in response to a received retrieval request for instructing a user to retrieve power service information, identifying user demand information corresponding to the retrieval request; wherein the user requirement information comprises an intention keyword of retrieval information contained in the retrieval request;
searching power service information corresponding to the user demand information in a pre-established resource library; and retrieving the power service information comprises: counting the number of the power service work orders corresponding to the user demand information within a preset time period according to the intention keywords; sequencing the intention keywords according to the number of the power service work orders from high to low to obtain the power service information corresponding to a first sequencing result;
and displaying the first N pieces of electric power service information in the first sequencing result according to a first preset rule.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein identifying, in response to a received retrieval request instructing a user to retrieve power service information, user demand information corresponding to the retrieval request comprises:
analyzing the retrieval information to obtain the intention of the user;
and identifying the user requirement information associated with the user intention according to the user intention.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein analyzing the search information for user intent comprises:
performing semantic analysis on the retrieval information to obtain the intention keywords;
and composing the user intention according to the intention keywords.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein analyzing the search information for user intent comprises:
performing semantic analysis on the retrieval information to obtain the intention keywords; and
performing behavior analysis on the retrieval information to obtain first historical demand information associated with user behaviors;
carrying out early warning analysis on the retrieval information to obtain second historical demand information associated with an early warning object;
and forming the user intention according to the intention keyword, the first historical demand information and the second historical demand information.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein analyzing the search information for user intent comprises:
performing semantic analysis on the retrieval information to obtain the intention keywords; and
sorting the intention keywords according to the frequency of the intention keywords to obtain a second sorting result;
extracting the first M intention keywords in the second sequencing result according to a second preset rule;
and obtaining the user intention according to the first M intention keywords and the electric power service information indicated by the preset path.
6. The method of claim 3, wherein the repository includes an index repository and an association repository; wherein the association library comprises association data associated with the retrieval information, and the index library comprises index data for indicating the position information of the association data; and
the retrieving of the power service information corresponding to the user demand information in a pre-established resource library includes:
searching the associated data corresponding to the user requirement information in the associated library;
retrieving index data corresponding to the associated data in the index repository;
sorting the associated data according to a third preset rule to obtain a third sorting result;
in response to retrieving the power service information corresponding to the user demand information, outputting the associated data corresponding to the third sorting result.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the association library is created based on the steps of:
responding to the matched vocabulary corresponding to the retrieval information found in the preset area, and performing word segmentation at the matched vocabulary;
in response to the matched vocabulary corresponding to the retrieval information is not found in a preset area, shortening the word length of the matched vocabulary, wherein the word length is used for indicating the number of characters of the matched vocabulary; and
continuing to search the matched vocabulary in the preset area until the matched vocabulary is found, and performing word segmentation at the found matched vocabulary;
and storing the word segmentation result obtained after word segmentation to obtain the association library.
8. An electric power service information hotspot retrieval device is characterized by comprising:
the identification module is used for responding to a received retrieval request for indicating a user to retrieve the power service information, and identifying user demand information corresponding to the retrieval request; wherein the user requirement information comprises an intention keyword of retrieval information contained in the retrieval request;
the retrieval module is used for retrieving the power service information corresponding to the user demand information from a pre-established resource library; and retrieving the power service information comprises: counting the number of the power service work orders corresponding to the user demand information within a preset time period according to the intention keywords; sequencing the intention keywords according to the number of the power service work orders from high to low to obtain the power service information corresponding to a first sequencing result;
and the display module is used for displaying the first N pieces of electric power service information in the first sequencing result according to a first preset rule.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
storage means having one or more programs stored thereon which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1-7.
