fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a scheduling system according to a second embodiment of the present invention. For a clear description of the scheduling system provided by the second embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 2.
A scheduling system provided in a second embodiment of the present invention includes: a terminal 1 and a server 2.
The terminal 1 is configured to acquire and send the travel information to the server 2 according to the received voice data, acquire and display a map according to the travel arrangement information after receiving the travel arrangement information sent by the server 2, and identify a travel route corresponding to the travel arrangement information in the map.
In one embodiment, the routing information includes at least one of traffic scheduling information, accommodation scheduling information, and dining scheduling information. It should be understood that the scheduling information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of traffic scheduling information, accommodation scheduling information, dining scheduling information, and the like, for example, the scheduling information may also include entertainment scheduling information (e.g., scheduling information for visiting attractions, scheduling information for visiting casino plays, and the like).
In an embodiment, the location information and the time information included in the trip information may correspond to each other. The location information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of destination information, departure location information, transit location information, and the like; wherein the time information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of an arrival time (corresponding to the destination information), a departure time (corresponding to the departure place information), a relay time (corresponding to the relay place information), and the like.
In an embodiment, the terminal 1 may be further configured to receive voice data, and perform semantic recognition and voiceprint recognition on the voice data to obtain scheduling requirement information, where the scheduling requirement information includes user identity information. For example, the voice data is "monday i want to go to a meeting", the terminal 1 performs voiceprint recognition on the voice data to acquire identity information of a third party of user identity information, and the terminal 1 performs semantic recognition on the voice data to acquire scheduling requirement information corresponding to "go to a meeting on a third party".
In an embodiment, the terminal 1 may be further configured to perform semantic recognition and voiceprint recognition on the voice data to obtain the scheduling requirement information after obtaining the wakeup word according to the voice data. For example, the voice data "Small E, 9:00 am on Thursday to me to meet", where "Small E" is the wake up word.
In an embodiment, the scheduling requirement information may further include, but is not limited to, at least one of train reservation requirement information, airplane reservation requirement information, special car reservation requirement information, hotel reservation requirement information, cate reservation information, and the like. The train reservation requirement information, the airplane reservation requirement information, the special car reservation requirement information, the hotel reservation requirement information and the cate reservation requirement information can all comprise requirement time information and/or requirement place information. For example, if the voice data received by the terminal 1 is "small E, 9:00 am on thursday, i want to go to nanjing for a meeting, and help me to book an airline ticket", the schedule demand information acquired by the terminal 1 according to the voice data includes airline reservation demand information, where the airline reservation demand information corresponds to a demand for booking an airline ticket to go to nanjing 9:00 am on thursday.
In an embodiment, the terminal 1 may be further configured to obtain the schedule information according to the schedule requirement information, where the schedule information may include user identity information.
In an embodiment, the trip information may further include, but is not limited to, at least one of train reservation requirement information, airplane reservation requirement information, special car reservation requirement information, hotel reservation requirement information, cate reservation requirement information, and the like.
In other embodiments, the terminal 1 may also be configured to determine whether the scheduling requirement information lacks a scheduling requirement factor. Specifically, if the terminal 1 determines that the necessary scheduling factors do not lack in the scheduling requirement information, the terminal acquires the scheduling information according to the scheduling requirement information; if the terminal 1 judges that the necessary scheduling factors are absent in the scheduling demand information, the terminal acquires and displays the supplementary prompt information of the scheduling factors according to the necessary scheduling factors, and acquires the scheduling information according to the scheduling demand information and the supplementary scheduling factors after acquiring the supplementary scheduling information.
Wherein, the scheduling essential factor may include but is not limited to at least one of time information and/or location information.
