Description

技术领域
本发明涉及通过使用自动铺带或铺丝机自动制造纤维增强复合材料层压件。本发明适用于飞行器的结构的所有部件或航空领域以外的任何复合材料部件。
背景技术
包括多层复合材料的层压件是已知的,这些层压件由包括铺设头部的自动铺带机铺设,铺设头部在该铺放头部的每个轨道上铺设一条或多条带。铺设在轨道上的多条带通常被称为铺设层。

发明内容

具体实施方式

5.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的用于再加工复合材料层压件的方法,其中,所述捕获系统包括具有两个钳口的夹具(7),所述两个钳口将所述有缺陷的带(4)夹在所述两个钳口之间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于再加工复合材料层压件的方法,其中,通过将所述有缺陷的带(4)绕所述夹具(7)再卷绕来完成所述有缺陷的带(4)的移除。
7.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的用于再加工复合材料层压件的方法,其中,所述有缺陷的带(4)在被所述捕获系统捕获之后被切割。
8.用于再加工复合材料层压件(1)的系统,所述复合材料层压件(1)包括多条复合材料的带(2),所述多条复合材料的带(2)构造为由包括铺设头部的自动铺带机进行层压,其特征在于,所述再加工系统包括捕获系统,所述捕获系统包括构造为用于在铺设带(4)期间在所述带(4)上检测到出现缺陷(3)时捕获有缺陷的带(4)的装置,并且所述捕获系统包括用于从所述层压件(1)上移除被捕获的所述有缺陷的带(4)的装置。
9.根据权利要求8所述的用于再加工复合材料层压件的系统,其特征在于,所述再加工系统包括具有两个钳口的夹具(7),所述两个钳口构造成用于将所述有缺陷的带(4)夹在所述两个钳口之间。
10.根据权利要求9所述的用于再加工复合材料层压件的系统,其中,所述夹具(7)包括用于将所述有缺陷的带(4)绕所述夹具(7)再卷绕的装置。
11.根据权利要求8或9所述的用于再加工复合材料层压件的系统,其中,所述夹具(7)包括两个外壳(9)和定位在所述外壳(9)中且定位在相对位置中的两个内芯(8),所述内芯(8)能够相对于所述外壳(9)移动,使得所述内芯(8)在彼此靠近时将所述有缺陷的带(4)夹在所述内芯(8)之间并且在彼此远离时释放所述有缺陷的带(4)。
12.根据权利要求11所述的用于再加工复合材料层压件的系统,其中,所述有缺陷的带(4)绕所述外壳(9)再卷绕。
13.自动铺带机,其特征在于,所述自动铺带机包括根据前述权利要求8至12中的任一项所述的再加工系统,并且所述自动铺带机还包括:
-用于接收在正在铺设的带(4)上出现缺陷(3)的信号的装置,
-用于继续铺设有缺陷的带(4),直到带(4)长度超过所述带(4)的制造长度(L)的装置,
-用于向所述再加工系统发送信号、以用于捕获所述有缺陷的带(4)的超过所述带(4)的制造长度(L)的部分并移除所述有缺陷的带(4)的装置,
-用于在所述有缺陷的带(4)被移除之前在所述有缺陷的带(4)的超过所述带(4)的制造长度(L)的部分上切割所述有缺陷的带(4)的装置(50),
-用于在移除所述有缺陷的带(4)之后铺设替换带(2)的装置。
