formaldehyde scavenger (made by reacting urea with ethylenediamine): 2 percent of
Plant extracts (extracts prepared from clover, kurarinone and kurarinone plants as raw materials): 3 percent of
Acrylic emulsion: 50 percent of
Antifoam (silicone antifoam and polyether siloxane copolymer antifoam): 2 percent of
Wetting agent (polyether modified siloxane): 0.2 percent of
Matte powder (fumed silica matte powder): 1.5 percent
Leveling agent (PU leveling agent): 0.4 percent
Coalescent (dodecanol ester): 2.5 percent
Propylene glycol: 1.5 percent
Thickener (PU thickener): 1 percent of
Fungicides (isothiazolinone fungicides): 0.1 percent of
Aqueous wax dispersion (polyethylene wax dispersion): 1 percent of
Deionized water: 34.8 percent.
The preparation method of the multifunctional water-based transparent top-coat paint comprises the following steps:
s11: weighing the raw materials according to the formula proportion;
s12: adding deionized water, a wetting agent, a defoaming agent and propylene glycol in sequence at a low speed stage, and stirring at a low speed of 200rpm for 15 minutes;
s13: then adding a formaldehyde catching agent, a plant extract, matte powder, acrylic emulsion, a film forming aid, a thickening agent, a leveling agent, a bactericide, an aqueous wax dispersoid and other residual components, dispersing and stirring at a low speed of 600rpm for 45 minutes after the raw materials are added, and uniformly stirring.
And after the quality control inspection is qualified, weighing, packaging and warehousing. The wall surface with the artistic coating effect is coated with a qualified finished product, and the effect similar to a dolomitic cloud is manufactured by a batch knife in a multi-batch scraping mode, as shown in figure 1 (a schematic view of a cloud effect), the result is vivid, and the multifunctional water-based transparent top-coat coating has good transparency and does not influence the color and the artistic effect of a base layer.
Example 1 test results by HG/T5065-: construction property: the roller coating is smooth and free from obstacles; surface drying time: less than or equal to 1 h; water/alkali resistance: no bulging, cracking, peeling and discoloration after 48 hours; washing and brushing resistance: not less than 300 times. According to the test result of JC/T1074-: the formaldehyde purification rate: 92 percent; the formaldehyde purification effect is durable: 82%; the toluene purification rate is 85%, and the toluene purification effect durability is as follows: 51 percent; the mould-proof performance is as follows: level 0; the mould-proof performance is grade I; meets the national standard requirements.
Example 2
The formula (weight percentage) of the novel multifunctional water-based transparent top-coat paint provided by the embodiment is as follows:
formaldehyde scavenger (made by reacting urea with ethylenediamine): 2.5 percent
Plant extracts (extracts prepared from clover, kurarinone and kurarinone plants as raw materials): 4 percent of
Acrylic emulsion: 55 percent of
Antifoam agent (silicone antifoam agent): 2 percent of
Wetting agent (polyether modified siloxane): 0.3 percent of
Matte powder (fumed silica matte powder): 2 percent of
Leveling agent (PU leveling agent): 0.3 percent of
Coalescent (dipropylene glycol butyl ether): 3 percent of
Propylene glycol: 2 percent of
Thickener (PU thickener): 1.5 percent
Fungicides (isothiazolinone fungicides): 0.1 percent of
Aqueous wax dispersion (polyethylene wax dispersion): 1.5 percent
Deionized water: 25.8 percent.
The preparation of the multifunctional water-based transparent top-coat paint was the same as in example 1.
And after the quality control inspection is qualified, weighing, packaging and warehousing. After the qualified finished product is coated on the wall surface with the effect of the artistic coating, the effect similar to the orange peel texture is obtained by repeatedly rolling and coating by using a honeycomb roller, as shown in figure 2 (an orange peel effect schematic diagram), the texture is clear, uniform and consistent, and the multifunctional water-based transparent top coating is good in transparency and does not influence the color and the artistic effect of a base layer.
Example 2 test results by HG/T5065-: construction property: the roller coating is smooth and free from obstacles; surface drying time: less than or equal to 1 h; water/alkali resistance: no bulging, cracking, peeling and discoloration after 48 hours; washing and brushing resistance: not less than 300 times. According to the test result of JC/T1074-: the formaldehyde purification rate: 93 percent; the formaldehyde purification effect is durable: 84.5 percent; the toluene purification rate is 88%, and the toluene purification effect durability is as follows: 52.5 percent; the mould-proof performance is as follows: level 0; the mould-proof performance is grade I; meets the national standard requirements.
Example 3
The formula (weight percentage) of the novel multifunctional water-based transparent top-coat paint provided by the embodiment is as follows:
formaldehyde scavenger (made by reacting urea with ethylenediamine): 3 percent of
Plant extracts (extracts prepared from clover, kurarinone and kurarinone plants as raw materials): 5 percent of
Acrylic emulsion: 60 percent of
Antifoam (polyether siloxane copolymer antifoam): 3 percent of
Wetting agent (polyether modified siloxane): 0.3 percent of
Matte powder (fumed silica matte powder): 2 percent of
Leveling agents (PU leveling agent and polyether siloxane copolymer silicon-containing leveling agent): 0.5 percent
Coalescent (dodecanol ester): 3 percent of
Propylene glycol: 2 percent of
Thickener (PU thickener): 1.5 percent
Fungicides (isothiazolinone fungicides): 0.1 percent of
Aqueous wax dispersion (polyethylene wax dispersion): 1.5 percent
Deionized water: 18.1 percent.
The preparation of the multifunctional water-based transparent top-coat paint was the same as in example 1.
