本发明公开了一种带有凹凸木纹的汽车内饰件及其成型方法,涉及汽车零部件生产技术领域,该带有凹凸木纹的汽车内饰件,包括发泡层,所述发泡层的上表面粘接有上表层,且发泡层的下表面粘接有下表层,同时所述上表层的上表面还粘接有木纹层,所述发泡层的顶端和底端均开设有沿水平方向等距离分布的凹槽,所述上表层与下表层的底端和顶端分别一体成型有与凹槽相匹配的延伸块,本发明提供的汽车内饰件通过在上下表层与发泡层的搭接面上一体成型的延伸块,延伸块嵌入发泡层,从而实现上下表层与发泡层之间搭接更加牢固,有效的避免了上下表层与发泡层搭接时发生错位的问题,实现汽车内饰件的结构更加稳定,以便于内饰件的使用。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车零部件生产技术领域,具体涉及一种带有凹凸木纹的汽车内饰件及其成型方法。
背景技术
汽车配件加工是构成汽车配件加工整体的各单元及服务于汽车配件加工的产品。随着汽车配件加工市场竞争的日趋激烈,环保理念的深入人心,以及技术的不断升级和应用,国际汽车配件加工零部件行业近年来呈现出如下发展特征:汽车配件加工系统配套、模块化供应趋势方兴未艾;汽车配件加工采购全球化;汽车配件加工产业转移速度加快。
目前常通过纤维增强聚氨酯发泡制备成汽车仪表板、顶棚等内饰件,产品密度低,具有较好的强度,很好的隔热隔音作用,有很好的环保性和经济性。但是现有的汽车内饰件多通过单面用作外观面,而现有的成型方法不能实现汽车内饰件的双面用作外观面,且产品结构稳定性差,双面层与内饰件中间层之间搭接的牢固性不足,影响汽车内饰件的质量,另外现有的成型方法生产效率低,且成本高,导致生产效益低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带有凹凸木纹的汽车内饰件及其成型方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题,实现内饰件结构稳定,达到高效高质生产的目的。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
1、一种带有凹凸木纹的汽车内饰件,包括发泡层,所述发泡层的上表面粘接有上表层,且发泡层的下表面粘接有下表层,同时所述上表层的上表面还粘接有木纹层,所述发泡层的顶端和底端均开设有沿水平方向等距离分布的凹槽,所述上表层与下表层的底端和顶端分别一体成型有与凹槽相匹配的延伸块,且延伸块插入凹槽的内部。
优选的,所述木纹层是通过花纹辊在上表层上辊压出一道道凹凸槽纹路而形成的。
优选的,所述上表层为ABS/PVC或PVC膜中的一种,且上表层的厚度为0.5mm-2mm,加热温度为250℃-300℃。
优选的,所述下表层为ABS/PVC或PVC膜中的一种,且下表层的厚度为0.5mm-2mm,加热温度为150℃-200℃。
优选的,所述发泡层含有质量百分比为5%-30%的玻璃纤维。
2、基于上述汽车内饰件,本发明还提供一种带有凹凸木纹的汽车内饰件的成型方法,所述该方法具体步骤如下:
S1、先将平整的上下表皮加热到软化点,并通过花纹辊在上表皮的表面辊压出一道道凹凸槽纹路,使得上表皮的上表面形成木纹层;
S2、再通过真空吸塑机将S1制得的上下表皮进行吸塑成型,以形成上表层和下表层;
S3、将S2制得的上表层和下表层进行裁切,修剪掉多余的边料;
S4、将S3中裁切后的上表层和下表层分别铺设于发泡模具的凹模内,并贴紧模具,同时在上表层搭接的背面和下表层搭接的正面粘贴表面密封层,以保证上表层和下表层搭接处的密封;
S5、将质量百分比为5%-30%的玻璃纤维和70%-95%的聚氨酯溶液加入搅拌机中进行混合,混合均匀后制得混合液;
S6、将S5制得的混合液浇注进凹模内部,而后进行合模保压,以进行发泡,制得发泡件;
S7、将S6中发泡固化后的发泡件取出,并进行裁切,去除多余的边料,以得到带有凹凸槽纹路的汽车内饰件。
优选的,所述S5中搅拌时间为20-60min,搅拌速度为1200-2000r/min。
优选的,所述S6中保压时间为10-20分钟,且保压压力为2500-4000MPa。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明提供的汽车内饰件通过在上下表层与发泡层的搭接面上一体成型的延伸块,延伸块嵌入发泡层,从而实现上下表层与发泡层之间搭接更加牢固,有效的避免了上下表层与发泡层搭接时发生错位的问题,有利于提高内饰件的生产效率,同时实现汽车内饰件的结构更加稳定,以便于内饰件的使用。
(2)基于本发明提供的成型方法能够实现汽车内饰件的双面用作外观面,使得汽车内饰件更加美观、实用。
(3)本发明提供的成型方法还能够有效的提高汽车内饰件的生产效率,省时省力,有助于降低汽车内饰件的生产成本,使得生产效益能够最大化。

