Background
In a reinforced concrete structure, at present, iron wires are generally used for fixedly connecting longitudinal and latitudinal connecting ribs, so that a reinforcing rib net is formed in concrete, and the bearing capacity and the service performance of the concrete structure are greatly improved. However, in the process of rigidly and fixedly connecting the connecting ribs forming the reinforcing rib net by using iron wires, there are many safety hazards: on one hand, the bearing capacity of the connecting ribs in the direction perpendicular to the fiber axis is weak, and the connecting ribs are rigidly bound and fixed by adopting iron wires, so that the iron wires and the connecting ribs form a mode similar to line contact in the direction perpendicular to the fiber axis, and therefore relatively concentrated shearing force is generated, the surface structure of the connecting ribs is easily damaged, and the performance and the service life of the reinforcing rib net are reduced; on the other hand, the corrosion resistance of the iron wires is relatively poor, so that the fixed connection between the reinforcing rib nets is inevitably failed at the lap joints of the connecting ribs due to the rapid corrosion of the iron wires, and the bearing capacity of the reinforcing rib nets and even the whole concrete structure is greatly reduced.