If the terminal 1 determines that the necessary scheduling factors are absent in the scheduling requirement information, the travel factor supplement prompt information is obtained and displayed according to the necessary scheduling factors, for example, the voice data received by the terminal 1 is "small E, and 9:00 am on thursday to go to a meeting", then the terminal 1 can determine that the scheduling requirement information does not include location information after obtaining the scheduling requirement information, and further can determine that the necessary scheduling factors are absent in the scheduling requirement information (i.e., the travel location information is absent), and therefore the travel factor supplement prompt information output by the terminal 1 is "telling a meeting address first? ". For another example, if the voice data received by the terminal 1 is "i want to go to Nanjing and go on business trip and help me to make a business trip", then the terminal 1 can determine that the information of the need for route scheduling does not include time information after acquiring the information of the need for route scheduling, and further can determine that the information of the need for route scheduling lacks factors (i.e., lacks business trip time information), so that the information of the supplementary prompt for route factors output by the terminal 1 is "please tell me, when do you go on business trip? ". For example, if the voice data received by the terminal 1 is "small E, on thursday morning, i want to go to nanjing to make a meeting, help me reserve high-speed railway tickets and hotels", the itinerary arrangement demand information acquired by the terminal 1 includes high-speed railway reservation demand information and hotel reservation demand information, where, when the terminal 1 determines that the location information in the hotel reservation demand information is not specific location information, the terminal 1 may determine that the itinerary arrangement demand information lacks an itinerary arrangement necessary factor (i.e., lacks specific location information corresponding to the hotel reservation demand information), and therefore, the itinerary factor supplement prompt information output by the terminal 1 is "where is the address of your meeting in nanjing? ".
Wherein, the terminal 1 acquires the travel factor supplementary information, for example, the terminal 1 outputs "where is the address of your meeting in Nanjing? And after the travel factor supplement prompt information is received, if the received voice data of the user is XX Nanjing research and development center, the place information acquired according to the voice data is used as the travel factor supplement information.
In one embodiment, the terminal 1 may also be used to identify the peripheral information corresponding to the travel route on a map. Wherein the ambient information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of ambient food information, ambient hotel information (or ambient accommodation information), ambient entertainment information, and the like. Therefore, the scheduling system provided by the embodiment can facilitate the user to view the peripheral food information, the peripheral hotel information, the peripheral entertainment information and the like corresponding to the route of the route through the map displayed by the terminal 1, so that more scheduling choices can be provided for the user, and the user can update the scheduling according to the needs of the user (for example, the accommodation scheduling information in the scheduling information is modified, the dining scheduling information in the scheduling information is modified, and the like).
In an embodiment, the terminal 1 may be further configured to perform corresponding predetermined operation according to the scheduling information after receiving the reservation instruction of the user or perform corresponding predetermined operation automatically according to the scheduling information, and feed back the reservation completion prompt information.
In one embodiment, the terminal 1 may be further configured to perform a corresponding booking operation through the service booking application according to the airplane schedule information and/or the train schedule information in the schedule information.

The terminal 1 may also be configured to: the first traffic information and the second traffic information are distinguished (e.g., distinguished by different colors) in the map to form the travel route.

The terminal 1 may also be used to determine whether or not immediate reservation information for the special car schedule information is received. The pre-stored travel preference information corresponding to the user identity information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of origin selection preference information (e.g., a departure place corresponding to a departure time 9 is home, a departure place corresponding to a departure time 18 is company, etc.), preferred traffic information for departure from an airport and/or a train station (e.g., a taxi to an airport and/or a train station), selection preference information for an airport and a train (e.g., a destination selects a train trip within 500 kilometers, a destination selects an airplane trip over 500 kilometers), hotel selection preference information (e.g., including hotel brand preference information, room price preference information, room attribute preference information, etc.), diet preference information (e.g., taste preference information, restaurant attribute preference information, etc.), and the like.
In an embodiment, the pre-stored travel preference information corresponding to the user identity information may be set by the user through the terminal 1 and then sent to the server 2, or may be, but is not limited to, acquired by the server 2 according to at least one of the stored travel history data, hotel reservation history data, and meal history data of the user.
In an embodiment, the server 2 may be further configured to obtain the stay location information and the stay time information corresponding to the stay location information according to the schedule information, and after obtaining the stay demand information according to the stay time information (the stay demand information may include accommodation demand information and/or meal demand information, and the like), obtain and send the peripheral information corresponding to the stay location information (the peripheral information may include peripheral hotel information and/or peripheral food information, and the like) to the terminal 1 according to the stay demand information, so that the terminal 1 identifies the peripheral information in the map.
In an embodiment, the server 2 may be further configured to obtain peripheral food information and food ordering factor information (the food ordering factor information may include at least one of meal history information, user health information, and season information), obtain recommended food information according to the food ordering factor information and the peripheral food information, and obtain and send restaurant information (including a restaurant address and a restaurant feature) corresponding to the recommended food information to the terminal 1, so that the terminal 1 identifies a corresponding restaurant feature at a position in the map corresponding to the restaurant address.
In an embodiment, the restaurant features may include, but are not limited to, at least one of ranking information, number of patronage times, feature dish information, among others.
