The first client module comprises:

The first user data storage module may be a server. The servers of different first user management modules are different. For a first subscriber management module, the first source information, the first interworking information, and the second interworking information are stored on the same server for maintenance, which is called a host server of the first subscriber management module. The server may be a physical server, a cloud server, a virtual server, or the like, and may also be a service device cooperatively composed of a plurality of physical servers or cloud servers. The server has a legitimate Internet IP address to communicate with existing servers. In fig. 3, the servers of the first user data storage module and the second user data storage module are both represented as service servers, and the total control service module is represented as an active server.
The second user management module comprises a second user module, wherein the second user module comprises:
a second source information acquisition module: acquiring second source information from a third-party system and/or acquiring the second source information from the local according to the input information;
the second intercommunication information generation module: taking part or all of the content in the second source information as part or all of the content of second intercommunication information, obtaining second identification information according to local second user configuration information, obtaining first user information from the second source information, obtaining corresponding first identification information according to the first user information, and adding the first identification information and the second identification information as identification information of the second intercommunication information;
the second intercommunication information distribution module: distributing the second intercommunication information according to the appointed first object of the distribution instruction; the appointed first object of the distribution instruction is the first object which is indicated by the first identification information of the second intercommunication information and has the affiliated information access right; the distribution instruction is obtained from a master control service module, or the distribution instruction is a local configuration instruction.
In a preferred embodiment, the third-party system is, in particular, a national patent electronic application CPC system, an EAC system managed by a patent electronic application client, or an internal management system of an enterprise. The input information is information output or input by a local user. The second source information may be official documents of the patent office (for example, official fee receipts paid by the applicant of the enterprise), and the second intercommunication information may be information of application date, application number, applicant, priority information, payment amount, payment type and the like in official documents, and such information may be information obtained by code conversion or image recognition. The local second user configuration information refers to local own identification information of the second user management module, for example, local own identification information of an enterprise. The first user information may be patent agent first user information in official text. The distribution instruction can be obtained from the master control service module, the distribution is triggered by the master control service module, or the distribution can be automatically triggered in real time or periodically according to the local configuration instruction of the second user management module. Since the first user information may include a plurality of first objects, the first object having the affiliated information access right, which may be indicated by the corresponding first identification information obtained according to the first user information, is one object or a plurality of objects.
The second interworking information distribution module includes:
a service distribution judging module: judging whether a first object with the information access right indicated by first identification information of second intercommunication information is valid or not, and if so, triggering and distributing the second intercommunication information; otherwise, generating distribution failure information or information to be distributed.
The second client module comprises:
the first intercommunication information receiving module: receiving first intercommunication information, wherein a second object with affiliated information access authority, which is indicated by second identification information of the first intercommunication information, is matched with local second user configuration information;
the first intercommunication information processing module: generating service information according to the received first intercommunication information, wherein the service information has associated second source information;
and the first identification information and the second identification information are matched between the first intercommunication information and the second source information related to the service information.
The second user management module includes:
a second user data storage module: storing any one or more of the following:
-second source information;
-second interworking information;
-first interworking information.
The second user data storage module may be a server. The servers of different second user management modules are different. For a second subscriber management module, the second source information, the second interworking information, and the first interworking information are stored on the same server for maintenance, and the server is called a host server of the second subscriber management module. The server may be a physical server, a cloud server, a virtual server, or the like, and may also be a service device cooperatively composed of a plurality of physical servers or cloud servers. The server has a legitimate Internet IP address to communicate with existing servers.
The system provided by the invention can be realized by the step flow of the corresponding method, and the step flow of the corresponding method can be understood as a preferred example of the system.
The information intercommunication method provided by the invention comprises the following steps:

The method for the first user side of information intercommunication provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
a first user management step: acquiring first source information, generating first intercommunication information according to the first source information, and distributing the first intercommunication information; the first intercommunication information comprises first identification information and second identification information;
the first identification information indicates a first object with the affiliated information access right;
the second identification information indicates a second object with the access right of the information.
The method for the information intercommunication of the second user side provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
a second user management step: acquiring second source information, generating second intercommunication information according to the second source information, and distributing the second intercommunication information; the second intercommunication information comprises first identification information and second identification information;
the first identification information indicates a first object with the affiliated information access right;
the second identification information indicates a second object with the access right of the information.
Preferably, the first and second electrodes are formed of a metal,
-at least one second object having access rights to the information indicated by the second identification information of the first interworking information generated by the first object is a different second object; and/or

providing a first object list to a second object in the step of total control service, wherein the first object list comprises a host server address of the first object; in the second user management step, second intercommunication information is distributed according to the host server address of the first object in the first object list.
Preferably, the first user management step includes a first user end step, wherein the first user end step includes:

