As shown in fig. 6, the hook positioning jig device 8 includes a movable mounting frame 81, a movable cylinder 82, a pressing cylinder 83, a pressing clamp 84, a first pressing block 85, a second pressing block 86, a first positioning seat 87, a second positioning seat 88 and a photoelectric sensor 89; the movable mounting frame 81 is movably connected to the machine table through a sliding rail, the movable cylinder 82 is horizontally arranged on the machine table, and the telescopic end of the movable cylinder 82 is connected with the movable mounting frame 81; the upper end of the movable mounting rack 81 is provided with two convex blocks 811, and the first positioning seat 87 and the second positioning seat 88 are respectively installed on the two convex blocks 811; the first positioning seat 87 is F-shaped, the notch is used for placing a hook, the second positioning seat 88 is L-shaped, and the bent angle is used for placing the hook; the movable mounting rack 81 is also provided with an air blowing pipe 812, and the air blowing pipe 812 is positioned at the side of the second positioning seat 88 and corresponds to the welding part of the hook; the fixed end of the pressing cylinder 83 is hinged with the movable mounting frame 81, and the telescopic end of the pressing cylinder 83 is hinged with the end of the pressing clamp 84; the middle part of the pressing clamp 84 is hinged with the movable mounting frame 81; the first pressing block 85 and the second pressing block 86 are respectively installed on the lower end face of the pressing clamp 84, and an inclined surface is arranged on the lower end face of the first pressing block 85 and faces towards the folding angle of the first positioning seat 87; the lower end face of the second pressing block 86 is a horizontal end face; photoelectric sensor 89 pass through the fixed setting of connecting piece on removing mounting bracket 81, photoelectric sensor 89's tip is just right couple 200 for whether the detection couple targets in place.
When the hook positioning clamp device 8 works, firstly, a hook 200 is placed on the first positioning seat 87 and the second positioning seat 88, the photoelectric sensor 89 drives the pressing cylinder 83 to extend after detecting the extension of the pressing cylinder, the pressing clamp 84 rotates to enable the first pressing block 85 and the second pressing block 86 to descend, the hook 200 is pressed, firstly, the inclined surface of the first pressing block 85 presses the hook 200 to be close to the folding angle of the second positioning seat 88, and positioning and clamping in one dimension are realized; the second pressing block 86 presses the hook 200 downwards to realize the positioning and clamping of the other dimension; finally, the mobile cylinder 82 moves the mobile mounting 81 entirely laterally out, so that the hook 200 abuts against the bumper.
The hook positioning clamp device 8 solves the problems that a hook is difficult to clamp in welding, low in positioning precision and easy to slide; through arranging the first pressing block 85 and the second pressing block 86 to respectively correspond to the first positioning seat 87 and the second positioning seat 88, two parts are selected on the folded hook for positioning and clamping, so that the clamping of two dimensions is respectively realized, the clamping is more stable and reliable, the requirement on the flatness of the hook is not high, and the hook formed by bending can be better adapted; the hold-down clamp 84 can swing and is positioned on the side of the hook during loosening, so that the welded product can be conveniently discharged.
As shown in fig. 7, the blanking device 9 includes a blanking cylinder 91, a lifting frame 92 and a bent rod 93, the lifting frame 92 is installed on the telescopic end of the blanking cylinder 91, the bent rod 93 is fixedly arranged on the lifting frame 92, and the tail end of the bent rod 93 is provided with a standing part which is erected to prevent the bumper from sliding off.
The welding robot can realize six-degree-of-freedom movement, a welding gun is arranged at the tail end of the movement, and the welding gun can automatically realize welding rod feeding.
When the bumper welding equipment works, the bumper welding equipment is processed sequentially through the following steps:
(I) feeding a rear bumper: the rear bumper is placed on the middle positioning device 3, firstly, the first cylinder 312 drives the towing hook positioning seat 313 to rise by a certain height, the third cylinder 332 drives the supporting rod 333 to rise by a certain height to respectively support the towing hook and the bumper, and then the second cylinder 322 drives the positioning pin 323 to rise and extend into a round hole in the middle of the bumper to realize center positioning;
(II) welding reinforcing rib plates: firstly, a bumper is placed on a fixed butt-welding component 41, a U-shaped reinforcing rib plate is placed in a magnetic suction seat 424 to be sucked, reinforcing rib plates are arranged on movable butt-welding components 42 on two sides, a rear side moving cylinder 422 extends to enable a welding copper pole 412 to be opposite to the magnetic suction seat 424, the bumper and the reinforcing rib plate are clamped in the movable butt-welding components, inert gas is blown out of a first gas pipe 413 and a second gas pipe 427, and meanwhile, the welding copper pole 412 discharges electricity to weld the reinforcing rib plate on the bumper;
(III) welding a connecting plate: the lifting cylinder 612 descends, the connecting plate is placed on the positioning nails 615 on the placing rod 614 and then lifted again, and the circular holes in the connecting plate are matched with the positioning nails 615, so that the connecting plate is positioned; then die clamping cylinder 622 extension drives the dwang 623 and rotates, will compress tightly post 624 and compress tightly on the connecting plate, and then the work of driving actuating cylinder 632 of first butt-joint subassembly 63 is close to fixed welding block 633 with movable welding block 635, makes bumper and connecting plate laminate mutually, discharges through the welding block and realizes the butt-joint.
