Technical Field
The invention belongs to agricultural machinery, and mainly relates to an assembly for automatically breaking and dismantling a fertilizer bag, unloading, storing and discharging fertilizer, which can replace a traditional fertilizer box and a fertilizer discharger.
Background
When fertilizer is added into a fertilizer box on an existing seeding and fertilizing machine, a fertilizer packaging bag needs to be firstly disassembled manually, and then the fertilizer in the bag is poured into the fertilizer box, so that the whole bag opening operation process is slow, the operation efficiency is low, and labor and time are wasted. In addition, when the traditional external sheave type fertilizer distributor assembled on the lower side part of the fertilizer box is used for regulating the fertilizer discharge capacity, the position of an external sheave in the shell of the fertilizer distributor needs to be regulated by manual transverse movement or the position of a fertilizer blocking tongue in the shell of the seed distributor, and the technical problems of complex structure, particularly complex regulation operation procedure, low regulation efficiency, poor regulation precision and the like exist.

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art, and designs a fertilizer bag self-breaking material storage and fertilizer discharging assembly by combining with the actual requirements of agricultural production operation, so that the aims of simple structure, high fertilizer discharging efficiency into a fertilizer box, and high fertilizer discharging quantity adjusting precision and automation degree are fulfilled.
The invention aims to realize the aims that a fertilizer feeding cylinder and a fertilizer discharging cylinder are sequentially communicated with each other at the upper part and the lower part of the outer side of a fertilizer distributor shell and are respectively assembled, a round spoon-shaped fertilizer box is fixedly arranged on the outer part of the fertilizer feeding cylinder, a plurality of strip-shaped fertilizer feeding input holes are vertically arranged on the side wall of the fertilizer feeding cylinder above the round spoon-shaped fertilizer box, and a bag pricking needle group is arranged at the upper end part of the fertilizer feeding cylinder; a fertilizer shaft is rotatably assembled in the fertilizer distributor shell, a plurality of strip-shaped fertilizer filling and discharging grooves are axially formed in the outer cylindrical surface of the fertilizer shaft, and the outer end part of one side of the fertilizer shaft is connected with a speed regulating motor through a coupler; the bottom end of the fertilizer discharging barrel is provided with a frame type bottom plate, the frame type bottom plate is rotatably hinged with a baffle through a pin shaft, and the baffle closes or opens the fertilizer discharging bottom end of the fertilizer discharging barrel so as to form the fertilizer bag self-breaking storage and fertilizer discharging assembly.
The invention creates a structural scheme that a bag pricking needle group is adopted to automatically break and tear the fertilizer packaging bag to unload the fertilizer into the round spoon type fertilizer box and the speed regulating motor regulates and controls the rotating speed of the fertilizer discharging shaft, manual bag breaking and axial movement of the outer grooved wheel or the fertilizer blocking tongue are not needed, and the invention has the characteristics of novel, simple and reasonable structure, high bag breaking and fertilizer injection speed, high efficiency, high fertilizer discharging quantity regulation automation degree and fertilizer discharging quantity regulation precision and reliable operation.

The following detailed description of the inventive embodiments is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. A fertilizer bag self-breaking, storing and discharging assembly is characterized in that a fertilizer barrel 3 and a fertilizer barrel 10 are sequentially and mutually communicated at the upper part and the lower part of the outer side of a fertilizer distributor shell 1 and are respectively assembled, a round spoon-shaped fertilizer box 2 is fixedly installed on the outer part of the fertilizer barrel 3, a plurality of strip-shaped fertilizer inlet holes 5 are vertically formed in the side wall of the fertilizer barrel 3 above the round spoon-shaped fertilizer box 2, and a bag pricking needle group 4 is installed at the upper end part of the fertilizer barrel 3; a fertilizer shaft 7 is rotatably assembled in the fertilizer distributor shell 1, a plurality of strip-shaped fertilizer filling and discharging grooves 6 are axially formed in the outer cylindrical surface of the fertilizer shaft 7, and the outer end part of one side of the fertilizer shaft 7 is connected with a speed regulating motor 11 through a coupler 12; the bottom end of the fertilizer discharging cylinder 10 is provided with a frame type bottom plate 8, the frame type bottom plate 8 is rotatably hinged with a baffle plate 9 through a pin shaft 13, and the fertilizer discharging bottom end of the fertilizer discharging cylinder 10 is closed or opened by the baffle plate 9.
During operation, fertilizer bags containing fertilizer are placed on the bag pricking needle group 4, the fertilizer bags are pricked and torn by the bag pricking needle group 4, the fertilizer in the bags is discharged into the round spoon-shaped fertilizer box 2 and stored, part of the fertilizer is charged into the barrel cavity from the upper end opening of the fertilizer feeding barrel 3 and is blocked above by the fertilizer feeding shaft 7 in the discharging process, the rotating speed regulating motor 11 drives the fertilizer feeding shaft 7 to rotate in the fertilizer distributor shell 1 through the coupler 12, the fertilizer continuously charged into the strip-shaped fertilizer charging and discharging groove 6 from the fertilizer feeding barrel 3 is fed into the fertilizer feeding barrel 10, the baffle plate 9 is rotated, and the fertilizer is discharged from the opened frame-type bottom plate 8. In the operation process, fertilizer in the round spoon type fertilizer box 2 is continuously conveyed into the fertilizer barrel 3 from the strip-shaped fertilizer inlet hole 5.
