If the illegal cooking oil can be recycled and converted into substances which can be utilized by industry or other industries, a lot of resources and cost can be saved, and illegal persons can be prevented from returning the substances to dining tables. In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a method for preparing a water repellent from illegal cooking oil, and the water repellent has the advantages of good waterproof effect, simple preparation method, easily available raw materials, low investment and high income.

Technical Field

The illegal cooking oil is various inferior oils generated in life of people, and forms various carcinogenic substances harmful to human bodies after being treated at high temperature, so that the illegal cooking oil cannot be returned to a dining table again. If the illegal cooking oil can be recycled and converted into substances which can be utilized by industry or other industries, a lot of resources and cost can be saved, and illegal persons can be prevented from returning the substances to dining tables. At present, the secondary utilization of the illegal cooking oil comprises hydrolysis to prepare fatty acid, surfactant, biodiesel and direct application to boiler oil and the like. However, no report related to the preparation of the water repellent by using the illegal cooking oil is found in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a method for preparing a water repellent from illegal cooking oil, and the water repellent has the advantages of good waterproof effect, simple preparation method, easily available raw materials, low investment and high income.
The invention provides the following technical scheme:
(1) dissolving 2.3g of 0.05mol/L sodium hydroxide in 10ml of absolute ethyl alcohol, diluting the solution to 500ml by using the absolute ethyl alcohol to obtain solution A, and then weighing 1.0g of phenolphthalein and dissolving the phenolphthalein in 100ml of solution A to obtain solution B; pure toluene was mixed with the B solution as follows 7: 3 to obtain a solution C;
(2) calculation of oil degree and acid value: selecting illegal cooking oil, and calculating and calibrating the oil degree and the acid value by using the solution C obtained in the step (1);
(3) preparation of the illegal cooking oil-based waterborne alkyd resin: preparing the illegal cooking oil-based water-based alkyd resin according to the oil degree and acid value data in the step (2), wherein the synthesis of the illegal cooking oil-based water-based alkyd resin comprises alcoholysis, acidolysis and hydration to finally obtain a solution D;
(4) preparing a composite drier: and mixing the sodium hydroxide solution and the calcium chloride solution, centrifuging, taking out the precipitate, drying to obtain calcium hydroxide powder for later use, slowly adding the sodium hydroxide solution into a cobalt chloride hexahydrate solution, centrifuging the mixed solution after multiple times of washing, pouring the precipitate into a reaction kettle, adding glacial acetic acid and a proper amount of ammonia water into the reaction kettle to adjust the pH value, and obtaining the substance E when the solution is observed to be not turbid and transparent.
(5) Preparation of a hogwash oil-based waterborne alkyd resin containing a drier: d, adding the substance E into the solution obtained in the step D, and stirring uniformly at a high speed to fully mix the substance E and the solution D to obtain a solution F;
(6) preparation of acrylic acid modified gutter oil-based waterborne alkyd resin: adding acrylic acid into the solution F, stirring uniformly at a high speed, and fully mixing to obtain a solution G;
(7) preparing epoxy modified illegal cooking oil base water-based alkyd resin: preheating the epoxy resin, keeping the epoxy resin in a flowing state, adding the epoxy resin into the solution F, and stirring the epoxy resin uniformly at a high speed to fully mix the epoxy resin and the solution F to obtain a solution H;
(8) preparation of acrylic acid-epoxy modified waste oil-based waterborne alkyd resin: preheating epoxy resin, keeping the epoxy resin in a flowing state, adding the solution H into the solution G while the epoxy resin is hot, uniformly mixing, adding acrylic acid into the solution G, and uniformly stirring at a high speed to fully mix the acrylic acid and the solution G to obtain an acrylic acid-epoxy modified waterborne alkyd resin mixture;
(9) and (4) drying the acrylic acid-epoxy modified waterborne alkyd resin mixture obtained in the step (8), crushing to obtain water repellent powder, and packaging to obtain water repellent powder.
Tests prove that the waterproof agent prepared by the invention can achieve the following effects:
1. the nonvolatile content is more than or equal to 60 percent, the national standard is more than or equal to 45 percent, JC/T902-2002 organosilicon waterproofing agent for building surfaces;
2. penetration height is less than or equal to 20mm, national standard is less than or equal to 35mm, JC/T1018-2006 Water-based permeable inorganic waterproofing agent;
3. the contact angle (or wetting angle) between the surface of the formed hydrophobic layer and water can reach 150-160 degrees;
4. good fluidity, less coagulation and good stability within 18 months.
Detailed Description

(9) and (4) drying the acrylic acid-epoxy modified waterborne alkyd resin mixture obtained in the step (8), crushing to obtain water repellent powder, and packaging to obtain water repellent powder.
The invention selects the components and the proportion of the raw materials to obtain the permeable waterproof agent which takes the illegal cooking oil as the raw material and has excellent waterproof effect. The raw materials of the invention are emulsified by reaction to form non-ionic emulsion, and most of the colloidal particles are very hydrophobic. The grease particles and rosin particles can react with calcium hydroxide, which is a hydration product of cement or concrete, to form an insoluble calcium soap complex adsorption layer and an oily substance resolved in the reaction process, so that the concrete and products thereof are compact and waterproof. Due to the strong nonionic characteristic, the emulsion can penetrate into the inner layer through pores on the surface layer, and the oily particles and the calcium soap complex in the emulsion are attached to cement or concrete from the surface layer to the inner layer in the penetration process to form a compact calcium soap surface layer, thereby playing the excellent roles of water prevention and seepage prevention. In addition, the oily substance is resolved in the reaction process, so the dosage is greatly saved and the effect is excellent. The characteristics include: high flexibility, water and moisture resistance, strong adhesion, cracking resistance, air permeability and impermeability. The invention adopts the gutter oil as the main raw material, has simple preparation method, easily obtained raw materials, less investment, environmental protection, strong high temperature resistance and extremely simple construction method. By adopting the invention, the recycling benefit of the illegal cooking oil can be improved by 8-10 times, and the illegal cooking oil is prevented from flowing back to the dining table and harming health.

(4) preparing a composite drier: mixing the sodium hydroxide solution with the calcium chloride solution, centrifuging, taking out the precipitate, drying to obtain calcium hydroxide powder for later use, slowly adding the sodium hydroxide solution into a cobalt chloride hexahydrate solution, centrifuging the mixed solution after multiple times of washing, pouring the precipitate into a reaction kettle, adding glacial acetic acid and a proper amount of ammonia water into the reaction kettle to adjust the pH value, and obtaining a substance E when the solution is observed to be not turbid and transparent;

(9) and (4) drying the acrylic acid-epoxy modified waterborne alkyd resin mixture obtained in the step (8), crushing to obtain water repellent powder, and packaging to obtain water repellent powder.