In an embodiment, the health information of the user may be obtained after the intelligent wearable device of the user monitors the health data of the user in real time and then sent to the server 2.
In an embodiment, the meal history information may include, but is not limited to, user order preference information, wherein the user order preference information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of meal color preference information, preferred order ranking range information, restaurant preference attributes, and consumption capacity information. Specifically, the user ordering preference information may be automatically acquired based on the meal history data.
A second embodiment of the present invention provides a scheduling system including: the terminal 1 is used for acquiring and sending the travel information to the server 2 according to the received voice data, acquiring and displaying a map according to the travel arrangement information after receiving the travel arrangement information sent by the server 2, and identifying a travel route corresponding to the travel arrangement information in the map, wherein the travel arrangement information comprises at least one of traffic arrangement information, accommodation arrangement information and dining arrangement information; and the server 2 is used for acquiring and sending the scheduling information to the terminal 1 according to the travel information and/or the pre-stored travel preference information. Therefore, the routing system provided by the embodiment can identify the routing route corresponding to the routing information in the map, so that the user can conveniently view the peripheral information corresponding to the routing route through the map, and more routing options are provided for the user, so that the user can update the routing according to the requirement of the user.
The third embodiment:
fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal according to a third embodiment of the present invention. For a clear description of the terminal 1 according to the third embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 3.
A terminal 1 according to a third embodiment of the present invention includes: a processor a101 and a memory a201, wherein the processor a101 is configured to execute the computer program a6 stored in the memory a201 to implement the steps of the scheduling method as described in the first embodiment.
In an embodiment, the terminal 1 provided in this embodiment may include at least one processor a101 and at least one memory a 201. Wherein, at least one processor A101 may be referred to as a processing unit A1, and at least one memory A201 may be referred to as a memory unit A2. Specifically, the storage unit a2 stores a computer program a6, and when the computer program a6 is executed by the processing unit a1, the terminal 1 provided by this embodiment implements the steps of the itinerary arrangement method as described above, for example, step S11 shown in fig. 1, which is to acquire itinerary information including location information and time information according to received voice data; step S12, acquiring the travel arrangement information according to the travel information and/or the pre-stored travel preference information, wherein the travel arrangement information comprises at least one item of traffic arrangement information, accommodation arrangement information and dining arrangement information; and step S13, acquiring and displaying the map according to the scheduling information, and identifying the scheduling route corresponding to the scheduling information in the map.
In an embodiment, the terminal 1 provided in the present embodiment may include a plurality of memories a201 (referred to as a storage unit A2 for short), and the storage unit A2 may include, for example, a Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or a cache memory and/or a Read Only Memory (ROM), and/or the like.
In one embodiment, terminal 1 further includes a bus connecting the various components (e.g., processor A101 and memory A201, touch-sensitive display A3, etc.).
In one embodiment, the terminal 1 in this embodiment may further include a communication interface (e.g., I/O interface a4), which may be used for communication with an external device.
In an embodiment, the terminal 1 provided in this embodiment may further include a communication device a 5.
The terminal 1 provided by the third embodiment of the present invention includes a memory a101 and a processor a201, and the processor a101 is configured to execute the computer program a6 stored in the memory a201 to implement the steps of the scheduling method described in the first embodiment, so that the terminal 1 provided by this embodiment can identify the routing route corresponding to the scheduling information in the map, so as to facilitate a user to view the peripheral information corresponding to the routing route through the map, and provide more scheduling options for the user, so that the user can update the scheduling according to the needs of the user.
The third embodiment of the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program a6, which when executed by the processor a101 implements the steps of the scheduling method as in the first embodiment, for example, the steps shown in fig. 1 are S11 to S13.
In an embodiment, the computer readable storage medium provided by the embodiment may include any entity or device capable of carrying computer program code, a recording medium, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk, flash memory, and the like.
The computer program a6 stored in the computer-readable storage medium according to the third embodiment of the present invention, when executed by the processor a101, can identify the route corresponding to the routing information in the map, so that the user can conveniently view the peripheral information corresponding to the route through the map, and provide more routing options for the user, so that the user can update the routing according to his or her needs.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. A scheduling method, characterized in that the scheduling method comprises:
acquiring travel information according to the received voice data, wherein the travel information comprises location information and time information;
acquiring travel arrangement information according to the travel information and/or pre-stored travel preference information, wherein the travel arrangement information comprises at least one of traffic arrangement information, accommodation arrangement information and dining arrangement information;
and acquiring and displaying a map according to the scheduling information, and identifying a scheduling route corresponding to the scheduling information in the map.
