The invention discloses an automatic forging process of a bearing ring, which comprises the following steps: cutting off a blank from a precision bar, discharging the blank by an automatic discharging machine, automatically feeding the blank into an intermediate frequency furnace, heating to 1125 +/-5 ℃, preserving heat for 5 minutes, and then automatically pushing the blank into a hollow automatic feeding machine, wherein the hollow automatic feeding machine drives the blank to pass through the center of a spiral high-pressure water spray pipe, the spiral high-pressure water spray pipe is provided with water spray holes, all the water spray holes can form 360-degree water spray without dead angles and face the axial center of the spiral high-pressure water spray pipe, and the spiral high-pressure water spray pipe is provided with a water spray interlocking device; the automatic hollow-out feeding machine drives a blank to pass through the center of the spiral high-pressure water spray pipe and then is sent into a lower die upsetting die hole on the numerical control hydraulic forging machine by the forging manipulator 1, the blank is sent into a lower die flattening die hole by the forging manipulator 1 after upsetting, the blank is taken out by the forging manipulator 2 after forging and flattening and then is sent into a die stamping die hole for punching, and the blank is taken out by the forging manipulator 2 after finishing and is sent into a ring rolling machine for reaming.
