Abstract
The invention discloses a method for inputting verification information of a fuel gun based on position information, which comprises the steps that when the fuel gun is verified, verification equipment acquires the position information of a fuel station to which the fuel gun belongs, correspondingly uploads the position information and the fuel gun and stores the position information and the fuel gun in an information verification database; the verification equipment is connected with the oil gun through an oil outlet, comprises a flow sensor, and is used for detecting the total oil quantity of the oil gun through the flow sensor, generating a detected verification result of the oil gun and uploading the verification result to an information verification database, wherein the information verification database corresponds to the position information of the oil gun and a gas station if the result is qualified, and sets a specific position of the oil gun as the position information of the gas station if the result is unqualified, generates two-dimensional code information and an RFID identification label containing the specific position information, and pastes the label on the unqualified oil gun.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of oil gun verification, in particular to an oil gun verification information input system and method based on position information.
Background
The fuel oil charger is a compulsory verification measuring instrument for gasoline and diesel trade settlement, and the settlement method is that the volume of the oil outlet of the fuel gun opening is multiplied by the unit price, namely the amount of the oil to be added, so that the volume of the oil outlet of the fuel gun opening directly influences the fairness of the trade settlement and simultaneously directly influences the vital interests of two parties in trade. In order to ensure accurate and fair metering, each fuel dispenser needs to be calibrated regularly by a national metrological verification organization, and a gas station needs to perform self-calibration regularly on each fuel dispenser.
At present, when a fuel gun of a fuel dispenser is checked on site, a checker needs to record various fuel gun information of the fuel gun at first, the fuel gun information of each fuel gun contains a lot of contents and must contain fuel station information, fuel dispenser information and fuel gun information, the fuel station information contains the name, address and contact way and the like of a checked unit of the fuel station, the fuel dispenser information contains the manufacturer, specification and model of the fuel dispenser, factory serial number, factory date and the like, and the fuel gun information contains the serial number, instrument identification number, checking medium, last checking date, valid period, three lead seal numbers and the like of the fuel gun. After the calibrating personnel records the oil gun information in the table of the paper original record, calibrating the oil gun of the oiling machine by a volume comparison method to obtain various calibration data and calibration conclusions, and recording the calibration data and the calibration conclusions in the table of the paper original record, specifically: adding a certain amount of oil into a standard metal measuring device by a detected oil gun, reading the scale degree of a glass scale on the standard metal measuring device by a visual measurement method, measuring the oil outlet temperature of the muzzle of the detected oil gun and the internal temperature of the container after oil filling by a thermometer respectively, calculating the corresponding oil filling amount by a manual work through a formula by using the scale degree of the glass scale, the oil outlet temperature of the muzzle and the internal temperature of the container after oil filling, and judging whether the detection is qualified.
After returning to the unit, the certifier needs to input the oil gun information, the certification data and the certification conclusion in the paper original record into the computer, then signs the name of the certifier, finally generates a complete qualified certification statement, prints the certification statement and delivers the certification statement to the client for inspection. As can be seen from the above, the conventional verification process at present depends very much on manual operation of a verification worker, which is time-consuming and inefficient, according to actual operation experience, the verification worker needs 3-5 minutes to search oil gun information on a verification site, and needs 3-5 minutes to fill the oil gun information into a paper original record after the oil gun information is searched, the filling of the oil gun information takes 6-10 minutes, and the number of oil guns verified by each technical organization every year is usually thousands, so that the time spent on the filling of the oil gun information is huge, and other information in the verification process needs time. On the other hand, the accuracy of manual operation is difficult to guarantee, errors are easy to occur to cause deviation of verification results, and the accuracy and the fairness of metrological verification are also difficult to guarantee.
In the prior art, when the fueling gun is subjected to self-inspection in a gas station, if the fueling gun is detected to be unqualified, the use of the fueling gun needs to be stopped and the problem of the fueling gun needs to be found, however, the benefit of the fueling station is greatly damaged by repairing the fueling gun in such a way.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. When the oil gun is checked, the position information of an oil station to which the oil gun belongs is acquired by a checking device, and the position information and the oil gun are uploaded correspondingly and stored in an information checking database; the verification equipment is connected with the oil gun through an oil outlet, comprises a flow sensor, and is used for detecting the total oil quantity of the oil gun through the flow sensor, generating a detected verification result of the oil gun and uploading the verification result to an information verification database, wherein the information verification database corresponds to the position information of the oil gun and a gas station if the result is qualified, and sets a specific position of the oil gun as the position information of the gas station if the result is unqualified, generates two-dimensional code information and an RFID identification label containing the specific position information, and pastes the label on the unqualified oil gun.
Furthermore, when the vehicle owner refuels, the position of the refueling gun is acquired through the RFID identification tag and is matched with the current navigation position, and if the position of the refueling gun is inconsistent with the current navigation position, the vehicle owner can acquire the refueling deviation of the refueling gun in the information verification database through the two-dimensional code information; if the vehicle speed is consistent with the preset speed, the vehicle owner directly carries out refueling operation.
