Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of household appliance control, and particularly provides a control method and a control system of a water household appliance.
Background
With the development of society, almost every household (especially urban households) can be supplied with water for 24 hours. With the improvement of the living quality requirements of people, more and more water appliances are moved into each family. The existing water appliances mainly comprise washing machines, electric water heaters, tap water filters, dish washing machines and the like.
When a plurality of household water appliances in a household run simultaneously, the problem of insufficient water supply pressure often occurs, and a great deal of inconvenience is brought to the life of a user. For example, in the case of inconvenient power of the instant electric water heater, the temperature is higher when the water flow is smaller, and the temperature is lower when the water flow is larger. Such hot and cold water flow is liable to cause injury to the user's body. While maintaining a substantially constant water temperature requires the user to constantly adjust the power level of the instant electric water heater. The user experience is poor, and the life of the user is seriously influenced.
Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a new control method and control system for water appliances to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, that is, to solve the problem that the water supply pressure is reduced and the life quality of a user is affected when a plurality of water household appliances are used simultaneously in the prior art, the invention provides a control method of the water household appliances, which comprises the following steps:
acquiring the current flow/current water pressure of the household water supply;
judging whether the current flow/current water pressure reaches the preset flow/preset water pressure of the household water supply;
and selectively controlling the running state of one or more water appliances according to the judgment result.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the step of "selectively controlling the operation state of one or more water appliances according to the determination result" further includes: when the current flow rate/the current water pressure does not reach the preset flow rate/the preset water pressure, enabling all the water appliances to continuously execute respective current operations; and when the current flow/the current water pressure reaches the preset flow/the preset water pressure, one or more water appliances are suspended or stopped to run.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the step of "suspending or stopping the operation of one or more water appliances" further comprises: and sequentially pausing or closing one or more water appliances according to the sequence of the priority from low to high until the current flow/current water pressure is lower than the preset flow/preset water pressure.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the step of "suspending or stopping the operation of one or more water appliances" further comprises: and sequentially pausing or closing one or more water appliances according to the sequence of water consumption/water flow from large to small or from small to large until the current flow/current water pressure is lower than the preset flow/preset water pressure.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the step of "suspending or stopping the operation of one or more water appliances" further comprises: and sequentially pausing or closing one or more water appliances according to the sequence of the use frequency from low to high until the current flow/current water pressure is lower than the preset flow/preset water pressure.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, before the step of "suspending or stopping operation of one or more water appliances", the control method further includes: and acquiring the use frequency of each water appliance.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the step of "acquiring the frequency of use of each water appliance" further includes: and acquiring the use frequency of each water appliance in different time periods in one day.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the step of "suspending or closing one or more water-based appliances in order of the frequency of use from low to high" further comprises: and sequentially pausing or closing one or more water appliances according to the sequence of the use frequency from low to high in the current time period.
In addition, the invention also provides a control system of the water household appliance, which is characterized by comprising a communication module, a detection module and a control module which are in communication connection; the communication module can be in communication connection with a plurality of water appliances; the detection module is used for detecting the current flow/current water pressure of the household water supply; the control module is used for judging whether the current flow/current water pressure reaches the preset flow/preset water pressure of the household water supply or not and selectively controlling the running state of one or more water appliances according to the judgment result.
In a preferred technical solution of the above control system, the control system further includes a display module and/or an operation module communicatively connected to the control module, where the display module is at least used to display an operation state of each water appliance; the operation module can receive an operation instruction of an operator and accordingly control the running state of one or more water appliances.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that, in the preferred technical solution of the present invention, by obtaining the current flow/current water pressure of the household water supply, and determining whether the current flow/current water pressure reaches the preset flow/preset water pressure of the household water supply, and then selectively controlling the operation state of one or more water appliances according to the determination result, the control method and/or the control system of the present invention can ensure the normal water flow of a specific water appliance (for example, an instant electric water heater) when the current flow/current water pressure of the household water supply is low, thereby ensuring the normal use of the specific water appliance.