As shown in fig. 4, enterprise a uses a second user management module, denoted as client user management module a; the enterprise B uses another second user management module which is marked as a client user management module B; the patent agent A mechanism uses a first user management module which is marked as a mechanism user management module A; the patent agent organization B uses another first user management module, which is marked as organization user management module B. The second user management module A distributes different second intercommunication information to the first user management module A and the first user management module B respectively, and entrusts patent application cases A1 and A2; the second user management module B distributes different second intercommunication information to the first user management module A and the first user management module B respectively, and entrusts patent application cases B1 and B2.
As shown in fig. 5, after receiving the acceptance notification, the first user management module a distributes different first interworking information to the second user management module a and the second user management module B, respectively, the first user management module a distributes different first interworking information to the second user management module a and the second user management module B, the state of the forwarding cases a1 and B1 is accepted, the first user management module B distributes different first interworking information to the second user management module a and the second user management module B, respectively, and the state of the forwarding cases a2 and B2 is accepted.
As shown in fig. 6, which is a superposition of fig. 4 and fig. 5, it can be seen that the present application can implement many-to-many information intercommunication.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that, in addition to implementing the systems, apparatus, and various modules thereof provided by the present invention in purely computer readable program code, the same procedures can be implemented entirely by logically programming method steps such that the systems, apparatus, and various modules thereof are provided in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Therefore, the system, the device and the modules thereof provided by the present invention can be considered as a hardware component, and the modules included in the system, the device and the modules thereof for implementing various programs can also be considered as structures in the hardware component; modules for performing various functions may also be considered to be both software programs for performing the methods and structures within hardware components.

