Abstract
Cargo loading method, apparatus and computer readable storage medium, comprising: acquiring information of a container for loading goods and information of target goods to be loaded; generating a loading plan according to the information of the container and the information of the target goods; and loading the target goods according to the obtained loading plan. Because the loading plan is generated according to the information of the container and the information of the target goods, the target goods are loaded according to the obtained loading plan, and therefore automatic loading of the goods is achieved, labor cost is saved, and loading efficiency of the goods is improved.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to information processing technology, and more particularly, to a cargo loading method, apparatus and computer readable storage medium.
Background
Before being delivered to the consumer, the goods often need to undergo a series of processes such as loading, distribution, dispatching, and transportation, where loading is the first step in the overall transportation of the goods and is the most important step.
In the related art, the loading of goods is often performed manually.
However, this type of loading of cargo is quite inefficient because it relies entirely on manual means, which are subject to manual forces.
Disclosure of Invention
The application provides a cargo loading method, a cargo loading device and a computer readable storage medium, so that labor cost is saved, and cargo loading efficiency is improved.
The application provides a cargo loading method, which comprises the following steps:
acquiring information of a container for loading goods and information of target goods to be loaded;
generating a loading plan according to the information of the container and the information of the target goods;
and loading the target goods according to the obtained loading plan.
The number of the containers and the target goods is multiple; the information for each container includes: identification of the container, nominal loading volume, nominal loading weight and type; the information for each target good includes: the identity, volume, weight, and applicable container type of the target cargo; the generating a loading plan according to the information of the container and the information of the target goods comprises the following steps:
and sequentially acquiring the identification, the volume, the weight and the applicable container type of each target cargo, and each time the identification, the volume, the weight and the applicable container type of one target cargo are acquired, attempting to match the container for loading the target cargo according to the acquired identification, the volume, the weight and the applicable container type of the target cargo and the identification, the rated loading volume, the rated loading weight and the type of all the containers until all the target cargoes are matched, so as to acquire the loading plan.
Said attempting to match a container loaded with a target cargo based on the obtained identity, volume, weight and applicable container type of the target cargo, and the identity, nominal loading volume, nominal loading weight and type of all containers, comprising:
determining a container to be selected, the type of which corresponds to the type of the container in all containers according to the obtained applicable container type of the target goods;
attempting to match a container for loading the target cargo in the container to be selected according to the obtained volume and weight of the target cargo and the rated loading volume and the rated loading weight of the container to be selected;
if the matching is successful, the identification of the matched container is obtained, and a corresponding relation between the identification of the target goods and the obtained identification of the container is established.
Said attempting to match the container loaded with the target cargo in the container to be selected according to the obtained volume and weight of the target cargo and the rated loading volume and rated loading weight of the container to be selected, comprising:
acquiring the weight and occupied volume of the loaded cargo of each container to be selected;
obtaining the residual loading volume and the residual loading weight of each container to be selected according to the weight, occupied volume, rated loading weight and rated loading volume of the loaded goods of each container to be selected;
if there is a container to be selected with a remaining loading volume greater than the volume of the obtained target cargo and a remaining loading weight greater than the weight of the obtained target cargo, determining that the matching is successful and taking the container to be selected as a container matching the target cargo.
Before the identification, the volume, the weight and the applicable container type of each target cargo are sequentially acquired, the method further comprises the following steps:
the identity, volume, weight and applicable container types of all the target cargo are arranged in descending order of the volume of the target cargo.

acquiring a destination of an order to which the target goods belong;
and conveying the container loaded with the target goods to a warehouse corresponding to the destination.
The application also provides a cargo loading device comprising:

acquiring information of a container for loading goods and information of target goods to be loaded;
generating a loading plan according to the information of the container and the information of the target goods;
and loading the target goods according to the obtained loading plan.
The present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer-executable instructions for performing the steps of:
acquiring information of a container for loading goods and information of target goods to be loaded;
generating a loading plan according to the information of the container and the information of the target goods;
and loading the target goods according to the obtained loading plan.
Compared with the related art, the application comprises the following steps: acquiring information of a container for loading goods and information of target goods to be loaded; generating a loading plan according to the information of the container and the information of the target goods; and loading the target goods according to the obtained loading plan. Because the loading plan is generated according to the information of the container and the information of the target goods, the target goods are loaded according to the obtained loading plan, and therefore automatic loading of the goods is achieved, labor cost is saved, and loading efficiency of the goods is improved.

