart C, the assembly work of the plurality of components to the door panels DRF, DRR, DLF, and DLR can be efficiently performed.
(2) In the door transport system S, at least a part of the components assembled to the right front door panel DRF and the left front door panel DLF is provided on the front side of the bogie C, at least a part of the components assembled to the right rear door panel DRR and the left rear door panel DLR is provided on the rear side of the bogie C, at least a part of the components assembled to the right front door panel DRF and the right rear door panel DRR is provided on the right hanger 3R side of the bogie C, and at least a part of the components assembled to the left front door panel DLF and the left rear door panel DLR is provided on the left hanger 3L side of the bogie C. As described above, in the door transport system S, at least some of the components to be assembled to the door panels DRF, DRR, DLF, and DLR are provided in the vicinity of the door panels DRF, DRR, DLF, and DLR to be assembled, so that it is possible to prevent the component from being mistakenly taken by the operator, and the operator can shorten the moving time for taking out the component, so that the assembly work of a plurality of components to the door panels DRF, DRR, DLF, and DLR can be efficiently performed.
(3) In the door transport system S, a right component take-out port 38R is formed between the rear end portion of the right front door panel DRF and the front end portion of the right rear door panel DRR, and a left component take-out port 38L is formed between the rear end portion of the left front door panel DLF and the front end portion of the left rear door panel DLR. Therefore, the operator can take out the components mounted on the carriage C from the right component take-out port 38R and can take out the components mounted on the carriage C from the left component take-out port 38L, and therefore, the assembly work of taking out the components and assembling the components can be efficiently performed.
(4) In the door transport system S, the right hanger 3R and the left hanger 3L support the door panels DRF, DRR, DLF, DLR SO that the exterior surfaces SO of the door panels DRF, DRR, DLF, DLR face outward, that is, SO that the interior surfaces SI face inward. Therefore, in the door transport system S, by orienting the interior surface SI on which the number of components to be assembled is relatively large inward, the operator can assemble the components to the interior surface SI on the outer side of the right hanger 3R or the left hanger 3L without paying much attention to the presence of the right hanger 3R and the left hanger 3L and the carriage C running in parallel with them. In the door transport system S, at least a part of the components to which the appearance surface SORF of the right front door panel DRF and the appearance surface SOLF of the left front door panel DLF are assembled is provided on the front side of the vehicle C, and at least a part of the components to which the appearance surface SORR of the right rear door panel DRR and the appearance surface SOLR of the left rear door panel DLR are assembled is provided on the rear side of the vehicle C. Thus, the operator can quickly take out the component from the front side or the rear side of the carriage C in the working space W between the right hanger 3R and the left hanger 3L and on the front side or the rear side of the carriage C, and quickly assemble the component. As can be seen from the above, according to the door transport system S, the assembling work can be efficiently performed.
