Description

Compound feed additive with liver protection function
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of aquaculture feed, and particularly relates to a compound feed additive with a liver protection function.
Background
Eel is an important economic freshwater aquaculture fish in China, has delicious meat taste and high nutritional value and health care value, and is vegetatively reputed as 'ginseng in water'. At present, China is the first major country of eel culture in the world, becomes one of the countries with the highest eel industrialization degree, and constructs a complete industrial chain integrating eel fry catching, breeding, adult eel culture, feed production, eel processing, export trade and matching services.
The eel breeding industry in China is export-dependent, the product of the eel meets related regulations except safety indexes, drug residue detection and the like, the sensory requirement of body color is also an important reference index, and the sensory color requirement of live eels is as follows: the back is dark grey or silver grey, the abdomen is nearly white, the abdomen and the back are black and white and clear, and the inherent luster of the eel is possessed; mucus is present on the body surface. The body color of the fish body is changed, the fish body is physically healthy, and part of the fish body is a manifestation form of damage to liver and pancreas. In the production of eels, the body color of eels is easy to blacken or have bronze color, the body color of eels affects the export and sale price to a certain extent, and healthy eels with good body color are expected by culturists and are also well paid attention by feed enterprises.
However, in the culture process, due to unreasonable feed formula design, deterioration of culture water environment and long-term use of chemicals, livers of eels are greatly damaged under the stimulation of strong stress such as artificial fishing and net pulling, and liver and gall syndromes of fishes are induced.
The prior art also discloses aquatic animal breeding feeds for protecting the liver, for example, a bullfrog compound feed with the function of protecting the liver, which can promote fat absorption and protect the liver while meeting the requirements of the bullfrog on protein, fat, carbohydrate and the like, disclosed by CN 108077567A; the feed has low cost, rapid growth of bullfrog, and enhanced resistance. However, due to the unique characteristics of life habits, physiological mechanisms and the like of the eels, the existing liver-protecting feed is not suitable for the eels.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a compound feed additive with a liver protection function, which is beneficial to protecting the liver of eel and improving the quality of eel.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a compound feed additive with liver protection function comprises the following components: dried scallop powder, tortoise shell powder, haematococcus pluvialis powder and vegetable oil.
In the culture process of the eels, the feed formula is unreasonable in design, the culture water environment is worsened, chemicals are used, and the liver is damaged to different degrees under the stimulation of strong stress such as artificial fishing and net pulling.
In the technical scheme, the liver is protected by protecting the liver and promoting the recovery function of the damaged liver:
firstly, protecting liver by haematococcus pluvialis; the accumulation rate and the total production amount of astaxanthin by haematococcus pluvialis are higher than those of other green algae, the ratio of astaxanthin and astaxanthin esters contained in the haematococcus pluvialis (about 70% of monoester, 25% of diester and 5% of monomer) is very similar to that of aquatic animals, and the inventor finds that the haematococcus pluvialis is used for a feed additive, can improve the immunity of eel, and has the function of protecting the liver;
and secondly, increasing the number of the dried scallop, wherein the dried scallop contains a large amount of abundant and various amino acids, and also contains abundant nucleic acid, and generally has the functions of nourishing yin, tonifying the kidney, harmonizing the stomach and regulating the center. But different from the prior efficacy of the dried scallop, the scheme of the application utilizes various balanced amino acids of the dried scallop and the tortoise shell powder to promote the liver to recover the function.