An embodiment of the present application provides a cargo loading method, as shown in fig. 1, including:
step 101, information of a container for loading goods is acquired, and information of target goods to be loaded is acquired.
In an illustrative example, the information about the container used to load the cargo may be entered by the user through the interactive interface, may be information about a container selected by the user from among existing containers in the system, or may be obtained in any other manner, which is not limited in this application.
Step 102, generating a loading plan according to the information of the container and the information of the target goods.
In an illustrative example, the loading plan refers to which target goods are planned to be loaded in which containers, which may specifically be a correspondence relationship, that is, a correspondence relationship between containers and target goods to be loaded in the containers.
And step 103, loading the target goods according to the obtained loading plan.
In an exemplary embodiment, the cargo loading method provided by the embodiment of the application generates the loading plan according to the information of the container and the information of the target cargo, so that the information of the container can be effectively utilized to generate the loading plan suitable for the information of the target cargo, and compared with the cargo loading method in a manual mode, the cargo loading method provided by the embodiment of the application is limited by the thinking of staff, the space of the container can be more reasonably utilized, and the utilization rate of the container is improved.
In one illustrative example, the number of containers and target goods are each a plurality; the information for each container includes: identification of the container, nominal loading volume, nominal loading weight and type; the information for each target good includes: identification, volume, weight, and applicable container type of the target cargo; generating a loading plan based on the information of the container and the information of the target cargo, comprising:
and sequentially acquiring the identification, the volume, the weight and the applicable container type of each target cargo, and trying to match the container for loading the target cargo according to the acquired identification, the volume, the weight and the applicable container type of the target cargo and the identification, the rated loading volume, the rated loading weight and the type of all the containers until all the target cargoes are tried to match each other, so as to obtain a loading plan.
In one illustrative example, the identification of the target good may be the number of the target good and the identification of the container may be the number of the container.
In an exemplary embodiment, the container may be classified according to a material, a shape, or any other element, which is not limited in this application.
In one example of embodiment, there are two cases where the matching is successful, one is a matching failure, the matching is successful and the matching is not matched to the container (i.e., the container loaded with the target cargo), based on the obtained identity, volume, weight and applicable container type of the target cargo, and the identity, rated load volume, rated load weight and type of all containers attempting to match the container loaded with the target cargo. In the loading plan, it is possible that all of the target cargo is matched to the container, or that some of the target cargo is matched to the container and some of the target cargo is not matched to the container.
In one illustrative example, attempting to match a container loaded with a target cargo based on the obtained identity, volume, weight, and applicable container type of the target cargo, and the identity, nominal loading volume, nominal loading weight, and type of all containers, includes:
firstly, determining a container to be selected, the type of which corresponds to the type of the container, from all containers according to the obtained applicable container types of the target goods.
In one illustrative example, whether the type of container is suitable is a primary consideration for loading cargo, and therefore, it is necessary to first determine a container of a type corresponding to the applicable container type of the target cargo when performing the matching of the containers.
Next, an attempt is made to match the container loaded with the target cargo in the container to be selected based on the obtained volume, weight of the target cargo, and the rated loading volume, rated loading weight of the container to be selected.
And finally, if the matching is successful, acquiring the identification of the matched container, and establishing a corresponding relation between the identification of the target goods and the acquired identification of the container.
In one illustrative example, attempting to match a container loaded with a target cargo in a container to be selected based on the obtained volume, weight, and nominal loading volume, nominal loading weight of the container to be selected, includes:
first, the weight and occupied volume of the loaded cargo of each container to be selected is acquired.
In one illustrative example, when the container loaded with the first target cargo is initially matched, all of the containers to be selected are not loaded with cargo, so the weight and occupied volume of the loaded cargo are 0.
Next, the remaining loading volume and the remaining loading weight of each container to be selected are obtained based on the weight of the loaded cargo, the occupied volume, the rated loading weight, and the rated loading volume of each container to be selected.
And finally, if the container to be selected with the residual loading volume being larger than the obtained target cargo volume and the residual loading weight being larger than the obtained target cargo weight exists, determining that the matching is successful, and taking the container to be selected as the container of the matched target cargo.
In one illustrative example, a container to be selected cannot be a container matching the target cargo if the remaining loading volume of the container to be selected is less than the volume of the target cargo obtained, or the remaining loading weight of the container to be selected is less than the weight of the target cargo obtained, and the matching fails.
In one illustrative example, before sequentially obtaining the identity, volume, weight, and applicable container type for each target good, further comprising:
the identity, volume, weight and applicable container types of all the target cargo are arranged in descending order of the volume of the target cargo.
In one illustrative example, matching containers loaded with the target cargo in order from large to small in volume facilitates loading of the cargo.
In an exemplary embodiment, after loading the target cargo according to the obtained loading plan, the method further includes:
information of the target cargo loaded in each container is first acquired according to a loading plan.
Secondly, the obtained information is displayed on the corresponding container in a preset mode.
In an exemplary embodiment, the preset mode may be a paper label or an electronic label mode, and displaying the obtained information on the corresponding container can facilitate the operator to know the information of the goods loaded in the container, so that the information checking is facilitated.
In an exemplary embodiment, the target cargo belongs to an order, and after loading the target cargo according to the obtained loading plan, the method further includes:
first, the destination of the order to which the target cargo belongs is acquired.
Next, the container loaded with the target cargo is transferred to a warehouse corresponding to the destination.
In one exemplary embodiment, the transportation of the container loaded with the target cargo to the warehouse corresponding to the destination can facilitate the transportation process of the target cargo in time, thereby accelerating the cargo transportation efficiency.
In an exemplary embodiment, after loading the target cargo according to the obtained loading plan, the method further includes:
and generating the packaging paste strip covered on the surface of the container.
According to the cargo loading method, the loading plan is generated according to the information of the container and the information of the target cargo, and the target cargo is loaded according to the obtained loading plan, so that the cargo is automatically loaded, labor cost is saved, and cargo loading efficiency is improved.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a cargo loading device, as shown in fig. 2, the cargo loading device 2 includes:
an acquisition module 21 for acquiring information of a container for loading goods and information of a target goods to be loaded.
The processing module 22 is configured to generate a loading plan according to the information of the container and the information of the target cargo.
And a loading module 23 for loading the target cargo according to the obtained loading plan.

