Wherein, the processing module 22 is connected with the communication module 21, the storage module 23, the display module 24 and the operation module 25 in a communication way.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention:
the communication module 21 can be connected to a plurality of home appliances 1 in a home via a local area network. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the household appliance 1 is an electrical device having a communication function. Furthermore, the communication module 21 can be connected to a mobile terminal device such as a mobile phone, a tablet, a computer, etc. in a communication manner as required by those skilled in the art.
The processing module 22 performs processing calculation on the information received by the communication module 21 and compares the calculation result with the data extracted from the storage module 23. Further, the processing module 22 can issue a control instruction to all the household appliances 1 through the communication module 21, so as to control the operating states of all the household appliances 1.
The storage module 23 is used for storing the rated power and/or rated current of the household power. The rated power refers to the maximum power of the electricity supplied to the household, or a specific proportional value of the maximum power, such as 98%, 96%, 95% of the maximum power. The rated current refers to the maximum current supplied to the household, or a specific proportional value of the maximum current, such as 98%, 96%, 95% of the maximum current. Further, the storage module 23 may also store the power consumption/current corresponding to each time period or each moment of each household appliance 1 in the respective operation cycle.
The display module 24 can receive the operation state information of each household appliance 1 sent by the storage module 23, and display the operation state information of each household appliance 1, so that the user can know the operation state of each household appliance 1. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the operation state information includes an operation time, a standby time, an operation state, and the like of the home appliance. Taking a washing machine as an example, the operation state information includes a water intake mode, a washing mode, a rinsing mode, a drain mode, and the like. The operation module 25 is used for operation of a user. The user can operate the operation module 25 to make the operation module 25 issue an operation instruction to the processing module 22, so as to control the operation state of the corresponding household appliance 1. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the operation module 25 may be a separate function module including a touch screen and/or keys. Furthermore, the display module 24 and the operation module 25 can be integrated into a device having a touch-controllable display screen, such as a mobile phone or a tablet computer, as required by those skilled in the art.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the control system 2 of the present invention may be fully or partially integrated on a mobile terminal device, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, an ipad, etc.; or may be fully or partially integrated on a specific control device, such as a router.
The control system of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 2 in conjunction with the control method of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the control method of the present invention mainly includes:
step S10, acquiring the electricity power to be generated by each household appliance 1;
step S20, obtaining the total power to be generated by all the household appliances 1 according to the power to be generated;
step S30, judging whether the total power to be generated reaches the rated power of the household power;
and step S40, selectively controlling the operation state of one or more household appliances 1 according to the judgment result.
Each of the above steps will be specifically described below with reference to the control system 2.
In step S10, first, the processing module 22 acquires the operation time of each home appliance 1 through the communication module 21. Then, the processing module 22 retrieves the operation cycle of each household appliance 1 and the power consumption corresponding to each time segment of each household appliance 1 in the respective operation cycle from the storage module 23. Then, the running time is substituted into the running period to obtain the corresponding time. Therefore, the next time can be obtained according to the corresponding time, and the power consumption corresponding to the next time is read, wherein the power consumption is the power consumption to be generated by the household appliance 1.
It should be noted that the time interval between the corresponding time (i.e. the current time) and the next time may be any feasible value, such as 0.1S, 0.5S, 1S, 3S, 10S, 1min, and so on.
In step S20, the processing module 22 sums the power consumption to be generated by each household appliance 1 according to the chronological order to obtain the total power consumption to be generated.
In step S30, the processing module 22 compares the total power to be generated with the rated power of the household electricity. Wherein the rated power is pre-stored in the storage module 23.
In step S40, when the total power to be generated does not reach the rated power, the processing module 22 makes all the household appliances 1 operate normally according to the respective operation cycles. When the total power to be generated reaches the rated power, a person skilled in the art may cause the processing module 22 to send an instruction to the one or more household appliances 1 with the highest power consumption, the lowest priority, or the lowest frequency of use, to pause or stop the one or more household appliances 1, as needed, until the total power to be generated is less than the rated power. Or, the processing module 22 sends an alarm message to the outside through the display module 24 to remind the user to manually suspend or turn off one or more household appliances 1. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the alarm information may be any one of sound, image, lighting, color, alone or in combination.
