Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the air purified by spraying is discharged from the air outlet, and in order to further process the air, in this embodiment, the air outlet is connected with an air outlet pipe, one end of the air outlet pipe, which is far away from the spraying chamber 21, is connected with an air filtering structure 4, the air filtering structure 4 includes an air filtering box 41, and an air filtering layer is arranged in the air filtering box 41. Wherein, air filter layer parallel is equipped with a plurality of groups, and in this embodiment, air filter layer uses the three-layer as the example, and air filter layer sets gradually along the direction that the air flows: primary filter screen 42, HEPA filter screen 43 and active carbon filter screen 44. After carrying out the multiple-layer filtering to the air through air filtration structure 4, in again with air discharge atmosphere, be favorable to protecting the atmospheric environment, be favorable to realizing green production.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in order to treat the sewage in the spray chamber 21, in this embodiment, a water outlet is disposed at a position of the spray chamber 21 near the bottom, and the water outlet of the spray chamber 21 is connected to a sewage treatment mechanism through a pipeline. Wherein, sewage treatment mechanism is including the storage water tank 5, air supporting structure and the sewage filtration 7 that set gradually. The water storage tank 5 is used for storing sewage, and when the sewage in the water storage tank 5 reaches a certain height, a valve on a pipeline is opened, so that water in the water storage tank 5 enters the air floatation structure; the air flotation structure is used for removing paint mist or dust and the like in the sewage, and the sewage filtering structure 7 is used for further purifying the sewage after air flotation treatment. Because the air floatation structure is arranged in front of the sewage filtering structure 7 in the sewage generated by the spraying mode, the burden of the sewage filtering structure 7 can be lightened, and the sewage treatment efficiency can be accelerated.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the air floating structure includes an air floating box 6, an air floating chamber 61 and a slag storage chamber 62 are arranged in the air floating box 6, a dissolved air tank 612 is arranged outside the air floating box 6, a compressor 611 is arranged on one side of the dissolved air tank 612, and the compressor 611 compresses air into the dissolved air tank 612 to fully dissolve the air in water in the dissolved air tank 612 to form dissolved air water. In addition, a dissolved gas water pipe 614 is provided at the bottom of the air flotation chamber 61, the dissolved gas water is pumped into the dissolved gas water pipe 614 by a dissolved gas pump 613, one end of the dissolved gas water pipe 614 outputting the dissolved gas water is connected with a releaser 615, and the releaser 615 releases a large amount of fine bubbles after the dissolved gas water is subjected to pressure reduction and energy dissipation. The fine bubbles are dispersed in the sewage in the air flotation chamber 61 and float up slowly, and in the floating up process of the bubbles, the bubbles can adhere to paint mist or dust and the like in the sewage to form flocs with apparent density smaller than that of the water and float up to the water surface to form a scum layer. In order to enhance the coagulation effect of the scum, during air floatation, a paint mist flocculating agent or polyaluminium chloride and the like can be added during air floatation to coagulate the scum into clusters so as to facilitate the subsequent treatment of the scum.
Scum generated by air floatation treatment needs to be cleaned in time, and the air floatation effect of sewage is influenced if the scum is not cleaned for a long time. For scraping the scum layer to the sediment storage chamber 62, in this embodiment, be equipped with the intercommunication mouth on the common lateral wall of air supporting chamber 61 and sediment storage chamber 62, sediment storage chamber 62 is equipped with and is arranged in scraping the scum structure of scraping to the sediment storage chamber in with the dross from air supporting chamber 61, scrape the scum structure including scraping sediment motor 621, scrape the outside that sediment motor 621 installed at sediment storage chamber 62, scrape in the lateral wall that sediment motor 621 runs through sediment storage chamber 62 gets into sediment storage chamber 62, and scrape the output shaft of sediment motor 621 and have the lead screw 622, lead screw 622 is extended by one side of sediment storage chamber 62 and toward one side of air supporting chamber 61, and the screw-thread fit has scraper 623 on the lead screw 622, scraper 623 is perpendicular mutually with lead screw 622. Wherein, sewage filtration 7 includes sewage rose box 71, is equipped with a plurality of sewage filter layers in the sewage rose box 71. Wherein, sewage filter layer parallel is equipped with a plurality of groups, and in this embodiment, sewage filter layer uses the three-layer as the example, and sewage filter layer sets gradually along the direction that sewage flows: coarse stone filter layer 72, quartz sand filter layer 73, and activated carbon filter layer 74. Wherein, the floating slag remained in the sewage after the air floatation treatment can be intercepted by the gap between the coarse stone filtering layers 72, the suspended substances, organic matters, colloid particles and the like in the water can be intercepted and removed by the quartz sand filtering layer 73, and the fine substances in various sewage can be adsorbed by the active carbon filtering layer 74, which is beneficial to fully purifying the sewage. And the sewage after full purification is stored in the water storage tank 8 and conveniently circulates to the spraying mechanism 2 so as to supply water for the spray head 23 of the spraying mechanism 2.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: the dust collecting mechanism 1 extracts air with dust and paint mist in the furniture preparation system, and the air enters the spraying chamber 21 from the position, close to the bottom, of the spraying chamber 21 through the air inlet pipe, and due to the fact that the density of the air is low, the air gradually floats upwards after entering the spraying chamber 21, the spray head 23 is arranged at the top of the spraying chamber 21, the spray head 23 sprays water from top to bottom, namely the movement directions of the air and the water are opposite, the contact time of the air and the water is prolonged, and therefore the dust removing effect of the spraying mechanism 2 is improved; in addition, the through holes 241 between two adjacent partition plates 24 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the path of air in the rising process is increased, the contact time of the air and water is further prolonged, dust or paint mist carried in the air enters the water as much as possible, and the dust removal effect of the spraying mechanism 2 is further enhanced; in order to further purify the air, the air which is discharged from the spray chamber 21 enters the air filtering structure 4, is filtered by the air filtering layer and then is discharged; for the treatment of sewage, most dust or paint mist in the sewage is removed through air floatation treatment to the sewage, then the sewage after the air floatation treatment is guided into the sewage filtering structure 7, and the sewage is further purified by the sewage filtering layer in the sewage filtering structure 7, so that the load of the sewage filtering structure 7 is favorably reduced, and the treatment efficiency of the sewage is improved.
