After the cigarette packets 5 are sent into the matched warehouse body 20, the cigarette packet in-place sensor 202 detects a signal, and the system controls the lifting cylinder 200 to contract downwards by the height of one cigarette packet, so that the cigarette packets 5 are stored in the warehouse and cached. After each cigarette pack is stored in each magazine 20, the arrangement is started. During arrangement, the cigarette packets 5 are arranged above the corresponding warehouse body 20 in sequence, if a cigarette packet lack is found, the lifting cylinder 200 in the corresponding warehouse body 20 is pushed upwards, one cigarette packet is pushed out to form a row of 5 cigarette packets with the rest cigarette packets to form a complete pattern, and then the material pushing cylinder 203 pushes the 5 cigarette packets towards the arrangement conveying line 3 and sends the 5 cigarette packets to the arrangement conveying line 3. The above embodiment merely describes the simplest control manner of the universal sorting apparatus 1, and it can be extended on the basis of this embodiment, for example, a sensor for detecting the current state and position of the cigarette packet 5 is provided on the universal sorting apparatus 1. If a camera is arranged above the universal sorting device 1, after the position of the cigarette packet 5 is known through the camera, the rotating wheels on the position where the controller is located and the route to be traveled rotate according to requirements, and the rest rotating wheels are not moved or respond to the motion requirements of the rest cigarette packets. Such control enables "batch, serial, customized transport", that is, a plurality of packets of cigarettes, of the same or different types, can be simultaneously sorted and transported on one universal sorting device 1 and finally fed into a designated area.
The universal sorting device comprises a plurality of universal wheels capable of independently controlling steering and/or rotating speed, the universal wheels are arranged according to a certain rule, the moving direction and/or moving speed of a tobacco bale on the universal wheels can be controlled by controlling the rotating direction of each universal wheel, the sorting and arranging method is novel and unique, flexible control is adopted, hardware does not need to be changed when sorting and arranging sequence is changed, and different conveying speeds and sorting efficiency can be realized according to different requirements.

Claims (6)

1. A cigarette packet sorting and arranging method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, conveying the tobacco bale from the feeding transmission line to the universal sorting device;
s2, detecting the tobacco bale, wherein the detection includes whether the tobacco bale is qualified or not and the type of the tobacco bale is confirmed;
s3, if the detected tobacco bale is an unqualified product, rejecting the unqualified tobacco bale;
s4, controlling the steering and rotating speed of a universal wheel on the universal sorting device according to different types of cigarette packets, so that the cigarette packets on the universal sorting device move to a corresponding type of warehouse body;
s5, when a cigarette packet is detected on the corresponding type of warehouse body in the step S4, controlling a lifting cylinder in the warehouse body to move downwards by the height of one cigarette packet, so that a new cigarette packet can enter the warehouse body;
s6, after detecting that the tobacco bales are all on the storehouse body, pushing out a piston rod of the material pushing cylinder to push a plurality of tobacco bales on the storehouse body into the arrangement transmission line;
and S7, retracting the piston rod of the material pushing cylinder to finish a sorting and arranging process.
2. The cigarette packet sorting and arranging method according to claim 1, characterized in that:
step S2, the detecting the cigarette packet includes detecting whether the cigarette packet is qualified or not and confirming the cigarette packet type: detecting the tobacco bale before the tobacco bale enters the universal sorting device, wherein the detection comprises whether the tobacco bale is qualified or not and confirming the type of the tobacco bale.

step S3, if the detected tobacco bale is an unqualified product, rejecting the unqualified tobacco bale further includes: if the cigarette packet is qualified, the cigarette packet is sent into the universal sorting device.