And (IV) hook welding: firstly, the hook 200 is placed on the first positioning seat 87 and the second positioning seat 88, the photoelectric sensor 89 drives the pressing cylinder 83 to extend after detecting the extension of the pressing cylinder, the pressing clamp 84 is rotated, the first pressing block 85 and the second pressing block 86 descend, the hook 200 is pressed, firstly, the inclined surface of the first pressing block 85 presses the hook 200 to be close to the folding angle of the second positioning seat 88, and positioning and clamping in one dimension are realized; the second pressing block 86 presses the hook 200 downwards to realize the positioning and clamping of the other dimension; finally, the movable mounting frame 81 is moved out in the whole side direction by the movable air cylinder 82, so that the hook 200 is attached to the bumper; then the welding robot carries out welding at the joint of the bumper and the hook
(V) product blanking: the blanking cylinder 91 drives the lifting frame 92 and the bent rod 93 to lift up, and the bent rod 93 lifts up the welded bumper to complete blanking.
Claims (6)
1. A reinforcing rib plate welding device of bumper welding equipment is characterized by comprising a fixed butt-welding assembly (41) and two groups of movable butt-welding assemblies (42), wherein the two groups of movable butt-welding assemblies (42) are respectively and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the fixed butt-welding assembly (41); the fixed butt-welding assembly (41) comprises a middle bracket (411), a welding copper pole (412), a first air pipe (413) and a first material placing nail (414); two pressing plates (415) are arranged on two sides of the top of the middle support (411), the welding copper electrode (412) is fit in the pressing plates (415), and two copper electrodes (412) are arranged on each side; the first material placing nail (414) is arranged at the top of the middle bracket (411); the first air pipe (413) is fixedly arranged on the middle support (411), the air outlet end of the first air pipe (413) faces to the welding copper electrode (412), and inert protective gas is arranged in the first air pipe (413); the movable butt-welding assembly (42) comprises a side bracket (421), a side shifting cylinder (422), a side shifting seat (423), a magnetic suction seat (424), a proximity sensor (425) and a second material placing nail (426); the side shift cylinder (422) is horizontally arranged on the side bracket (421), and the side shift seat (423) is arranged on the telescopic end of the side shift cylinder (422); the magnetic suction seat (424) is fixedly arranged in the side shift seat (423); the magnetic suction seat (424) is flush with the position of the pressing plate (415); the second material placing nail (426) is arranged on the side bracket (421).
2. A reinforcing rib plate welding device for bumper welding equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that a magnetic body is arranged inside the magnetic suction seat (424), a U-shaped groove (4241) is arranged on the side surface of the magnetic suction seat (424), and the reinforcing rib plate is just placed in the magnetic suction seat.
3. The rib plate welding device for the bumper welding equipment according to claim 1, wherein a second air pipe (427) is further arranged on the side support (421), and an air outlet end of the second air pipe (427) is aligned with the magnetic suction seat (424).
4. A web stiffener welding apparatus for a bumper welding installation according to claim 1 wherein the proximity sensor (425) is located at the top of the magnetic attraction seat (424), the proximity sensor (425) corresponding to the web to be welded.

A reinforcing rib plate welding device of bumper welding equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that when the device is operated, the bumper is placed on the fixed butt-welding component (41), the U-shaped reinforcing rib plate is placed in the magnetic suction seat (424) to be sucked, the reinforcing rib plates are arranged on the movable butt-welding components (42) on both sides, the rear side shift cylinder (422) extends to enable the welding copper pole (412) to be opposite to the magnetic suction seat (424), the bumper and the reinforcing rib plate are clamped in the movable butt-welding component, the first air pipe (413) and the second air pipe (427) blow out inert gas, the welding copper pole (412) discharges, and the reinforcing rib plate is welded on the bumper.

A bumper welding device is characterized by comprising a rack (1), a rotating assembly (2), a middle positioning device (3), a reinforcing rib plate welding device (4), a connecting plate welding device (6), a hook positioning fixture device (8), a blanking device (9) and a welding robot; the middle positioning device (3) is used for supporting and centering a bumper to be welded, the reinforcing rib plate welding device (4) is used for welding the reinforcing rib plate to the bumper, the connecting plate welding device (6) is used for clamping and positioning the connecting plate and welding the connecting plate to the bumper, and the hook positioning clamp device (8) is used for positioning and clamping a hook to be welded; the blanking device (9) is used for lifting the welded bumper, and the welding robot is used for welding the hook.