And after the quality control inspection is qualified, weighing, packaging and warehousing. The finished product which is qualified after inspection is coated on the wall surface with the effect of the artistic coating, and the effect similar to the ghost is manufactured by multiple batch scraping and color correction, as shown in figure 3 (a schematic diagram of the ghost effect), the figure shows that the texture is clear, uniform and consistent, and the multifunctional water-based transparent top coating has good transparency and does not influence the color and the artistic effect of a base layer.
Example 3 test results as HG/T5065-: construction property: the roller coating is smooth and free from obstacles; surface drying time: less than or equal to 1 h; water/alkali resistance: no bulging, cracking, peeling and discoloration after 48 hours; washing and brushing resistance: not less than 300 times. According to the test result of JC/T1074-: the formaldehyde purification rate: 93.3 percent; the formaldehyde purification effect is durable: 88.5 percent; the toluene purification rate is 91.5%, and the toluene purification effect is durable: 56 percent; the mould-proof performance is as follows: level 0; the mould-proof performance is grade I; meets the national standard requirements.
Example 4
The formula (weight percentage) of the novel multifunctional water-based transparent top-coat paint provided by the embodiment is as follows:
formaldehyde scavenger (made by reacting urea with ethylenediamine): 2 percent of
Plant extracts (extracts prepared from clover, kurarinone and kurarinone plants as raw materials): 3.5 percent
Acrylic emulsion: 52 percent
Antifoam agent (silicone antifoam agent): 2 percent of
Wetting agent (polyether modified siloxane): 0.2 percent of
Matte powder (fumed silica matte powder): 1 percent of
Leveling agent (PU leveling agent): 0.3 percent of
Coalescents (dipropylene glycol butyl ether and dipropylene glycol methyl ether): 1.5 percent
Propylene glycol: 1 percent of
Thickener (PU thickener): 1 percent of
Fungicides (isothiazolinone fungicides): 0.1 percent of
Aqueous wax dispersion (polyethylene wax dispersion): 1 percent of
Deionized water: 34.4 percent.
The preparation of the multifunctional water-based transparent top-coat paint was the same as in example 1.
And after the quality control inspection is qualified, weighing, packaging and warehousing. The sandstone effect manufactured by painting the qualified finished product on the wall surface with the artistic coating effect and adopting the method of spraying dots and scraping in batches is shown in figure 4 (sandstone effect schematic diagram), and the figure shows that the texture is clear, uniform and consistent, so that the multifunctional water-based transparent finish coating has good transparency and does not influence the color and the artistic effect of the base layer.
Example 4 test results by HG/T5065-: construction property: the roller coating is smooth and free from obstacles; surface drying time: less than or equal to 1 h; water/alkali resistance: no bulging, cracking, peeling and discoloration after 48 hours; washing and brushing resistance: not less than 300 times. According to the test result of JC/T1074-: the formaldehyde purification rate: 92.5 percent; the formaldehyde purification effect is durable: 85.5 percent; the toluene purification rate is 89.5%, and the toluene purification effect is durable: 52.3 percent; the mould-proof performance is as follows: level 0; the mould-proof performance is grade I; meets the national standard requirements.
The above detection results of the embodiments 1 to 4 of the present invention show that, compared with the existing common formaldehyde removing coating, the novel multifunctional water-based transparent top coating provided by the embodiments of the present invention has great advantages in performance, especially has incomparable advantages in removing harmful gases such as formaldehyde, ammonia, benzene, etc.

Claims (10)

1. The water-based transparent top-coat paint is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass based on 100% of the total mass of the water-based transparent top-coat paint:
2-3% of a formaldehyde scavenger;
3-5% of plant extract;
50-60% of acrylic emulsion;
1-3% of a defoaming agent;
0.1-0.3% of wetting agent;
1-2% of matte powder;
0.2-0.5% of a leveling agent;
1.5-3% of a film-forming assistant;
1-2% of propylene glycol;
1-1.5% of a thickening agent;
0.1-0.2% of a bactericide;
0.5-1.5% of aqueous wax dispersoid;
18-40% of water.
2. The aqueous transparent top coat of claim 1 wherein the formaldehyde scavenger is obtained by cyclization of ammonia gas evolved from the reaction of urea and ethylenediamine.
3. The aqueous transparent overcoat of claim 1, wherein the plant extract comprises extracts from clover, kurarinone, and kurarinone by fermentation.
4. The aqueous transparent topcoat of claim 1, wherein the acrylic emulsion comprises a self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the defoaming agent comprises an organic silicon defoaming agent and a polyether siloxane copolymer defoaming agent.
5. The aqueous transparent topcoat of claim 1, wherein the wetting agent comprises a polysiloxane-polyether copolymer wetting agent; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the leveling agent comprises a PU leveling agent and a silicon-containing leveling agent of polyether silicon-oxygen copolymer.
6. The aqueous transparent topcoat of claim 1, wherein the coalescent comprises at least one of an ether ester and an alcohol ester.
7. The aqueous clear overcoat of claim 1 wherein the biocide is an isothiazolinone biocide; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the thickener is a PU thickener.
8. The aqueous transparent topcoat of claim 1, wherein the aqueous wax dispersion is a polyethylene wax dispersion.
9. A preparation method of a water-based transparent finish coating is characterized by comprising the following steps:
weighing the raw materials of the components and the contents thereof respectively according to the components contained in the water-based transparent top-coat paint of any one of claims 1 to 8;
carrying out first mixing treatment on the water, the wetting agent, the defoaming agent and the propylene glycol to obtain a first mixed material;
and adding the rest components into the first mixed material, and carrying out second mixed material treatment to obtain the water-based transparent top-coat coating.
10. The method of preparing an aqueous transparent top coat according to claim 9, wherein the step of treating the first batch comprises: stirring at 200-; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the second mixed material processing step comprises: stirring at 600 and 900rpm for 30-45 min.
