Based on the same inventive concept, referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a traffic supervision apparatus 300, which may be implemented as part or all of a vehicle MCU (Micro Controller Unit) by software, hardware, or a combination of the two, where the traffic supervision apparatus 300 may include the following modules:
an image acquisition module 301 configured to acquire an image of a vehicle around the vehicle and an image of a surrounding environment of the vehicle;
a determining module 302, configured to determine whether there is an illegal activity in the surrounding vehicle according to at least the image of the surrounding vehicle and the image of the surrounding environment;
the uploading module 303 is configured to, when it is determined that the surrounding vehicle has the illegal action, upload at least the image of the surrounding vehicle and the image of the surrounding environment to a server, so that the server supervises the vehicle having the illegal action at least according to the image of the surrounding vehicle and the image of the surrounding environment.
Through above device, can realize the supervision to other vehicle illegal activities on every side through arbitrary vehicle on the road, when the vehicle had illegal activities, can provide omnidirectional illegal visual angle, realize in time, effectual supervision to vehicle illegal activities, and, when confirming that the vehicle had illegal activities, upload the vehicle image that will have illegal activities to the server through uploading module 303, be favorable to the automatic archive of illegal evidence, realize the centralized management to vehicle illegal activities.
Optionally, the apparatus 300 further comprises:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring the position information of the target vehicle;
the determining module 302 is configured to determine whether there is illegal activity in the surrounding vehicle according to the image of the surrounding vehicle, the image of the surrounding environment, and the location information;
the uploading module 303 is configured to upload the image of the surrounding vehicle, the image of the surrounding environment, and the location information to the server when it is determined that the illegal behavior exists in the surrounding vehicle, so that the server supervises the vehicle in which the illegal behavior exists according to the image of the surrounding vehicle, the image of the surrounding environment, and the location information.
Through the device, the position information of the target vehicle can be acquired, and the specific position of the illegal behavior of the vehicle is determined, so that the illegal behavior of the vehicle can be effectively supervised.
Optionally, the apparatus 300 further comprises:
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the time information recorded by the target vehicle;
the determining module 302 is configured to determine whether there is illegal activity in the surrounding vehicle according to the image of the surrounding vehicle, the image of the surrounding environment, the location information, and the time information;
the uploading module 303 is configured to, when it is determined that the peripheral vehicle has an illegal behavior, upload the image of the peripheral vehicle, the image of the surrounding environment, the location information, and the time information to the server, so that the server supervises the vehicle having the illegal behavior according to the image of the peripheral vehicle, the image of the surrounding environment, the location information, and the time information.
Through the device, whether the vehicle has the illegal action can be accurately determined by combining the image, the position information of the target vehicle and the recorded time and information, and the occurrence time of the illegal action of the vehicle can be further determined, so that the illegal action of the vehicle can be effectively supervised.
Optionally, the apparatus 300 further comprises:
the third acquisition module is used for acquiring the vehicle information of the target vehicle;
the uploading module 303 is configured to upload the image of the surrounding vehicle, the image of the surrounding environment, and the vehicle information to the server.
Through the device, the vehicle information of the target vehicle can be acquired, so that when a plurality of target vehicles shoot illegal behaviors of a certain vehicle at the same time, the information uploaded by the target vehicles is managed through the vehicle information, and the illegal behaviors of the vehicle are effectively supervised.
Optionally, the image acquiring module 301 is configured to acquire an image of vehicles around the target vehicle and an image of the surroundings of the surrounding vehicle when it is detected that a vehicle exists around the target vehicle.
It should be noted that, regarding the apparatus in the above embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated herein.
Based on the same inventive concept, referring to fig. 4, an embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a traffic supervision apparatus 400, applied to a server, where the traffic supervision apparatus 400 includes:
a receiving module 401 for receiving at least an image of a surrounding vehicle of a target vehicle and an image of the surroundings of the surrounding vehicle;
a supervision module 402 for supervising a vehicle in which an illegal activity exists at least according to the image of the surrounding vehicle and the image of the surrounding environment.
