The waterproof method for the deformation joint of the underground pipe gallery provided by the invention can seal and waterproof the joint of the pipe gallery.

the method comprises the steps of trial splicing the rubber waterstops in advance before installing the rubber waterstops, drawing a line to determine the position to be lapped, ensuring that a position of a raw rubber sheet is left in the middle of the rubber waterstops, cutting rubber at one end of the rubber waterstops with a steel edge into the rubber sheet by a cutting machine for about 30cm, grinding the rubber parts at two ends of the rubber waterstops to be lapped by an angle grinder, cushioning the lower parts of a clamp preheated in advance under the rubber waterstops to be lapped, filling the raw rubber sheet at the lapped parts, installing the clamp and placing a jack, controlling the temperature within the range of 130 ℃ and 150 ℃, heating and pressurizing while heating to ensure that the clamp is tightly attached to the surfaces of the rubber waterstops, keeping the clamp for about 10 minutes, then detaching the clamp, and filling gaps between the rubber waterstops and deformation gaps by adopting low-foaming polyethylene caulking plates and two-component polyurethane sealing paste.
The waterproof method for the deformation joint of the underground pipe gallery provided by the invention can seal and waterproof the joint of the pipe gallery.

1. The waterproof method for the deformation joint of the underground pipe gallery comprises the following steps:
installing a rubber water stop at a gap between the two pipe galleries, wherein the center of the rubber water stop is coincided with the center line of the deformation joint;
the method comprises the steps of trial splicing the rubber waterstops in advance before installing the rubber waterstops, drawing a line to determine the position to be lapped, ensuring that the position of a raw rubber sheet is left in the middle of the rubber waterstops, cutting rubber at one end of the rubber waterstops with a steel edge into the rubber sheet by a cutting machine for about 30cm, grinding the rubber parts at two ends of the rubber waterstops to be lapped by an angle grinder, filling the lower parts of clamps preheated in advance under the rubber waterstops to be lapped, filling the raw rubber sheet at the lapped parts, installing the clamps, placing jacks, heating while pressurizing, ensuring that the clamps are tightly attached to the surfaces of the rubber waterstops, keeping the clamps for about 10 minutes, detaching the clamps, and filling gaps between the rubber waterstops and deformation joints by adopting low-foaming polyethylene caulking plates and double-component polyurethane sealing paste.