S2、再通过真空吸塑机将S1制得的上下表皮进行吸塑成型,以形成上表层3和下表层2;
S3、将S2制得的上表层3和下表层2进行裁切,修剪掉多余的边料;
S4、将S3中裁切后的上表层3和下表层2分别铺设于发泡模具的凹模内,并贴紧模具,同时在上表层3搭接的背面和下表层2搭接的正面粘贴表面密封层,以保证上表层3和下表层2搭接处的密封;
S5、将质量百分比为5%的玻璃纤维和70%的聚氨酯溶液加入搅拌机中进行混合,混合均匀后制得混合液;
S6、将S5制得的混合液浇注进凹模内部,而后进行合模保压,以进行发泡,制得发泡件;
S7、将S6中发泡固化后的发泡件取出,并进行裁切,去除多余的边料,以得到带有凹凸槽纹路的汽车内饰件。

S1、先将平整的上下表皮加热到软化点,并通过花纹辊在上表皮的表面辊压出一道道凹凸槽纹路,使得上表皮的上表面形成木纹层4;
S2、再通过真空吸塑机将S1制得的上下表皮进行吸塑成型,以形成上表层3和下表层2;
S3、将S2制得的上表层3和下表层2进行裁切,修剪掉多余的边料;
S4、将S3中裁切后的上表层3和下表层2分别铺设于发泡模具的凹模内,并贴紧模具,同时在上表层3搭接的背面和下表层2搭接的正面粘贴表面密封层,以保证上表层3和下表层2搭接处的密封;
S5、将质量百分比为15%的玻璃纤维和80%的聚氨酯溶液加入搅拌机中进行混合,混合均匀后制得混合液;
S6、将S5制得的混合液浇注进凹模内部,而后进行合模保压,以进行发泡,制得发泡件;
S7、将S6中发泡固化后的发泡件取出,并进行裁切,去除多余的边料,以得到带有凹凸槽纹路的汽车内饰件。
进一步的,S5中搅拌时间为40min,搅拌速度为1600r/min。
进一步的,S6中保压时间为15分钟,且保压压力为3000MPa。

S5、将质量百分比为30%的玻璃纤维和95%的聚氨酯溶液加入搅拌机中进行混合,混合均匀后制得混合液;
S6、将S5制得的混合液浇注进凹模内部,而后进行合模保压,以进行发泡,制得发泡件;
S7、将S6中发泡固化后的发泡件取出,并进行裁切,去除多余的边料,以得到带有凹凸槽纹路的汽车内饰件。
进一步的,S5中搅拌时间为60min,搅拌速度为2000r/min。
进一步的,S6中保压时间为20分钟,且保压压力为4000MPa。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (8)

1.一种带有凹凸木纹的汽车内饰件,其特征在于:包括发泡层(1),所述发泡层(1)的上表面粘接有上表层(3),且发泡层(1)的下表面粘接有下表层(2),同时所述上表层(3)的上表面还粘接有木纹层(4),所述发泡层(1)的顶端和底端均开设有沿水平方向等距离分布的凹槽(6),所述上表层(3)与下表层(2)的底端和顶端分别一体成型有与凹槽(6)相匹配的延伸块(5),且延伸块(5)插入凹槽(6)的内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有凹凸木纹的汽车内饰件,其特征在于:所述木纹层(4)是通过花纹辊在上表层(3)上辊压出一道道凹凸槽纹路而形成的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有凹凸木纹的汽车内饰件,其特征在于:所述上表层(3)为ABS/PVC或PVC膜中的一种,且上表层(3)的厚度为0.5mm-2mm,加热温度为250℃-300℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有凹凸木纹的汽车内饰件,其特征在于:所述下表层(2)为ABS/PVC或PVC膜中的一种,且下表层(2)的厚度为0.5mm-2mm,加热温度为150℃-200℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有凹凸木纹的汽车内饰件,其特征在于:所述发泡层(1)含有质量百分比为5%-30%的玻璃纤维。
6.一种带有凹凸木纹的汽车内饰件的成型方法,适用于生产上述的汽车内饰件,其特征在于:所述该方法具体步骤如下:
S1、先将平整的上下表皮加热到软化点,并通过花纹辊在上表皮的表面辊压出一道道凹凸槽纹路,使得上表皮的上表面形成木纹层(4);
S2、再通过真空吸塑机将S1制得的上下表皮进行吸塑成型,以形成上表层(3)和下表层(2);
S3、将S2制得的上表层(3)和下表层(2)进行裁切,修剪掉多余的边料;
S4、将S3中裁切后的上表层(3)和下表层(2)分别铺设于发泡模具的凹模内,并贴紧模具,同时在上表层(3)搭接的背面和下表层(2)搭接的正面粘贴表面密封层,以保证上表层(3)和下表层(2)搭接处的密封;
S5、将质量百分比为5%-30%的玻璃纤维和70%-95%的聚氨酯溶液加入搅拌机中进行混合,混合均匀后制得混合液;
S6、将S5制得的混合液浇注进凹模内部,而后进行合模保压,以进行发泡,制得发泡件;
S7、将S6中发泡固化后的发泡件取出,并进行裁切,去除多余的边料,以得到带有凹凸槽纹路的汽车内饰件。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种带有凹凸木纹的汽车内饰件的成型方法,其特征在于:所述S5中搅拌时间为20-60min,搅拌速度为1200-2000r/min。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种带有凹凸木纹的汽车内饰件的成型方法,其特征在于:所述S6中保压时间为10-20分钟,且保压压力为2500-4000MPa。