It should be noted that, in an exemplary embodiment, the traffic supervision apparatus 400 may be provided as a server, and may form a traffic supervision system with the traffic supervision apparatus 300, the beidou satellite navigation system, the communication network, and other possible components in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 5, the traffic supervision system may include: the Beidou satellite navigation system 501, the traffic supervision device 502, the communication network 503 and the server 504, wherein the traffic supervision device 502 comprises a vehicle-mounted shooting module 5021 and a vehicle-mounted control module 5022.
A Beidou satellite navigation system 501 for providing position information for a target vehicle;
the onboard photographing module 5021 may be provided as a camera provided on a target vehicle, etc., which are not limited by the disclosed embodiment, and is used to acquire an image of a surrounding vehicle of the target vehicle and transmit the image to the onboard control module 5022.
The vehicle-mounted control module 5022 may be provided as an MCU on the target vehicle, etc., and the embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and is configured to receive the image sent by the vehicle-mounted shooting module 5021, determine whether there is an illegal action on the surrounding vehicle according to the image, the position information provided by the beidou satellite navigation system 501, and the implementation information recorded by the target vehicle, and upload the image, the position information, and the time information to the server 504 through the communication network 503 when it is determined that there is an illegal action on the surrounding vehicle.
The server 504 is configured to receive the image, the location information, and the time information sent by the vehicle-mounted control module 5022, determine vehicle information, illegal time, illegal road segments, and specific illegal activities of surrounding vehicles according to the image, the location information, and the time information, and archive all relevant information, so as to implement supervision of a vehicle with illegal activities, for example, send prompt information including the illegal activities to a vehicle with illegal activities. And so on.
Through the traffic supervision system, the supervision of other vehicle illegal behaviors around can be realized through any vehicle on the road, and when the vehicle has illegal behaviors, an omnidirectional illegal visual angle can be provided, so that the timely and effective supervision of the vehicle illegal behaviors is realized.
Based on the same inventive concept, the disclosed embodiments also provide a computer-readable storage medium, on which computer program instructions are stored, which when executed by a processor implement the steps of any of the above-mentioned traffic supervision methods.
Through the computer readable storage medium, the illegal behaviors of other surrounding vehicles can be supervised by any vehicle on the road, and when the illegal behaviors exist in the vehicle, an omnibearing illegal visual angle can be provided, so that the illegal behaviors of the vehicle can be timely and effectively supervised.

Claims (9)

1. A traffic supervision method, applied to a vehicle, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that real-time video shooting is conducted on surrounding vehicles and surrounding environments of the surrounding vehicles through a camera arranged on a target vehicle, and then dynamic images of the surrounding vehicles of the target vehicle and dynamic images of the surrounding environments of the surrounding vehicles are obtained from frame images of the video;
acquiring position information of the target vehicle;
determining whether the surrounding vehicle has suspected illegal behaviors according to the dynamic image of the surrounding vehicle, the dynamic image of the surrounding environment, the position information and the time information recorded by the target vehicle;
when the surrounding vehicle is determined to have suspected illegal behaviors, uploading at least the dynamic image of the surrounding vehicle, the dynamic image of the surrounding environment, the position information and the time information recorded by the target vehicle to a server, so that the server determines the position information of the surrounding vehicle at least according to the dynamic image of the surrounding vehicle, the dynamic image of the surrounding environment and the position information; and the number of the first and second electrodes,
and determining whether the surrounding vehicle has illegal behaviors according to the dynamic images of the surrounding vehicle, the dynamic images of the surrounding environment, the position information of the surrounding vehicle and the time information recorded by the target vehicle, and sending prompt information to a driver of the vehicle with illegal behaviors when the surrounding vehicle is determined to have illegal behaviors.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring vehicle information of the target vehicle;
the uploading of at least the dynamic image of the surrounding vehicle and the dynamic image of the surrounding environment to a server includes:
uploading the dynamic image of the surrounding vehicle, the dynamic image of the surrounding environment, the location information, the time information recorded by the target vehicle, and the vehicle information to the server.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining a dynamic image of a surrounding vehicle of a target vehicle and a dynamic image of a surrounding environment of the surrounding vehicle comprises:
when it is detected that a vehicle exists around the target vehicle, a dynamic image of a surrounding vehicle of the target vehicle and a dynamic image of a surrounding environment of the surrounding vehicle are acquired.
