4) coating and thermosetting molding: injecting the mixture into a coater by a spray gun; coating the mixture on one side of the cloth substrate by a glue homogenizing roller of the coating machine; conveying the coated semi-finished product into a baking device for drying, wherein the drying temperature is 110 ℃; and (3) performing thermosetting molding on the semi-finished product in a baking device to obtain the cloth with the traceless removable adhesive coating.
In step 4), the other side of the cloth substrate 100 is coated with a protective film 300. The protective film is a PET film.
In the step 3), the stirring speed of the spray gun is 3000 rpm.
The coating speed of the coater was 7.5 m/min.
EXAMPLE five
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a cloth with a traceless removable adhesive coating, including a cloth base layer and a traceless removable adhesive coating disposed on a surface of the cloth base layer, where the traceless removable adhesive coating is a polyurethane elastomer coating, and includes the following components: a component A and a component B; the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 100: 30.
the component A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1000Kg of diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 200Kg of polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate, and 1300Kg of polyether polyol.
The component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1960Kg of polypropylene oxide ether polyol, 20Kg of zinc-based catalyst, 60Kg of heat resistant modifier and 40Kg of anti-yellowing agent.
The heat-resistant modifier is graphene with length. The fabric base layer 100 is made of PG fabric.
The embodiment also provides a production method of the cloth with the traceless removable adhesive coating, which specifically comprises the following steps:
1) preparation of the component A: weighing diphenylmethane diisocyanate, polyether polyol and polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate according to the proportion, uniformly stirring, and heating to 80 ℃ for 1.5 hours; then preserving the heat for 3 hours, cooling to room temperature to prepare the component A with the content of isocyanate groups of 10 percent;
2) preparation of the component B: weighing the polypropylene oxide ether polyol, the zinc catalyst, the heat-resistant modifier and the anti-yellowing agent according to the proportion, and uniformly stirring; vacuum dehydrating at 110 deg.C to obtain component B;
3) mixing of two components: the component A and the component B are respectively stored in vacuum by two containers and then are respectively led into the same spray gun according to the mass ratio, and the component A and the component B are stirred and mixed uniformly in the spray gun to obtain a mixture;
4) coating and thermosetting molding: injecting the mixture into a coater by a spray gun; coating the mixture on one side of the cloth substrate by a glue homogenizing roller of the coating machine; conveying the coated semi-finished product into a baking device for drying, wherein the drying temperature is 130 ℃; and (3) performing thermosetting molding on the semi-finished product in a baking device to obtain the cloth with the traceless removable adhesive coating.
In step 4), the other side of the cloth substrate 100 is coated with a protective film 300. The protective film is a PET film.
In the step 3), the stirring speed of the spray gun is 3200 rpm.
The coating speed of the coating machine is 10 m/min.
EXAMPLE six
The difference between this embodiment and the fifth embodiment is that: the heat-resistant modifier is a carbon nano tube with the length.

Claims (10)

1. The cloth with the traceless removable adhesive coating comprises a cloth base layer and the traceless removable adhesive coating arranged on the surface of the cloth base layer, and is characterized in that the traceless removable adhesive coating is a polyurethane elastomer coating and comprises the following components: a component A and a component B; the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 100: 25-30;
the component A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts by weight of diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 1-10 parts by weight of polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate and 45-65 parts by weight of polyether polyol;
the component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 95-98 parts by weight of polypropylene oxide ether polyol, 0.5-1 part by weight of zinc catalyst, 2-3 parts by weight of heat-resistant modifier and 1-2 parts by weight of anti-yellowing agent.
2. The cloth with the traceless removable adhesive coating layer according to claim 1, wherein the polyether polyol in the component A is polypropylene oxide polyether polyol with the number average molecular weight of 400-2000 and the functionality of 2 or 3; the content of isocyanic acid radical of the diphenylmethane diisocyanate is 28% -30%; the content of isocyanic acid radical of the polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate is 30-32%.
3. The cloth with the traceless removable adhesive coating layer according to claim 1, wherein the polypropylene oxide polyether polyol in the component B is the polypropylene oxide polyether polyol with the number average molecular weight of 1000-3000 and the functionality of 2 or 3.
4. The cloth with the traceless removable adhesive coating of claim 1, wherein the heat-resistant modifier is selected from one or more of carbon fiber, glass fiber, graphene and carbon nanotube.
5. The cloth with the traceless removable adhesive coating layer according to claim 1, wherein the heat-resistant modifier is carbon fiber with the length of 1-3 mm.
6. The cloth with the traceless removable adhesive coating layer according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the material for manufacturing the cloth substrate layer is any one of polyester cloth, PG cloth and nylon cloth.
7. A production method of the cloth with the traceless removable adhesive coating, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) preparation of the component A: weighing diphenylmethane diisocyanate, polyether polyol and polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate according to the proportion, uniformly stirring, and heating to 70-80 ℃ for 1-1.5 hours; then preserving heat for 2.5-3 hours, and cooling to room temperature to prepare the component A with the content of the isocyanic acid radical of 6-10%;
2) preparation of the component B: weighing the polypropylene oxide ether polyol, the zinc catalyst, the heat-resistant modifier and the anti-yellowing agent according to the proportion, and uniformly stirring; vacuum dehydrating at 100-110 ℃ to obtain the component B;
3) mixing of two components: the component A and the component B are respectively stored in vacuum by two containers and then are respectively led into the same spray gun according to the mass ratio, and the component A and the component B are stirred and mixed uniformly in the spray gun to obtain a mixture;
4) coating and thermosetting molding: injecting the mixture into a coater by a spray gun; coating the mixture on one side of the cloth substrate by a glue homogenizing roller of the coating machine; conveying the coated semi-finished product into a baking device for drying at the temperature of 90-130 ℃; and (3) performing thermosetting molding on the semi-finished product in a baking device to obtain the cloth with the traceless removable adhesive coating.
8. The method for producing a cloth having a traceless removable adhesive coating according to claim 7, wherein in the step 4), the other side of the cloth substrate is coated with a protective film.
9. The method for producing the cloth with the traceless removable adhesive coating layer according to claim 7, wherein in the step 3), the stirring speed of the spray gun is 2800-3200 rpm.
10. The method for producing a cloth with a traceless removable adhesive coating according to claim 7, wherein the coating speed of the coating machine is 5-10 m/min.
