when kitchen garbage that will pack with the plastic refuse bag throws into kitchen bucket 1, because a plurality of support separators all extend to kitchen bucket 1's opening center department to under the effect of fixed hook 22, kitchen garbage supports on a plurality of support separators's support connecting rod 10, simultaneously fixed hook 22 punctures the plastic refuse bag.
At this time, the first pedal 5 is manually stepped to enable the driving connecting rod 13 to rotate along with the first pedal, so that the upper end of the driving connecting rod 13 drives the driving rod 26 to slide forwards, the first spring 27 on the driving rod 26 is in a contracted state, and then the interlinking rope 9 connected with the driving rod 26 is driven to slide, so that the plurality of supporting and separating rods are driven to rotate, the fixing hooks 22 on the plurality of supporting and separating rods are separated, the plastic garbage bag is torn, and the food garbage falls into the kitchen bucket 1; when the first pedal 5 is released, the first spring 27 returns to the expanded state from the contracted state, so that the interlinked ropes 9 are driven to slide backwards under the action of elastic force until the clamping rod is blocked by the limiting part, the support separating parts are driven to return to the initial positions, and the driving rod 26 simultaneously drives the driving connecting rod 13 to rotate backwards, so that the resetting is realized. After the supporting and separating piece rotates repeatedly, all kitchen waste falls into the kitchen barrel 1, the second pedal 6 is treaded manually, the driving gear 16 rotates along with the second pedal, the rotating rod 20 is driven to rotate, the overturning hook 21 is overturned, and a plastic garbage bag hung on the supporting and separating piece is taken into a plastic recycling bin 2 outside the kitchen barrel 1 for later collection and treatment; after the second pedal is released, the second pedal is urged to reset under the action of the elastic force of the second spring 31, so that the rotating rod 20 and the turnover hook 21 are reset under the driving of the transmission mechanism of the toothed chain 17, and the next separation of the plastic garbage bag is waited. Through setting up such upset actuating mechanism, realize manual operation, need not power drive and can realize the separation of plastic refuse bag.

Claims (10)

1. Kitchen waste separation equipment is characterized by comprising a kitchen barrel for storing kitchen waste, a separation mechanism arranged on the kitchen barrel and a manual driving mechanism; the separation mechanism comprises a fixed frame and a plurality of supporting and separating pieces arranged on the fixed frame; the fixed frame is arranged above the kitchen bucket, and a transition channel which corresponds to an opening of the kitchen bucket and is convenient for garbage to fall is arranged on the fixed frame; the supporting and separating pieces comprise supporting and connecting rods and fixing hooks, one ends of the supporting and connecting rods are rotatably connected to the fixing frame, and the other ends of the supporting and separating rods extend towards the center of the opening of the kitchen barrel; the fixed hook is arranged on the end part of the support connecting rod positioned at the center of the opening of the kitchen barrel and is arranged upwards; the manual driving mechanism comprises a closed type interlinking rope and a driving assembly for driving the interlinking rope to move, the interlinking rope is arranged at the periphery of the fixed frame in a surrounding manner and is fixedly connected with the end parts of the plurality of supporting connecting rods which are rotatably connected on the fixed frame, the driving assembly comprises an operating part and a driving connecting rod, one end of the driving connecting rod is connected with the operating part, and the other end of the driving connecting rod is connected with the interlinking rope; when the control piece is pulled manually to drive the interlinked ropes to slide clockwise or anticlockwise, the plurality of support separating pieces rotate along the same direction by taking the rotating connection points of the support separating pieces and the fixed frame as centers.

The kitchen waste separating apparatus according to claim 2, wherein a driving lever is provided at an end of the driving lever away from the position limiting member, one end of the driving lever is connected to the driving lever, and the other end of the driving lever extends horizontally outward; the upper end of the driving connecting rod is provided with an oblong sliding driving groove, and the deflector rod extends into the sliding driving groove.

The kitchen waste separating apparatus according to claim 5, wherein a power transmission assembly is provided between said second pedal and said toothed chain transmission mechanism, said power transmission assembly including a driving rod and a driven rod; one end of the driving rod is connected with the end part of the second pedal, and the other end of the driving rod extends to the corresponding position of the driving gear; one end of the driven rod is connected with the driving gear, and the other end of the driven rod extends to the upper part of the driving rod; one end of the second spring is connected with the driven rod, and the other end of the second spring is connected with the bottom of the shell.
7. The kitchen waste separation device of claim 4, wherein a support plate is provided on said support link, said support plate being disposed adjacent to said stationary hook.

The kitchen waste separating apparatus as claimed in claim 7, wherein said supporting rod includes a driving link and a supporting rod, said driving link being rotatably connected to said fixing frame; the kitchen bucket is characterized in that one end of the supporting rod is connected with the driving connecting rod, the other end of the supporting rod extends downwards in an inclined mode to the center of the kitchen bucket, the fixing hook is arranged on the end portion of the supporting rod, and the supporting plate is arranged on the supporting rod.

The kitchen waste separating apparatus as recited in claim 8, wherein the fixing frame is disposed in a shape of "square", and the four supporting and separating members are rotatably connected to corners of the fixing frame, respectively, and the hollow position of the "square" fixing frame forms the transition passage; a mounting plate is arranged at the corner of the fixing frame, and a driving connecting rod of the supporting connecting rod is rotatably connected to the mounting plate through a rotating shaft; and a supporting sliding part is arranged at the corner of the fixed frame, and an open slot is arranged on the supporting sliding part.

The kitchen waste separating apparatus according to claim 8, wherein one of the supporting rods supporting the separating member is provided with an auxiliary pulling member disposed between the supporting rod and the fixing hook; the turnover hook is arranged on one side of the rotation direction of the support separating piece.
