Description

Shadow eliminating film and method for attaching protective film to shadow eliminating film
Technical Field
The invention relates to an optical film, in particular to a shadow eliminating film and a method for attaching a protective film to the shadow eliminating film.
Background
The composition of the wet coating type shadow eliminating film on the market at present mainly comprises four parts: the optical adjustment layer, transparent substrate layer, ordinary sclerosis layer, high temperature resistant protective layer. The hardened film product can meet the basic requirements of the current capacitive touch screen. With the improvement of the productivity and the technology of each manufacturer, the price of the product is gradually reduced, and the product has more processing steps, lower production efficiency and unobvious price advantage. At present, the processing steps of each factory are as follows: respectively preparing the two-side hardened layers (an optical adjusting layer and a common hardened layer) → preparing the high-temperature-resistant protective film → adhering the shadow eliminating film and the high-temperature-resistant protective film. Four parts are needed to prepare the finished product of the shadow eliminating film. The processing steps are various, the problems of sticking warpage, sticking concave-convex points, sticking twill and the like are easily caused, the production yield is seriously influenced, and the process of replacing Japanese and Korean electronic materials in China is greatly influenced. Therefore, the solution to the above problem has been very slow.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a shadow eliminating film, which can balance the stress on two sides of a transparent substrate through reasonable matching of structures between a hardening layer and an optical adjusting layer so as to achieve the effect of preventing warping.
The other purpose is to provide the method for attaching the shadow eliminating film to the protective film, which further optimizes the warping and reduces the technical problems of concave-convex points and twill.
In order to achieve the aim, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the utility model provides a shadow eliminating membrane which characterized in that, includes optical adjustment layer, transparent substrate layer, ordinary sclerosis layer and high temperature resistant protective layer, ordinary HC thickness is 0.1 ~ 0.5 mu m than the thickness on optical adjustment layer, transparent substrate layer contains first optics face and second optics face. In order to adjust the stress change caused by the subsequent heating process treatment of the optical adjusting layer, the stress on the two sides of the base material is balanced by the thickness of the common hardening layer which is more than that of the optical adjusting layer, so that the effect of preventing warping is achieved.
Further, the thickness of the transparent substrate is in the range of 10 μm to 500 μm, and a thickness of less than 10 μm may result in an excessively thin substrate, which is difficult to be handled by the existing production process, while a thickness of more than 500 μm may cause a difficulty in winding up, and at the same time, a price may rise due to an increased thickness of the substrate, and preferably 20 μm <200 μm is a reasonable range that is made in consideration of the existing production conditions and production costs.
Furthermore, the shrinkage rate range of the transparent base material is TD < 0.1%, MD < 0.5%, and the shrinkage rate is controlled in the range, so that the shrinkage rate is prevented from being matched with the shrinkage rate of the high-temperature-resistant protective film after the transparent base material is attached to the high-temperature-resistant protective film, and the serious warping caused by post high-temperature treatment of a customer is prevented, and the production is prevented from being influenced.
Further, the thickness of the optical adjustment layer is in the range of 0.3 μm to 10 μm, and a thickness less than 0.3 μm may result in an optical adjustment layer being too thin and too low in hardness for protection, while a thickness exceeding 10 μm may result in a finished product being brittle and easily broken, and a production cost being too high.
Further, the thickness of the common hardened layer is in the range of 0.3 μm to 10.5 μm, and the thickness of the film is too thin, which results in that the hardness cannot be guaranteed in the hardness range of B-3H, and too thick, which results in that the finished product is brittle and easy to break, and the price is increased.
The method for attaching the shadow eliminating film to the protective film comprises the step that the shadow eliminating film is attached to the high-temperature resistant protective layer through the attaching roller, the attaching roller comprises an upper attaching roller and a lower attaching roller, the Shore hardness range of the attaching roller is selected from 0-100, the attaching gap between the upper attaching roller and the lower attaching roller is selected from-10 mm-10mm, and the technical problems of warping and reducing concave-convex points and twill are further optimized.
Further, the upper attaching roller is selected from a steel roller and a rubber roller, and the lower attaching roller is selected from a steel roller and a rubber roller.
Further, the upper bonding angle range of the upper bonding roller corresponding to the shadow eliminating film is 10 degrees to 50 degrees, and the lower bonding angle range of the lower bonding roller corresponding to the high-temperature resistant protective film is-50 degrees to-10 degrees.
Furthermore, the upper bonding angle of the upper bonding roller corresponding to the shadow eliminating film is larger than the lower bonding angle of the lower bonding roller corresponding to the high-temperature resistant protective film.
Has the advantages that:
the technical scheme has the advantages that the warping is effectively improved through the structural design, the material of the attaching roller has large influence on concave-convex points and twill, the concave-convex points are greatly improved through the rubber roller with proper hardness, the warping can be improved through a proper attaching angle, the warping is further optimized through the upper attaching angle being larger than the lower attaching angle, and finally, the warping is completely usable by customers within the range that the warping is-5 or more and is not more than 5cm, the warping customers within the range that the warping is-15 or more and is not more than 15cm have the possibility of being usable, partial loss is caused, and the warping customers beyond the range can not be used completely; the proper fit clearance improves the fit twill, thereby greatly improving the product yield and greatly improving the production yield.
