As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the pawl 46 is provided with a lever 461 extending outward of the pressing box 21, and the housing of the pressing box 21 is provided with a waist groove 211 along the undulation path of the lever 461. Thus, after the pipes are welded and fixed completely, the shift lever 461 can be shifted to release the ratchet wheel 45 from the pawl 46, so that the steel wire rope 23 is loosened, and the first pipe fixing device, the first pipe fixing device and the pipe distance adjusting device are convenient to detach.