In an embodiment of the present invention, by presetting the priority of each water appliance, the water appliance with a lower priority is suspended or stopped when the current flow rate/current water pressure reaches the preset flow rate/preset water pressure, so that the water appliance with a higher priority can be normally used when the current flow rate/current water pressure reaches the preset flow rate/preset water pressure.
Therefore, the control method and/or the control system can ensure the normal use of the specific water household appliance (such as the instant electric water heater used by the user during bathing), and optimize the use experience of the user on the specific water household appliance.
Furthermore, the control system of the invention can simultaneously give consideration to and control all the water appliances without arranging a device for stabilizing water flow and water pressure on the water appliances. Therefore, compared with the prior art, the control system of the invention can ensure the life quality of users and reduce the production and manufacturing costs of various water appliances. When in use, each water appliance only needs to be connected into the control system of the invention, and no independent device for stabilizing water pressure and water flow is needed.
It should be noted that, the fact that the current flow rate/the current water pressure reaches the preset flow rate/the preset water pressure means that the current flow rate is greater than or equal to the preset flow rate, or the current water pressure is less than or equal to the preset water pressure.

It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments of the present invention are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, each module of the control system of the present invention may be an integral module, or may be an independent module; each module of the control system of the present invention may be a physical entity module or a virtual module formed by a plurality of program instructions. For another example, the communication connection according to the present invention may be a wireless connection such as WIFI, bluetooth, ZIGBEE, or the like, or a wired connection. Those skilled in the art can make modifications as needed to suit a particular application, and such modified embodiments will still fall within the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the control system 2 of the present invention mainly includes a communication module 21, a control module 22, a detection module 23, a display module 24, and an operation module 25. The control module 22 is in communication connection with the communication module 21, the detection module 23, the display module 24 and the operation module 25 respectively.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention:
the communication module 21 can be connected to a plurality of water home appliances 1 in a communication manner via a local area network. As will be understood by those skilled in the art, the water appliance 1 is a home appliance having a communication function and requiring water. Furthermore, the communication module 21 can be connected to a mobile terminal device such as a mobile phone, a tablet, a computer, etc. in a communication manner as required by those skilled in the art.
The control module 22 can obtain the current operation state information of each water household appliance 1 through the communication module 21. The control module 22 can also issue a control command to all the water home appliances 1 through the communication module 21, and control the operating states of all the water home appliances 1.
The detection module 23 is used for detecting the current flow rate/current water pressure of the domestic water supply. Wherein the current flow rate refers to a total flow rate of water being used by the whole home, and the current water pressure refers to a pressure of water being used by the whole home.
The display module 24 can receive the operation state information of each water household appliance 1 sent by the control module 22, and display the operation state information of each water household appliance 1, so that a user can know the operation state of each water household appliance 1. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the operation state information at least includes whether the water home appliance 1 requires water supply. Taking a washing machine as an example, the operation state information at least includes whether a water inlet valve of the washing machine is opened. Further, a person skilled in the art may cause the display module 24 to scroll and display the operation state information of each water appliance 1 according to needs, or may cause the display module 24 to display the operation state information of a specific water appliance 1 according to needs of a user. Further, the display module 24 can also display the current flow rate/current water pressure detected by the detection module 23.
The operation module 25 is used for operation of a user. The user can operate the operation module 25 to make the operation module 25 issue an operation instruction to the control module 22, so as to control the operation state of the corresponding water household appliance 1. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the operation module 25 may be a separate function module including a touch screen and/or keys. Furthermore, the display module 24 and the operation module 25 can be integrated into a device having a touch-controllable display screen, such as a mobile phone or a tablet computer, as required by those skilled in the art.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the control system 2 of the present invention may be fully or partially integrated on a mobile terminal device, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, an ipad, etc.; or may be wholly or partially integrated on a particular control device, such as a router.
The control system of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 2 in conjunction with the control method of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the control method of the present invention mainly includes:
step S10, obtaining the current water pressure of the household water supply;
step S20, judging whether the current water pressure reaches the preset water pressure of the household water supply;
in step S30, the operation state of one or more water appliances 1 is selectively controlled according to the determination result.
