The user holds the handle 28 to enable the reel 27 to rotate clockwise to withdraw the steel wire rope 29, so that the cleaning rod 184 can move rightwards, the second spring 17 stretches accordingly, the user does not need to move the sliding sleeve 15 leftwards and rightwards to collect the residual powder, arm ache can be prevented, after the cleaning rod 184 moves rightwards to a proper position, the user releases the handle 28, the cleaning rod 184 can move leftwards to reset under the action of the second spring 17, the reel 27 can rotate anticlockwise through the steel wire rope 29 to discharge the steel wire rope 29, so that the handle 28 can rotate anticlockwise to reset, and then the user can continuously rotate the handle 28 clockwise to clean the residual powder into the collecting hopper body 1.

A portable hardware grinding and cutting residual powder collecting hopper comprises a collecting hopper body (1), a handle (2), a connecting block (3), a first screw (4), a nut (5), a first spring (6), a lifting block (7), a first mounting column (8), a first inserted rod (10), a second screw (13) and a straight sliding rail (14), wherein the handle (2) is fixed on the right side of the top of the collecting hopper body (1), the connecting block (3) is fixed on the upper portion of the front side face of the collecting hopper body (1), the first screw (4) is arranged at the bottom of the connecting block (3), the lifting block (7) capable of enabling the first mounting column (8) to move up and down is arranged on the first screw (4) in a sliding mode, the nut (5) capable of enabling the lifting block (7) to move up and down is arranged on the first screw (4), the first spring (6) is wound on the first screw (4), the top end of the first spring (6) is fixedly connected with the bottom of the connecting block (3), the bottom end of a first spring (6) is fixedly connected with the top of a lifting block (7), a first mounting column (8) is arranged on the left side face of the lifting block (7), a groove (9) is formed in the middle of the first mounting column (8), a first inserted bar (10) is arranged in the groove (9), a plurality of first inserting holes (101) with fixing function are formed in the first inserted bar (10), a first threaded hole (131) is formed in the left portion of the first mounting column (8), a second screw (13) capable of fixing the first inserted bar (10) is arranged in the first threaded hole (131), the second screw (13) penetrates through the first inserting holes (101) and the groove (9), a straight sliding rail (14) is fixed at the left end of the first inserted bar (10), the lifting device is characterized by further comprising a first support rod (141), a sliding sleeve (15), a stop block (16), a second spring (17) and a sliding type dismounting mechanism (18), and the sliding sleeve (15) is sleeved on the left portion of the straight sliding rail (14), the front part of the sliding sleeve (15) is provided with a first supporting rod (141), a stop block (16) capable of limiting the sliding sleeve (15) is installed on the left side surface of the straight sliding rail (14), a second spring (17) capable of enabling the first supporting rod (141) to reset is wound on the straight sliding rail (14), the right end of the second spring (17) is fixedly connected with the left side surface of the sliding sleeve (15), the left end of the second spring (17) is fixedly connected with the right side surface of the stop block (16), and a dismounting mechanism (18) capable of collecting residual powder is installed at the bottom of the sliding sleeve (15).

The portable hardware grinding and cutting residual powder collecting hopper as claimed in claim 3, characterized by further comprising a baffle plate (19), a second mounting column (20), a third spring (21), a second inserting rod (22), a rotary plate (23) and a rotary rod (25), wherein the second mounting column (20) is mounted on the left side of the upper portion of the front side of the collecting hopper body (1), the left side of the top of the second mounting column (20) is slidably provided with the second inserting rod (22) capable of fixing the rotary plate (23), the second inserting rod (22) is T-shaped, two third springs (21) are connected between the second inserting rod (22) and the second mounting column (20), the rotary plate (23) capable of rotating the baffle plate (19) is rotatably connected to the upper portion of the left side of the front side of the collecting hopper body (1), the rotary plate (23) is located on the left side of the second mounting column (20), the rear side of the rotary plate (23) is fixedly provided with the baffle plate (19) capable of covering the collecting opening of the collecting hopper body (1), the circumferential wall of the rotary disc (23) is provided with a plurality of long insertion holes (24) for fixing, the lower part of the second insertion rod (22) is positioned in the corresponding long insertion holes (24), and a rotating rod (25) which can enable the rotary disc (23) to rotate is fixedly connected to the front side surface of the rotary disc (23).

The portable hardware grinding and cutting residual powder collecting hopper as claimed in claim 4, characterized by further comprising a second supporting rod (26), a winding wheel (27), a handle (28), a steel wire rope (29), a fixing plate (30) and a pulley (31), wherein the second supporting rod (26) is fixed on the upper portion of the handle (2), the lower portion of the second supporting rod (26) is rotatably connected with the winding wheel (27) capable of winding the steel wire rope (29), a handle (28) capable of rotating the reel (27) is fixedly connected to the lower portion of the right side face of the reel (27), a steel wire rope (29) is wound on the reel (27), a fixing plate (30) is arranged on the right side face of the lifting block (7), a pulley (31) capable of guiding the steel wire rope (29) is mounted on the fixing plate (30), the steel wire rope (29) bypasses the pulley (31), and the left end of the steel wire rope (29) is fixedly connected with the right side face of the first support rod (141).
