All the rotating wheels in the rear half part (area C) of the universal sorting device 1 rotate rightwards, so that the purpose of feeding the cigarette packet 5 into the area A can be achieved, and the cigarette packet moving in the area A can be prevented from deviating from the straight running track.
Similarly, if a packet 5 of cigarettes is determined to be fed into the 3# magazine, all the wheels parallel to the 3# magazine (zone a) are turned from left to right, with the direction of rotation being at an angle of 0 ° to the 3# magazine. All the rotating wheels in the area B of the front half part on the left side of the universal sorting device 1 rotate from the lower right; all the rotating wheels in the area B' of the front half part at the right side of the universal sorting device 1 rotate from the left upper part; all the rotating wheels in the area C on the rear half part on the left side of the universal sorting device 1 rotate downwards; all the rotating wheels in the area of the rear half C' on the right side of the universal sorting device 1 rotate upwards.
After the cigarette packets 5 are sent into the matched warehouse body 20, the cigarette packet in-place sensor 202 detects a signal, and the system controls the lifting cylinder 200 to contract downwards by the height of one cigarette packet, so that the cigarette packets 5 are stored in the warehouse and cached. After each cigarette pack is stored in each magazine 20, the arrangement is started. During arrangement, the cigarette packets 5 are arranged above the corresponding warehouse body 20 in sequence, if a cigarette packet lack is found, the lifting cylinder 200 in the corresponding warehouse body 20 is pushed upwards, one cigarette packet is pushed out to form a row of 5 cigarette packets with the rest cigarette packets to form a complete pattern, and then the material pushing cylinder 203 pushes the 5 cigarette packets towards the arrangement conveying line 3 and sends the 5 cigarette packets to the arrangement conveying line 3. The above embodiment merely describes the simplest control manner of the universal sorting apparatus 1, and it can be extended on the basis of this embodiment, for example, a sensor for detecting the current state and position of the cigarette packet 5 is provided on the universal sorting apparatus 1. If a camera is arranged above the universal sorting device 1, after the position of the cigarette packet 5 is known through the camera, the rotating wheels on the position where the controller is located and the route to be traveled rotate according to requirements, and the rest rotating wheels are not moved or respond to the motion requirements of the rest cigarette packets. Such control enables "batch, serial, customized transport", that is, a plurality of packets of cigarettes, of the same or different types, can be simultaneously sorted and transported on one universal sorting device 1 and finally fed into a designated area.
The electric universal wheel of the invention respectively drives the rotating wheel 124 and the rotating bracket 122 through two motors, the rotating wheel 124 realizes the conveying of materials, and the rotating bracket 122 rotates to drive the rotating wheel 124 to turn, thereby realizing the change control of the material direction. The conveying and sorting device is simple in structure, convenient to operate and simple to control, each universal wheel can be independently controlled to steer without influencing each other, and the conveying and sorting device can be used for efficiently and perfectly realizing the basic guarantee for the conveying belt.