Each of the above steps will be specifically described below with reference to the control system 2.
In step S10, the current water pressure of the home water supply is detected in real time by the detection module 23.
In step S20, the control module 22 compares the current water pressure detected by the detection module 23 with a preset water pressure that is pre-stored.
It should be noted that the preset water pressure may be a normal water pressure or a maximum water pressure of the domestic water supply, or may be a specific proportional value of the normal water pressure or the maximum water pressure, such as 98%, 96%, 95%, etc. of the normal water pressure or the maximum water pressure. Wherein the regular water pressure or the maximum water pressure refers to the water pressure on the main water path of the household (for example, the water pressure at the outlet of the water inlet valve).
It should be further noted that, for obtaining the value of the normal water pressure or the maximum water pressure, one skilled in the art may detect the water supply pressure in real time within a period of time (e.g., 10 days, 20 days, 30 days, 45 days, etc.), and average all the detected values, and the average value is used as the normal water pressure or the maximum water pressure.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the preset water pressure may be pre-stored on the control module 22, the detection module 23, or the display module 24. Or a separate storage module may be provided as needed by those skilled in the art to store the preset water pressure.
In step S30, when the current water pressure does not reach the preset water pressure, that is, when the current water pressure is greater than the preset water pressure, the processing module 22 makes all the water electrical appliances 1 continue to operate according to their current operating states. When the current water pressure reaches the preset water pressure, that is, when the current water pressure is equal to or less than the preset water pressure, the processing module 22 sends an instruction to one or more water household appliances 1 with the lowest priority, the highest water consumption, the highest water flow or the lowest use frequency, so that the one or more water household appliances 1 are suspended or stopped to run until the current water pressure is greater than the preset water pressure. Or, the processing module 22 sends an alarm message to the outside through the display module 24 to remind the user to manually suspend or shut down one or more water appliances 1. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the alarm information may be any one of sound, image, lighting, color, alone or in combination.
Wherein the priority is an important order of the water home appliances 1 pre-recorded and stored in the control module 22 (or a separate storage module communicatively connected with the control module 22) according to actual needs by the user.
Wherein, the water consumption refers to the total water consumption (L) of each water appliance 1 in the whole operation period.
Wherein, the water flow rate refers to the flow rate (L/min) of water when each water appliance 1 uses water.
Wherein the usage frequency is the number of usage times of the water home appliance 1 within a certain period of time (e.g., 10 days, 15 days, 45 days, etc. before the moment). As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, each water appliance 1 has its own frequency of use during different time periods of the day. The specific time period refers to the time period to which the current time belongs.
The control method of the present invention is exemplified below by taking a washing machine and an instant electric water heater as examples.
Assume that a family member is showering by using the instant electric water heater at the present time, and the water flow and the water temperature flowing out of the instant electric water heater are relatively stable. When another family member starts the washing machine and the water inlet valve starts to feed water, the current pressure of the family water supply is smaller than the preset water pressure. At this time, the control module 22 closes the water inlet valve of the washing machine through the communication module 21, otherwise, the current water flow flowing out of the instant electric water heater will become small, and the water temperature will rise, which affects the bathing of the user.
From the above description, those skilled in the art can understand that the control system 2 and/or the control method of the present invention can pause or turn off one or more water appliances 1 when the current water pressure of the household water supply is low, so as to ensure the normal water flow of a specific water appliance 1 (for example, an instant electric water heater), and thus ensure the normal use of the specific water appliance 1.
In another possible technical solution of the present invention, unlike the above preferred embodiment, a person skilled in the art may compare the current flow rate of the domestic water supply with the preset flow rate of the domestic water supply as needed, and determine whether to suspend or shut down one or more water appliances 1 according to the comparison result. When the current flow is smaller than the preset flow, all the water household appliances 1 are continuously operated according to the respective current operation states; and when the current flow is greater than or equal to the preset flow, suspending or closing one or more water appliances 1.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
