In addition, casein has anionic active groups such as carboxyl and the like, the surface of chrome tanned crust leather has positive electricity, and the casein cannot be directly coated (the anionic active groups such as the carboxyl and the like of the casein can coordinate with chromium in the leather, so that the casein can permeate and combine to the grain surface, the adhesive force is enhanced, the film forming property is influenced, the adhesiveness is too strong and is not easy to crack and wash), therefore, before coating the casein, a layer of cationic handfeel wax is coated for sealing the leather, so that the anionic active groups such as the carboxyl and the like contained in the casein are combined with the cationic handfeel agent and are not directly combined with the crust leather, the adhesiveness is reduced, and the film forming property is enhanced; however, the cationic property of the cationic handfeel wax is combined with the electronegative ions carried by the subsequent dyes (amphoteric metal complex dyes, namely, dyes with electronegative ions and positively charged ions) to influence the combination of the dyes and the grain surface of the crust leather, so that the combination amount of the dyes and the crust leather is small and the combination is not firm.

1. the main component of the effect slurry is liquid sodium silicate, the liquid sodium silicate is a strong alkali weak acid salt, does not contain active groups capable of being combined with crust leather, has larger adhesion, is beneficial to bonding the effect slurry on grain surfaces to form a film, and the leveling agent and the plasticizer can enhance the film forming property and uniform fluidity of the effect slurry so as to form a uniform effect slurry layer on the grain surfaces; the effect slurry layer is only adhered to the grain surface of the crust leather without the combination of chemical bonds, so the effect layer is easy to crack and wash after being dried; the existing leather sealing step is omitted, so that the combination of dye and crust leather is avoided being influenced, and the patterns are more beautiful, natural and prominent.
2. The effect pulp has no adverse effect on the dyeing pulp and the color fixing agent, the liquid sodium silicate is transparent liquid, the effect pulp layer is transparent and colorless, and the effect pulp layer can not adsorb dye, so that the dyeing pulp and the color fixing pulp can naturally extend from cracks to the surface of the crust leather grains to be combined.
3.