Wherein the priority is an important order of the home appliances 1 pre-entered and saved in the storage module 23 by the user according to actual needs. The usage frequency is the number of times the home appliance 1 is used within a certain period of time (e.g., 10 days, 15 days, 45 days, etc. before the moment).
The control method of the present invention will be described in detail below by taking three identical washing machines as examples.
The operation cycle of the washing machine comprises four time periods, wherein the first time period (3min) is water inlet and corresponds to first electric power a; the second time period (15min) is washing, corresponding to the second electric power b; the third time period (10min) is rinsing, corresponding to a third electric power c; the fourth time period (5min) corresponds to the fourth electric power d for dehydration. Wherein a is more than b and more than c is more than d.
The processing module 22 obtains the current running time of the first washing machine as 1min, the current running time of the second washing machine as 10min, and the current running time of the third washing machine as 20 min.
The time corresponding to the operation cycle of the washing machine in the first washing machine is a first time period, and the electric power of the washing machine at the current moment is a first electric power a. The electric power consumption in the future 2min is the first electric power a, the electric power consumption in the future 2-17min is the second electric power b, the electric power consumption in the future 17-27min is the third electric power c, and the electric power consumption in the future 27-32min is the fourth electric power d.
The time of the second washing machine corresponding to the operation cycle of the washing machine is a second time period, and the electric power of the washing machine at the current moment is a second electric power b. The electric power in the future 10min is the second electric power b, the electric power in the future 10-20min is the third electric power c, and the electric power in the future 20-25min is the fourth electric power d.
The time corresponding to the operation cycle of the washing machine in the third washing machine is a fourth time period, the current electric power of the washing machine is a fourth electric power d, and the electric power in the future 3min is the fourth electric power d.
For ease of understanding, assume that a is 1, b is 2, c is 3, and d is 4. The total power to be generated by the three washing machines in the future is as follows:
within 2min in the future, the total electric power consumption is equal to a + b + d is equal to 7;
in the future 2-3min, the total electric power consumption is 2b + d is 8;
in the future 3-10min, the total electric power consumption is 2b 4;
within 10-17min in the future, the total electric power consumption b + c is 5;
within 17-20min in the future, the total electric power consumption is 2c 6;
within 20-25min in the future, the total electric power consumption is c + d is 7;
in the future of 25-27min, the total electric power (c) is 3;
in the future 27-32min, the total electric power d is 4.
Assuming that the rated power of the household electricity is 8, three washing machines must pause or shut down one after continuing to operate for 2 min. Preferably, the first washing machine is suspended, and after the third washing machine is finished, the first washing machine is continuously operated.
Through the description, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that the control system 2 and/or the control method of the present invention can predict in advance whether the total power consumption of all the household appliances 1 can reach the rated power of the household power consumption, and timely turn off or suspend one or more household appliances 1 before reaching, so as to avoid the situation of tripping when the rated power of the household power consumption is too large.
In another possible technical solution of the present invention, unlike the above preferred embodiment, a person skilled in the art may store the operation parameters of each household appliance 1 in the storage module 23 instead of storing the power consumption of each household appliance 1 in the storage module 23, and then make the processing module 22 calculate the power consumption of each household appliance 1 according to the operation parameters. Alternatively, the skilled person can also make the processing module 22 obtain the power consumption and/or the operation parameters of each household appliance 1 through the communication module 21 as required. Wherein the operating parameters comprise at least an input current and an input voltage of the household appliance 1.
Further, in another possible technical solution of the present invention, different from the above preferred embodiment, a person skilled in the art may use the electric current instead of the electric power as a calculation basis to determine whether the household power will be overloaded according to the need.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
