An intelligent management system for newspaper and magazine distribution, comprising: the device comprises an input module, an upper computer, a concentrator data forwarding module and a newspaper cabinet; the input module is connected with the upper computer, the upper computer is connected with one or more concentrator data forwarding modules, and each concentrator data forwarding module is connected with one newspaper cabinet;
the input module is used for inputting subscribed newspaper and periodical information and storing the newspaper and periodical information to a database;
the upper computer is used for reading the database and obtaining the newspaper and periodical information corresponding to each department; sending the newspaper and periodical information to the concentrator data forwarding modules corresponding to all departments;
the concentrator data forwarding module is used for grouping the newspaper and periodical information and sending the grouped newspaper and periodical information to each corresponding newspaper and periodical cabinet;
the newspaper cabinet is used for displaying the newspaper information of the corresponding department.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the entry module comprises a simulated keyboard, PAD, or scanning gun; the newspaper information comprises the code number, the journal number and the function key of the newspaper.

The system according to claim 2, wherein the upper computer is specifically configured to read, from the database, the number of the corresponding newspapers and periodicals that need to be sent out in different departments, add the number to the address of the concentrator data forwarding module, and send the number to the concentrator data forwarding module from a TCP network bus in the form of a data packet.
4. The system of claim 2, wherein the concentrator data forwarding module is specifically configured to group the data packets after receiving the data packets, add an address of a display terminal of the newspaper cabinet to the data packets according to a specified protocol, and send the data packets to the display terminal through an RS485 bus.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the newspaper cabinet and the newspaper comprise at least one cell, each cell is provided with a corresponding display mark, and the display marks are used for displaying unit names and the quantity of the newspapers.
6. The system of claim 1, further comprising a PAD simulation cabinet system;
the upper computer is also used for displaying the number and the name of the newspapers and periodicals to be delivered by each newspaper and periodicals cabinet and uploading the number and the name of the delivered newspapers and periodicals to the PAD simulation cabinet system;
the PAD simulation cabinet control system is used for displaying a simulation newspaper cabinet which is the same as the actual placement position of the newspaper cabinet, and storing the number and the name of the newspapers and periodicals uploaded by the upper computer so that delivery personnel can distribute and deliver the delivered newspapers and periodicals according to the display of the PAD.
7. The system of claim 1, further comprising a transceiver-room management module;
the input subscribed newspapers are submitted to relevant examining and approving personnel for examination and approval; the receiving and dispatching room management module is used for summarizing subscription information and carrying out expense statistics, and forming a formal subscription list after signing and checking the subscription information of the newspapers and periodicals.
8. The system according to claim 7, wherein after the entry module enters the list and the number of subscribed newspapers and periodicals, the subscription list is modified through configuration addition, and a list two-dimensional code system corresponding to department two-dimensional codes one by one is automatically generated after configuration approval is completed; so that each department can select newspapers and periodicals according to the preference; and the receiving and dispatching room management module records the subscribed information into the system through the scanning department two-dimensional code bar code and the list two-dimensional code bar code.