Further, the generating the detected verification result of the fuel nozzle and uploading the verification result to an information verification database further comprises: and generating a verification result report on a verification site, uploading the generated verification result report to an information verification database in a scanning mode, recording the uploading time and the number of a checker, and correspondingly storing the verification result report, the uploading time, the number of the checker and the position information of the refueling gun in the information verification database.
Furthermore, the filling station adjusts the filling expense of the vehicle owner according to the filling deviation of the filling gun.
The invention further discloses an electronic system comprising: a processor; and a memory for storing executable instructions of the processor; wherein the processor is configured to execute the location information based fueling gun certification information entry method via execution of the executable instructions.
The invention further discloses a computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the above-mentioned method for calibrating and inputting a fuel gun based on position information.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the method has the advantages that the recording of the oil gun information is executed while the refueling equipment is verified, meanwhile, when the refueling error exists in the oil gun, the deviation of the oil gun is accurately calculated without replacing the oil gun, and when a vehicle owner refuels, the refueling expense is corrected.

As shown in fig. 1, in a method for inputting verification information of a fueling gun based on position information, when the fueling gun is verified, verification equipment acquires the position information of an oil station to which the fueling gun belongs, uploads the position information and the fueling gun in a corresponding manner, and stores the position information and the fueling gun in an information verification database; the verification equipment is connected with the oil gun through an oil outlet, comprises a flow sensor, and is used for detecting the total oil quantity of the oil gun through the flow sensor, generating a detected verification result of the oil gun and uploading the verification result to an information verification database, wherein the information verification database corresponds to the position information of the oil gun and a gas station if the result is qualified, and sets a specific position of the oil gun as the position information of the gas station if the result is unqualified, generates two-dimensional code information and an RFID identification label containing the specific position information, and pastes the label on the unqualified oil gun.
Furthermore, when the vehicle owner refuels, the position of the refueling gun is acquired through the RFID identification tag and is matched with the current navigation position, and if the position of the refueling gun is inconsistent with the current navigation position, the vehicle owner can acquire the refueling deviation of the refueling gun in the information verification database through the two-dimensional code information; if the vehicle speed is consistent with the preset speed, the vehicle owner directly carries out refueling operation.
Further, the generating the detected verification result of the fuel nozzle and uploading the verification result to an information verification database further comprises: and generating a verification result report on a verification site, uploading the generated verification result report to an information verification database in a scanning mode, recording the uploading time and the number of a checker, and correspondingly storing the verification result report, the uploading time, the number of the checker and the position information of the refueling gun in the information verification database.
Furthermore, the filling station adjusts the filling expense of the vehicle owner according to the filling deviation of the filling gun.
The invention further discloses an electronic system comprising: a processor; and a memory for storing executable instructions of the processor; wherein the processor is configured to execute the location information based fueling gun certification information entry method via execution of the executable instructions.
The invention further discloses a computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the above-mentioned method for calibrating and inputting a fuel gun based on position information.

Claims (3)
1. A method for inputting verification information of a fuel truck nozzle based on position information is characterized in that when the fuel truck nozzle is verified, verification equipment acquires the position information of a fuel station to which the fuel truck nozzle belongs, correspondingly uploads the position information and the fuel truck nozzle and stores the position information and the fuel truck nozzle in an information verification database; the verification device is connected with the oil gun through an oil outlet and comprises a flow sensor, the total amount of the oil output of the oil gun is detected by the flow sensor, the detected verification result of the oil gun is generated and uploaded to and stored in an information verification database, the information verification database corresponds to the position information of the fuel gun and the gas station if the result is qualified, and if the result is unqualified, setting the position information of the fuel gun as a specific position which is not the position information of the gas station, generating two-dimensional code information and an RFID identification tag containing the specific position information, attaching the tag to an unqualified fuel gun, acquiring the position of the fuel gun by a vehicle owner through the RFID identification tag during refueling and matching the position with the current navigation position, if the position information is not consistent, the vehicle owner can acquire the refueling deviation of the refueling gun in the information verification database through the two-dimension code information; if the detected verification result of the oil gun is generated, the detected verification result is uploaded and stored in an information verification database at the same time, and the step of the method further comprises the following steps: and generating a verification result report on a verification site, uploading the generated verification result report to an information verification database in a scanning mode, recording uploading time and a checker number, correspondingly storing the verification result report, the uploading time, the checker number and position information of the refueling gun in the information verification database, and adjusting the refueling expense of the vehicle owner by a gas station according to the refueling deviation of the refueling gun.
2. An electronic system, comprising:
a processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory for storing executable instructions of the processor;
wherein the processor is configured to execute the location information based fueling gun certification information entry method of claim 1 via execution of the executable instructions.
3. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the location information based fueling gun verification information entry method of claim 1.
