本发明涉及建筑装修领域，特别是涉及一种装饰板材。
背景技术
目前，常见的建筑板材通常是由聚氨酯层、玻璃棉层、岩棉层、苯板层或其任意组合而形成的材块，这些常规的建筑板材主要起到防水和保暖的作用，但其隔音效果并不理想，无法有效克服环境噪声污染。
发明内容
基于此，本发明的目的在于，提供一种装饰板材，其具有隔音效果较好的优点。
一种装饰板材包括：
基体，其底面向上凹陷有若干并列的凹腔，所述凹腔内填充二氧化硅气凝胶；
外消音层，设置在基体的底面，其顶面设有若干孔径由上向下缩小的第一通孔，所述通孔位于相邻凹腔之间且连通相邻凹腔；
泡沫消音层，设置在外消音层的底面；
内消音层，设置在泡沫消音层的底面，其顶面设有若干孔径由上向下扩大的第二通孔。
相对于现有技术，本发明所述的装饰板材通过在基体底部设置凹腔，提高板材的强度，并且在凹腔内填充二氧化硅气凝胶，二氧化硅气凝胶具有极高的比表面积和孔隙率，具有极好的消音降噪的效果，二氧化硅气凝胶的热导率较低，还可以阻止热交换。经过二氧化硅的噪音进入外消音层进行再次消音，有助于提高板材的隔音效果，而没有经过二氧化硅的噪音进入第一通孔，一方面第一通孔对噪音进行吸音，另一方面第一通孔的内壁将噪音反射至二氧化硅气凝胶，有助于提高板材的隔音效果。最后，通过泡沫消音层对噪音进行二次吸音，再进一步地提高板材的隔音效果。此外，当噪音从内消音层的底面过来时，内消音层对噪音进行初步吸引，并通过第二通孔反射噪音，有助于提高板材的隔音效果。接着，再通过泡沫消音层对噪音进行二次吸音，有助于进一步地提高板材的隔音效果。此外，使噪音经过多种介质，可大量地消耗声波的能力，有利于提高板材的隔音效果。
进一步地，所述基体为树脂板或硅酸钙板中的一种。
进一步地，所述基体的顶面设置有发光涂层。有助于提高装饰板材的装饰效果。
进一步地，所述基体的顶面为波浪面。将发光涂层设置成波浪状的基体上，有助于增加发光涂层的发光效果。并且，噪音在波浪面上发生漫反射，有助于进一步地提高板材的隔音效果。
进一步地，所述发光涂层的顶面设置有透光抗氧化层。有助于防止发光涂层发生氧化，有助于避免板材表面因夜光粉氧化而出现色斑，有利于提高板材的美观性。
进一步地，所述外消音层或内消音层为消音岩棉制成。消音岩棉吸收噪音，有助于提高板材的隔音效果。
进一步地，所述泡沫消音层为开孔结构的聚氨酯软泡材料制成。经过外消音层后的噪音在多孔消音泡沫表面发生漫反射，并通过膨胀消音、微孔消音等原理，最终达到消音的效果，进一步地提高板材的隔音效果。
进一步地，还包括保温层，其设置在泡沫消音层与内消音层之间。有助于提高保温效果。
进一步地，所述保温层为垂直岩棉板或珍珠岩板中的一种。

一种装饰板材，参见图1，包括基体10、外消音层20、泡沫消音层30、保温层40、内消音层50。外消音层20设置在基体10的底面，泡沫消音层30设置在外消音层20的底面，保温层40设置在泡沫消音层30的底面，内消音层50设置在保温层40的底面。
具体地，根据实际使用需要，基体10可以为树脂板或硅酸钙板中的一种，在本实施例中，基体10为树脂板。再参见图1，基体10的顶面为波浪状，在基体10的顶面设置有发光涂层11，在发光涂层11的顶面设置有透光抗氧化层12，在本实施例中，发光涂层11为荧光涂料。基体10的底面向上凹陷有若干的拱形的凹腔14，该凹腔14并列且等距地分布在基体10的底面。在凹腔14内填充有二氧化硅气凝胶13。
具体地，外消音层20为消音岩棉制成。再参见图1，外消音层20的顶面设有若干的第一通孔21，该第一通孔21位于两凹腔14之间，并且该第一通孔21还连通相邻的凹腔14。该第一通孔21从外消音层20的顶面延伸至外消音层20的底面，该第一通孔21的轴线垂直于外消音层20，该第一通孔21连通相邻的凹腔14，更具体地，沿着外消音层20的顶面到外消音层20的底面的方向，第一通孔21的孔半径线性减小。
具体地，泡沫消音层30为开孔结构的聚氨酯软泡材料制成，更具体地，其孔形为等六边形。
具体地，根据实际使用需要，保温层40可以为垂直岩棉板或珍珠岩板中的一种，在本实施例中，保温层40为垂直岩棉板。
具体地，内消音层50为消音岩棉制成。再参见图1，内消音层50的顶面设有若干的第二通孔51，该第二通孔51从内消音层50的顶面延伸至内消音层50的底面，并且该第二通孔51的轴线垂直于内消音层50，更具体地，沿着内消音层50的顶面到内消音层50的底面的方向，第二通孔51的孔半径线性减小。
相对于现有技术，本发明所述的装饰板材消音降噪，阻止热交换，保温，并能满足装修美观度。

7.根据权利要求1所述的装饰板材，其特征在于：所述泡沫消音层(30)为开孔结构的聚氨酯软泡材料制成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的装饰板材，其特征在于：还包括保温层(40)，其设置在泡沫消音层(30)与内消音层(50)之间。
