The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the mounting rack can move left and right through the moving mechanism, so that the cleaning area of the residual powder can be enlarged, and a user can slowly press the handle downwards, so that the residual powder can be prevented from being taken away by the cleaning brush which swings upwards too fast, and the content of dust in the residual powder can be reduced; the residual powder stuck on the ground can be scraped through the scraper, so that a user can conveniently collect the residual powder; the second bolt is screwed into the corresponding third threaded hole to fix the wire winding wheel, so that a user does not need to fix the wire winding wheel by hands, and the user can fix the position of the scraper conveniently.