The remaining loading volume and the remaining loading weight of each container to be selected are obtained according to the weight of the loaded goods, the occupied volume, the rated loading weight and the rated loading volume of each container to be selected.
If there is a container to be selected with a remaining loading volume greater than the obtained target cargo volume and a remaining loading weight greater than the obtained target cargo weight, determining that the matching is successful and taking the container to be selected as a container of the matching target cargo.
In one illustrative example, the processing module 22 is also configured to rank the identity, volume, weight, and applicable container types of all the target cargo in descending order of the volume of the target cargo.
In one illustrative example, the acquisition module 21 is further configured to acquire information of the target cargo loaded in each container according to the loading plan.
The processing module 22 is further configured to display the obtained information on the corresponding container in a preset manner.
In one illustrative example, the target good is of the same order.
The acquiring module 21 is further configured to acquire a destination of an order to which the target cargo belongs.
The processing module 22 is also used for conveying the container loaded with the target cargo to a warehouse corresponding to the destination.
According to the cargo loading device, the loading plan is generated according to the information of the container and the information of the target cargo, and the target cargo is loaded according to the obtained loading plan, so that the cargo is automatically loaded, labor cost is saved, and cargo loading efficiency is improved.
In practical applications, the acquiring module 21, the processing module 22 and the loading module 23 are all implemented by a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU), a microprocessor (Micro Processor Unit, MPU), a digital signal processor (Digital Signal Processor, DSP) or a field programmable gate array (Field Programmable Gate Array, FPGA) in the cargo loading device.
The embodiment of the application also provides a cargo loading device, which comprises: a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores a computer program which, when executed by the processor, performs the processing of the method as described in any of the above.
The embodiments of the present application also provide a storage medium having stored thereon computer executable instructions for performing a process according to any of the methods described above.