2. The scheduling method of claim 1 wherein said step of obtaining scheduling information based on received voice data comprises:
receiving the voice data;
performing semantic recognition and voiceprint recognition on the voice data to acquire scheduling requirement information, wherein the scheduling requirement information comprises user identity information;
judging whether the scheduling requirement information lacks necessary scheduling factors;
if the necessary scheduling factors are not lacked in the scheduling requirement information, acquiring the scheduling information according to the scheduling requirement information;
and if the necessary scheduling factors are absent in the scheduling demand information, acquiring and displaying the supplementary prompt information of the scheduling factors according to the necessary scheduling factors, and acquiring the scheduling information according to the scheduling demand information and the supplementary information of the scheduling factors after acquiring the supplementary information of the scheduling factors.
3. The scheduling method of claim 1 wherein, prior to the step of obtaining and presenting a map based on the scheduling information and identifying a travel route in the map corresponding to the scheduling information, comprising:
automatically performing corresponding preset operation according to the scheduling information;
and feeding back preset finishing prompt information.
4. The scheduling method of claim 1 wherein the scheduling information comprises the traffic scheduling information, the traffic scheduling information comprising first traffic information, second traffic information;
the first traffic information comprises first traffic tool identification information and first travel information, and the first travel information comprises at least one of a first travel route, a first departure time, a first arrival time, a first travel time and a first travel distance;
the second traffic information comprises second traffic tool identification information and second travel information, and the second travel information comprises at least one of a second travel route, a second departure time, a second arrival time, a second travel time and a second travel distance;
the step of obtaining and displaying a map according to the scheduling information and identifying a route corresponding to the scheduling information in the map includes:
identifying the first traffic information and the second traffic information differently in the map to form the travel route.
5. The scheduling method of claim 1 or 4, wherein the scheduling method further comprises:
obtaining stopping place information and stopping time information corresponding to the stopping place information according to the travel arrangement information;
obtaining stay requirement information according to the stay time information, wherein the stay requirement information comprises accommodation requirement information and/or dining requirement information;
acquiring peripheral information corresponding to the stay place information according to the stay demand information, wherein the peripheral information comprises peripheral hotel information and/or peripheral food information;
identifying the peripheral information in the map.
6. The scheduling method of claim 5 wherein said peripheral information comprises said peripheral food information;
the step of identifying the surrounding information in the map includes:
obtaining meal ordering factor information, wherein the meal ordering factor information comprises at least one item of meal history information, user health information and season information;
acquiring recommended food information according to the meal ordering factor information and the peripheral food information;
obtaining restaurant information corresponding to the recommended food information, wherein the restaurant information comprises restaurant characteristics and restaurant addresses, and the restaurant characteristics comprise at least one of ranking information, visiting times and special dish information;
identifying the respective restaurant feature at a location in the map that corresponds to the restaurant address.
7. The scheduling method of claim 1 wherein the traffic scheduling information includes special car scheduling information including special car scheduling time information;
after the step of obtaining and displaying a map according to the scheduling information and identifying a route corresponding to the scheduling information in the map, the method includes:
judging whether instant reservation information aiming at the special vehicle arrangement information is received or not;
if receiving the immediate reservation information aiming at the special car arrangement information, immediately carrying out corresponding reservation operation aiming at the special car arrangement information;
if the instant preset information aiming at the special vehicle arrangement information is not received, the special vehicle preset prompt information is output when the current time is about to reach the time corresponding to the special vehicle arrangement time information, and corresponding preset operation is carried out according to the special vehicle arrangement information when the preset confirmation information is received.
8. A scheduling system, characterized in that the scheduling system comprises:
the terminal is used for acquiring and sending the travel information to the server according to the received voice data, acquiring and displaying a map according to the travel arrangement information after receiving the travel arrangement information sent by the server, and identifying a travel route corresponding to the travel arrangement information in the map, wherein the travel arrangement information comprises at least one of traffic arrangement information, accommodation arrangement information and dining arrangement information;
and the server is used for acquiring and sending the scheduling information to the terminal according to the travel information and/or the pre-stored travel preference information.
9. A terminal comprising a memory and a processor;
the processor is adapted to execute a computer program stored in the memory to implement the steps of the scheduling method as claimed in claim 1.
