5. A method for preparing a dust suppressant according to claim 3 or 4, wherein said natural polysaccharide is alginic acid or starch.
6. A process for preparing a dust suppressing agent as claimed in claim 3 or 4 wherein said aqueous solution of water soluble melamine based polymer is prepared by adding 0.1-10 parts water soluble melamine based polymer to water to swell and stirring at room temperature to dissolve.