4. A traffic supervision method is applied to a server and comprises the following steps:
receiving at least a dynamic image of a surrounding vehicle of a target vehicle, a dynamic image of a surrounding environment of the surrounding vehicle, location information of the target vehicle, and time information recorded by the target vehicle;
and determining whether the surrounding vehicle has illegal behaviors at least according to the dynamic images of the surrounding vehicle, the dynamic images of the surrounding environment, the position information and the time information recorded by the target vehicle, and sending prompt information to a driver of the vehicle with illegal behaviors under the condition that the surrounding vehicle is determined to have illegal behaviors.
5. A traffic supervision device, applied to a vehicle, comprising:
the system comprises an image acquisition module, a video processing module and a video processing module, wherein the image acquisition module is used for carrying out real-time video shooting on surrounding vehicles and surrounding environments of the surrounding vehicles through a camera arranged on a target vehicle, and then acquiring dynamic images of the surrounding vehicles of the target vehicle and dynamic images of the surrounding environments of the surrounding vehicles from frame images of the video;
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring the position information of the target vehicle;
a determination module, configured to determine whether the surrounding vehicle has a suspected illegal act at least according to the dynamic image of the surrounding vehicle, the dynamic image of the surrounding environment, the location information, and the time information recorded by the target vehicle;
the uploading module is used for uploading at least the dynamic image of the surrounding vehicle, the dynamic image of the surrounding environment, the position information and the time information recorded by the target vehicle to a server when the surrounding vehicle is determined to have suspected illegal behaviors, so that the server determines the position information of the surrounding vehicle according to the dynamic image of the surrounding vehicle, the dynamic image of the surrounding environment and the position information; and the number of the first and second electrodes,
and determining whether the surrounding vehicle has illegal behaviors according to the dynamic images of the surrounding vehicle, the dynamic images of the surrounding environment, the position information of the surrounding vehicle and the time information recorded by the target vehicle, and sending prompt information to a driver of the vehicle with illegal behaviors when the surrounding vehicle is determined to have illegal behaviors.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
the third acquisition module is used for acquiring the vehicle information of the target vehicle;
the uploading module is used for uploading the dynamic images of the surrounding vehicles, the dynamic images of the surrounding environment, the position information, the time information recorded by the target vehicle and the vehicle information to the server.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the image acquisition module is configured to acquire a dynamic image of vehicles around the target vehicle and a dynamic image of a surrounding environment of the surrounding vehicle when it is detected that a vehicle exists around the target vehicle.
8. A traffic supervision device applied to a server comprises:
a receiving module for receiving at least a dynamic image of a surrounding vehicle of a target vehicle, a dynamic image of a surrounding environment of the surrounding vehicle, and position information of the target vehicle and time information recorded by the target vehicle;
a supervision module for determining location information of the surrounding vehicle at least from the dynamic image of the surrounding vehicle, the dynamic image of the surrounding environment, the location information; and the number of the first and second electrodes,
and determining whether the surrounding vehicle has illegal behaviors at least according to the dynamic images of the surrounding vehicle, the dynamic images of the surrounding environment, the position information of the surrounding vehicle and the time information recorded by the target vehicle, and sending prompt information to a driver of the vehicle with illegal behaviors when the surrounding vehicle is determined to have illegal behaviors.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which computer program instructions are stored, which program instructions, when executed by a processor, carry out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