1. An information interworking system, comprising:
the first user management module: acquiring first source information, generating first intercommunication information according to the first source information, and distributing the first intercommunication information; the first intercommunication information comprises first identification information and second identification information;
the second user management module: acquiring second source information, generating second intercommunication information according to the second source information, and distributing the second intercommunication information; the second intercommunication information comprises first identification information and second identification information;
the master control service module: controlling first intercommunication information to be distributed to a second object with affiliated information access authority indicated by second identification information of the first intercommunication information, wherein the second object comprises a second user management module; controlling second intercommunication information to be distributed to a first object with affiliated information access authority indicated by first identification information of the second intercommunication information, wherein the first object comprises a first user management module;
under the control of the master control service module, at least one first intercommunication message is distributed to one or more second user management modules by one first user management module which generates the first intercommunication message, different second user management modules correspond to different second objects, and second identification information corresponding to different second objects is different;
under the control of the master control service module, at least one second intercommunication message is distributed to one or more first user management modules by a second user management module which generates the second intercommunication message, different first user management modules correspond to different first objects, and the first identification information corresponding to different first objects is different;
the first user management module comprises a first user module, wherein the first user module comprises:
a first source information acquisition module: acquiring first source information from a third-party system and/or acquiring the first source information from the local according to input information;
the first intercommunication information generation module: taking part or all of the content in the first source information as part or all of the content of the first intercommunication information, obtaining first identification information according to local first user configuration information, obtaining second user information from the first source information, obtaining corresponding second identification information according to the second user information, and adding the first identification information and the second identification information as identification information of the first intercommunication information;
the first interworking information distribution module: distributing the first intercommunication information according to the specified second object of the distribution instruction; the second object of the distribution instruction is the second object which is indicated by the second identification information of the first intercommunication information and has the affiliated information access right; the distribution instruction is obtained from a master control service module, or the distribution instruction is a local configuration instruction;
the second user management module comprises a second user module, wherein the second user module comprises:
a second source information acquisition module: acquiring second source information from a third-party system and/or acquiring the second source information from the local according to the input information;
the second intercommunication information generation module: taking part or all of the content in the second source information as part or all of the content of second intercommunication information, obtaining second identification information according to local second user configuration information, obtaining first user information from the second source information, obtaining corresponding first identification information according to the first user information, and adding the first identification information and the second identification information as identification information of the second intercommunication information;
the second intercommunication information distribution module: distributing the second intercommunication information according to the appointed first object of the distribution instruction; the appointed first object of the distribution instruction is the first object which is indicated by the first identification information of the second intercommunication information and has the affiliated information access right; the distribution instruction is obtained from a master control service module, or the distribution instruction is a local configuration instruction.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the information interworking system comprises one or more first subscriber management modules, and wherein the information interworking system comprises one or more second subscriber management modules; wherein:
at least one second object which is indicated by second identification information of a plurality of first intercommunicating messages generated by the first user management module and has affiliated information access authority is respectively a different second user management module; and/or
The first objects which are indicated by the first identification information of the plurality of second intercommunicating information generated by at least one second user management module and have the affiliated information access authority are respectively different first user management modules.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the first source information and/or the first interworking information is associated with the second interworking information by a service identifier, wherein the service identifier is derived from or generated based on the second source information.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the grandmaster service module provides a second list of objects to the first user management module, wherein the second list of objects includes a home server address of the second object; the first user management module distributes first intercommunication information according to the host server address of the second object in the second object list;
the master control service module provides a first object list to a second user management module, wherein the first object list comprises a host server address of a first object; and the second user management module distributes second intercommunication information according to the host server address of the first object in the first object list.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the first interworking information distribution module comprises:
a first distribution judgment module: judging whether a second object with the information access right indicated by second identification information of the first intercommunication information is valid or not, and if so, triggering and distributing the first intercommunication information; otherwise, generating distribution failure information or information to be distributed.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the first client module comprises:
the second intercommunication information receiving module: receiving second intercommunication information, wherein a first object with affiliated information access authority, which is indicated by first identification information of the second intercommunication information, is matched with local first user configuration information;
the second intercommunication information processing module: generating service information according to the received second intercommunication information, wherein the service information comprises a service identifier, and the service identifier is used for associating first source information and/or first intercommunication information;
and the first identification information and the second identification information are matched between the second intercommunication information and the first source information associated with the service information.
7. The system of claim 1, wherein the first user management module comprises:
a first user data storage module: storing any one or more of the following:
first source information;
a first interworking information;
and second interworking information.
8. The system of claim 1, wherein the second interworking information distribution module comprises:
a service distribution judging module: judging whether a first object with the information access right indicated by first identification information of second intercommunication information is valid or not, and if so, triggering and distributing the second intercommunication information; otherwise, generating distribution failure information or information to be distributed.
9. The system of claim 1, wherein the second client module comprises:
the first intercommunication information receiving module: receiving first intercommunication information, wherein a second object with affiliated information access authority, which is indicated by second identification information of the first intercommunication information, is matched with local second user configuration information;
the first intercommunication information processing module: generating service information according to the received first intercommunication information, wherein the service information has associated second source information;
and the first identification information and the second identification information are matched between the first intercommunication information and the second source information related to the service information.
10. The system of claim 1, wherein the second user management module comprises:
a second user data storage module: storing any one or more of the following:
second source information;
a second interworking information;
the first interworking information.
11. An information interworking method, comprising:
a first user management step: acquiring first source information, generating first intercommunication information according to the first source information, and distributing the first intercommunication information; the first intercommunication information comprises first identification information and second identification information;
a second user management step: acquiring second source information, generating second intercommunication information according to the second source information, and distributing the second intercommunication information; the second intercommunication information comprises first identification information and second identification information;
the step of master control service: controlling first intercommunication information to be distributed to a second object with affiliated information access authority indicated by second identification information of the first intercommunication information; controlling second intercommunication information to be distributed to a first object with affiliated information access authority indicated by first identification information of the second intercommunication information;

The first objects with the affiliated information access authority, which are indicated by the first identification information of a plurality of second intercommunicating information generated by at least one second object, are different first objects respectively.
13. The method of claim 11, wherein the first source information and/or the first interworking information is associated with the second interworking information by a service identifier, wherein the service identifier is derived from or generated according to the second source information.

The method of claim 11, wherein the step of providing the total control service provides a second object list to the first object, wherein the second object list comprises a home server address of the second object; distributing first intercommunication information according to the address of a host server of a second object of the second object list in the first user management step;
providing a first object list to a second object in the step of total control service, wherein the first object list comprises a host server address of the first object; in the second user management step, second intercommunication information is distributed according to the host server address of the first object in the first object list.
15. The method of claim 11, wherein the first interworking information distributing step comprises:
a first distribution judgment step: judging whether a second object with the information access right indicated by second identification information of the first intercommunication information is valid or not, and if so, triggering and distributing the first intercommunication information; otherwise, generating distribution failure information or information to be distributed.
16. The method of claim 11, wherein the first client step comprises:

20. The method according to claim 11, wherein the second user management step comprises:
a second user data storage step: storing any one or more of the following:

a second interworking information;
the first interworking information.
21. The system of any one of claims 1 to 10, or the method of any one of claims 11 to 20, wherein said distributing comprises any one or more of:
sending;
mapping;
and (6) associating.
