Abstract
The invention relates to a roof heat insulation structure, which is used as a part of a roof structure and comprises a first heat insulation plate and a second heat insulation plate, wherein the first heat insulation plate is provided with a plurality of first grooves, and the second heat insulation plate is provided with a plurality of second grooves. The second heat insulation plate is attached to the first heat insulation plate, and each second groove is combined with each first groove to form a plurality of accommodating spaces. Wherein, each containing space is filled with liquid water, and the volume occupied by the liquid water is about one tenth of that of the containing space. And the second insulation board has an average thickness of one third of that of the first insulation board, and is located at the outermost side of the roof.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a roof structure, and more particularly, to a roof insulation structure.
Background
According to the method, with the environmental destruction, the climate changes to tend to two polarizations, namely super-cold or super-hot, while partial areas in south China (such as Guangdong and Hainan) are located in subtropical zones and have gradual heating phenomena, and the temperature in a house is obviously increased in hot summer with the constant temperature in the daytime, particularly in a top-building room, which is more sultry and uncomfortable. Therefore, some houses have roofs made of wood, which is prone to fire.
Therefore, it is worth the thinking of those skilled in the art to design a roof structure with practical heat insulation and fire protection functions.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a roof heat insulation structure which has practical heat insulation benefits and has a fireproof function.
The roof insulation structure of the present invention is used as a part of a roof structure, and comprises a first insulation board and a second insulation board, wherein the first insulation board has a plurality of first grooves, and the second insulation board has a plurality of second grooves. The second heat insulation plate is attached to the first heat insulation plate, and each second groove is combined with each first groove to form a plurality of accommodating spaces. Wherein, each containing space is filled with liquid water, and the volume occupied by the liquid water is about one tenth of that of the containing space. And the second insulation board has an average thickness of one third of that of the first insulation board, and is located at the outermost side of the roof.
In the above-mentioned roof insulation structure, the first insulation board and the second insulation board are made of brick.
In the above-mentioned roof insulation structure, the first insulation board and the second insulation board are made of wood.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating a roof structure of the present embodiment, and fig. 2 is an enlarged sectional view illustrating a part of a roof insulation structure of the present embodiment. The roof insulation structure 100 of the present invention is provided as part of the structure of the roof 20. In the present embodiment, the structure of roof 20 is shown only as roof insulation 100, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that roof 20 may also include other structures. The roof insulation structure 100 includes a first insulation panel 110 and a second insulation panel 120, the first insulation panel 110 having a plurality of first grooves 112, the second insulation panel 120 having a plurality of second grooves 122. The second heat insulation board 120 is attached to the first heat insulation board 110, and each of the second grooves 122 is combined with each of the first grooves 112 to form a plurality of receiving spaces 130. In this embodiment, each of the accommodating spaces 130 is filled with liquid water 140, and the volume occupied by the liquid water 140 is about one tenth of that of the accommodating space 130; also, the second insulation panel 120 has an average thickness of one third of the average thickness of the first insulation panel 110, and the second insulation panel 120 is located at the outermost side of the entire roof 20.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, since the liquid water 140 has higher specific heat and heat of vaporization, the liquid water 140 absorbs much heat in hot summer when the temperature is high in the daytime, so that the indoor ambient temperature is increased more slowly to achieve a certain heat insulation effect. In addition, since the volume of the liquid water 140 is about one tenth of the volume of the accommodating space 130, only a small portion of the liquid water 140 is converted into steam under normal conditions, and the second heat insulation board 120 is not cracked due to the steam pressure generated by the steam of the liquid water 140, so that the roof heat insulation structure 100 can maintain a certain structural strength.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 3 is a partial enlarged sectional view of the roof insulation structure of the present embodiment in case of fire. When the roof 20 catches fire, the temperature will rise rapidly, and the liquid water 140 in the partial accommodation space 130 will be completely converted into the vapor 140'. The average thickness of the second insulating panel 120 is only one third of the average thickness of the first insulating panel 110, i.e., the thickness of the bottom of the second groove 122 is the thinnest point of the entire roof insulation structure 100. Since the volume typically expands hundreds to thousands of times as the water is converted to steam, the thickness of the bottom of the second groove 122 is the thinnest point of the overall roof insulation structure 100. Therefore, when the roof 20 is on fire, the second heat insulation board 120 corresponding to the bottom of the second groove 122 will burst, and water vapor will be sprayed from the burst, so as to extinguish the fire and slow down the fire. In addition, when the water vapor 140' is jetted out from the broken part due to the burst of the second heat insulation plate 120, a loud sound is generated, so that the owner or the nearby residents can be reminded of the possibility of fire, and the preparation for refuge or fire fighting can be carried out as soon as possible.
In the embodiment, the first insulation board 110 and the second insulation board 120 are made of brick or wood.

Claims (1)
1. A roof insulation structure as part of the structure of a roof, the roof insulation structure comprising:
the first heat insulation plate is provided with a plurality of first grooves; and
the second heat insulation board is provided with a plurality of second grooves, wherein the second heat insulation board is attached to the first heat insulation board, each second groove is combined with each first groove to form a plurality of accommodating spaces, and the first heat insulation board and the second heat insulation board are made of wood;
wherein, each containing space is filled with liquid water, and the volume occupied by the liquid water is about one tenth of that of the containing space; and the second insulation board has an average thickness of one third of the average thickness of the first insulation board, and is positioned at the outermost side of the roof; when the roof catches fire, the second heat insulation board will burst at the place corresponding to the bottom of the second groove, so as to cause the water vapor to be sprayed out from the broken place, thereby achieving the effects of extinguishing the fire and slowing down the fire.
