the lower surface of the first printing PVC film is printed with a first pattern, and the distribution area of the first pattern on the first printing PVC film is 10-30% of the area of the first printing PVC film;
the lower surface of the second printing PVC film is printed with a second pattern, and the distribution area of the second pattern on the second printing PVC film is 30-70% of the area of the second printing PVC film;
the preparation method comprises the following steps:
step 1: extruding and casting at 160-180 ℃ according to the raw material formula to obtain a transparent PVC film, and cooling the transparent PVC film to obtain a lower PVC film and a second printing PVC film to be printed;
spraying and painting patterns on the lower surface of the transparent PVC film to obtain a first printed PVC film;
respectively coating paste scraping agents on the upper surface and the lower surface of the space cloth for pasting; obtaining space cloth layers with pastes on the surfaces and the bottom surfaces;
step 2: sending the first printed PVC film obtained in the step (1) and a second printed PVC film to be printed into a laminating machine, fully preheating, laminating, cooling, and then performing spray painting on patterns on the lower surface to obtain a composite film;
and step 3: and (3) laminating the three layers of films together according to the sequence of the composite film, the space cloth layer and the lower layer of PVC film to obtain the camouflage space cloth.
2. The method of making a camouflage space cloth according to claim 1 wherein the second printed PVC film has a greater thickness than the first printed PVC film.
3. The method of making a camouflage space cloth according to claim 1 wherein said first printed PVC film has a thickness of 0.2 to 0.3mm and said second printed PVC film has a thickness of 0.3 to 0.5 mm.
4. The method for preparing the camouflage space cloth according to claim 1, wherein the paste comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of PVC paste resin; dioctyl phthalate: 60-100 parts; 3-5 parts of Ba-Zn stabilizer; 3-5 parts of an adhesive.
5. The method of making a camouflage space cloth according to claim 1 wherein said binder is polyisocyanurate.
6. The method for preparing the camouflage space cloth according to claim 1, wherein the first printed PVC film, the second printed PVC film and the lower PVC film are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of polyvinyl chloride (PVC); 55-65 parts of DINP; 1-3 parts of Ba-Zn stabilizer; 5-10 parts of dioctyl adipate.
7. The method for preparing the camouflage space cloth according to claim 1, wherein the step of pasting the upper surface and the lower surface of the space cloth by respectively applying a paste; obtaining space cloth layers with pastes on the surfaces and the bottom surfaces; the method specifically comprises the following steps: respectively coating paste scraping agents on the upper surface and the lower surface of the space cloth for pasting; then sending the space cloth layer coated with paste into an oven, and plasticizing at 140-; to obtain a space cloth layer with paste on the surface and bottom.