Claims (9)
1. A method of loading cargo, comprising:
acquiring information of a container for loading goods and information of target goods to be loaded;
generating a loading plan according to the information of the container and the information of the target goods;
loading the target cargo according to the obtained loading plan,
the number of the containers and the number of the target cargoes are multiple, and the loading plan is generated according to the information of the containers and the information of the target cargoes, and the method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of arranging the identification, the volume, the weight and the applicable container types of all target cargos in descending order according to the volumes of the target cargos, sequentially obtaining the identification, the volume, the weight and the applicable container types of each target cargos which are arranged in sequence from large to small according to the volumes of the target cargos, determining containers with types matched with the target cargos, and matching the containers of the target cargos in the containers with types matched according to the volumes and the weights of the target cargos.

The method of claim 1, wherein the information for each container comprises: identification of the container, nominal loading volume, nominal loading weight and type; the information for each target good includes: the identity, volume, weight, and applicable container type of the target cargo; the generating a loading plan according to the information of the container and the information of the target goods comprises the following steps:
whenever the identity, volume, weight and applicable container type of one target cargo are obtained, the loading plan is obtained by attempting to match the container loading the target cargo based on the obtained identity, volume, weight and applicable container type of the target cargo, and the identity, rated loading volume, rated loading weight and type of all containers until all target cargo have been attempted to match.

The method of claim 2, wherein said attempting to match a container loaded with the target cargo based on the obtained identification, volume, weight, and applicable container type of the target cargo, and the identification, rated load volume, rated load weight, and type of all containers, comprises:
determining a container to be selected, the type of which corresponds to the type of the container in all containers according to the obtained applicable container type of the target goods;
attempting to match a container for loading the target cargo in the container to be selected according to the obtained volume and weight of the target cargo and the rated loading volume and the rated loading weight of the container to be selected;
if the matching is successful, the identification of the matched container is obtained, and a corresponding relation between the identification of the target goods and the obtained identification of the container is established.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein said attempting to match a container loaded with the target cargo in the container to be selected based on the obtained volume, weight of the target cargo, and the rated loading volume, rated loading weight of the container to be selected, comprises:
acquiring the weight and occupied volume of the loaded cargo of each container to be selected;
obtaining the residual loading volume and the residual loading weight of each container to be selected according to the weight, occupied volume, rated loading weight and rated loading volume of the loaded goods of each container to be selected;
if there is a container to be selected with a remaining loading volume greater than the volume of the obtained target cargo and a remaining loading weight greater than the weight of the obtained target cargo, determining that the matching is successful and taking the container to be selected as a container matching the target cargo.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after loading the target cargo according to the obtained loading plan, further comprising:
acquiring information of the target goods loaded in each container according to a loading plan;
and displaying the obtained information on the corresponding container in a preset mode.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the target good is of the same order, and wherein after loading the target good according to the obtained loading plan, further comprising:
acquiring a destination of an order to which the target goods belong;
and conveying the container loaded with the target goods to a warehouse corresponding to the destination.
7. A cargo loading device, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a storage module and a storage module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring information of a container for loading goods and information of target goods to be loaded;
the processing module is used for generating a loading plan according to the information of the container and the information of the target goods;
a loading module for loading the target cargo according to the obtained loading plan,

acquiring information of a container for loading goods and information of target goods to be loaded;
generating a loading plan according to the information of the container and the information of the target goods;
loading the target cargo according to the obtained loading plan,
the number of the containers and the number of the target cargoes are multiple, and the loading plan is generated according to the information of the containers and the information of the target cargoes, and the method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of arranging the identification, the volume, the weight and the applicable container types of all target cargos in descending order according to the volumes of the target cargos, sequentially obtaining the identification, the volume, the weight and the applicable container types of each target cargos which are arranged in sequence from large to small according to the volumes of the target cargos, determining containers with types matched with the target cargos, and matching the containers of the target cargos in the containers with types matched according to the volumes and the weights of the target cargos.
