As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the operations of plastic packaging detection, straight plastic packaging fixing, plastic packaging pressing and plastic packaging heating are performed, the sixth sensing optical fiber 47 detects the zipper head which is subjected to plastic packaging and plastic packaging cutting, whether the plastic packaging and plastic packaging cutting are accurately completed on the zipper straight plate at the current position is detected, and for the zipper heads which are not sleeved with plastic packaging strips or subjected to plastic packaging cutting inclination, waste recycling is performed during recycling; when the qualified zipper puller reaches the position above the sixth centralizing pneumatic mechanism 45, the sixth limiting rotating end plate 48 drives the sixth centralizing strip 49 to upwards and inwards straighten the zipper puller/zipper straight plate containing the cut plastic package strip 36, and then the seventh inner pushing pneumatic mechanism 50 drives the seventh inner pushing connecting plate 51 to push the cut plastic package strip 36 to the bottom so as to ensure that the cut plastic package strip 36 completely wraps the zipper straight plate; the eighth sensing optical fiber 54 detects the zipper puller/plastic strip after the plastic strip 36 is pushed and cut, and prevents the plastic strip from being pushed in place; the plastic package heating mechanism 57 heats, shrinks and wraps the plastic seal strip on the zipper head, and the eighth isolation telescopic power device 55 drives and adjusts the eighth isolation vertical plate 56 to isolate the zipper head/plastic seal strip which enters the plastic package heating mechanism 57 from the zipper head/plastic seal strip which does not enter the plastic package heating mechanism 57.
As shown in fig. 7, the waste material outward pulling pneumatic mechanism 60 drives the waste material recovery pulling plate 61 to recover and recycle zipper sliders which are not sleeved with plastic package strips or are unqualified in plastic package, and the finished material outward pulling pneumatic mechanism 64 drives the finished material recovery pulling plate to collect zipper sliders which are qualified in plastic package.

comprising a rotating base plate (14) which rotates periodically;
a plurality of ring-side clamping groove base bodies (15) are arranged on the ring-side edge of the rotary base disc (14);
a clamping zipper head (16) clamped on a clamping sleeve of the first clamping plate (12) is clamped on the ring side clamping groove base body (15);
